Abstract

本发明公开了一种能源自给型农用监控装置,包括支撑柱、大棚本体、太阳能薄膜、监控摄像头和垂直风力发电机,底座内部设置有蓄电池,支撑柱顶部贯穿大棚本体顶部,支撑柱顶部设置有垂直风力发电机,垂直风力发电机的转轴上套有轮毂,且转轴和轮毂之间无相对运动,轮毂上设置有多根连杆,连杆围绕轮毂等距对称分布,连杆的末端通过连接片与叶片连接,垂直风力发电机和蓄电池连接,蓄电池分别和空气湿度传感器、光照度传感器、CO2传感器和监控摄像头连接,大棚本体两侧设置有太阳能薄膜,太阳能薄膜和蓄电池连接;该种能源自给型农用监控装置,蓄电池通过太阳能薄膜和垂直风力发电机充电后,对监控装置供电,实现了监控装置的能源自给。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种农用监控装置,尤其是涉及一种能源自给型农用监控装置,涉及农业监控设备技术领域。
背景技术
近年来,农业大棚种植为提高人们的生活水平带来极大的便利,得到了迅速的推广和应用。种植环境中的湿度、光照度、CO2浓度等环境因子对作物的生产有很大的影响。传统的人工监控方式难以达到科学合理种植的要求,目前能够实现上述环境因子自动监控的装置一般通过从住宅区牵引电线到大棚内部供监控装置使用,不能够实现监控装置的能源自给,而有些大棚远离住宅区,通电非常不方便,不利于大棚的监控。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有农业大棚内部的监控装置不能够实现能源自给的缺陷,提供一种能源自给型农用监控装置,从而解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种能源自给型农用监控装置,包括支撑柱、大棚本体、太阳能薄膜、监控摄像头和垂直风力发电机,所述支撑柱设置在大棚本体内中部,所述支撑柱底部设置有底座,所述底座内部设置有蓄电池,所述支撑柱顶部贯穿大棚本体顶部,所述支撑柱顶部设置有垂直风力发电机,所述垂直风力发电机的转轴上套有轮毂,且所述转轴和轮毂之间无相对运动,所述轮毂上设置有多根连杆,所述连杆围绕轮毂等距对称分布,所述连杆的末端通过连接片与叶片连接,所述叶片与地面垂直,所述垂直风力发电机和蓄电池连接,所述大棚本体内部设置有横梁,所述横梁上设置有空气湿度传感器、光照度传感器和CO2传感器,所述横梁上固定安装有安装基座,所述安装基座底部安装有监控摄像头,所述蓄电池分别和空气湿度传感器、光照度传感器、CO2传感器和监控摄像头连接,所述大棚本体两侧设置有太阳能薄膜,所述太阳能薄膜和蓄电池连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述叶片、连接片和连杆为一组叶片组,且所述叶片组设置有三组。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述支撑柱和垂直风力发电机设置有多个,且所述支撑柱和垂直风力发电机沿大棚本体的纵向均匀分布。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述转轴顶部设置有避雷针。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述监控摄像头设置有多个。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该种能源自给型农用监控装置,通过垂直风力发电机的设置,不论风从哪个方向吹来,都能够最大限度的利用风能,发电效率高,通过支撑柱和垂直风力发电机沿大棚本体的纵向均匀分布,使得支撑柱既可以用于支撑垂直风力发电机,又能够对大棚本体进行支撑,提高大棚本体的支撑强度,蓄电池通过太阳能薄膜和垂直风力发电机充电后,对空气湿度传感器、光照度传感器、CO2传感器和监控摄像头供电,实现了监控装置的能源自给,节能环保,有利于推广使用。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种能源自给型农用监控装置,包括支撑柱1、大棚本体4、太阳能薄膜5、监控摄像头11和垂直风力发电机12,支撑柱1设置在大棚本体4内中部,支撑柱1底部设置有底座2,底座2内部设置有蓄电池3,支撑柱1顶部贯穿大棚本体4顶部,支撑柱1顶部设置有垂直风力发电机12,垂直风力发电机12的转轴14上套有轮毂13,且转轴14和轮毂13之间无相对运动,轮毂13上设置有多根连杆15,连杆15围绕轮毂13等距对称分布,连杆15的末端通过连接片与叶片16连接,叶片16与地面垂直,垂直风力发电机12和蓄电池3连接,大棚本体4内部设置有横梁6,横梁6上设置有空气湿度传感器7、光照度传感器8和CO2传感器9,横梁6上固定安装有安装基座10,安装基座10底部安装有监控摄像头11,蓄电池3分别和空气湿度传感器7、光照度传感器8、CO2传感器9和监控摄像头11连接,大棚本体4两侧设置有太阳能薄膜5,太阳能薄膜5和蓄电池3连接。
叶片16、连接片和连杆15为一组叶片16组,且叶片16组设置有三组,支撑柱1和垂直风力发电机12设置有多个,且支撑柱1和垂直风力发电机12沿大棚本体4的纵向均匀分布,转轴14顶部设置有避雷针17,监控摄像头11设置有多个。
具体原理:使用时,太阳能薄膜5和垂直风力发电机12不断地对蓄电池3进行充电,垂直风力发电机12设置有多个,确保发电量足够监控装置使用,蓄电池3充电后对空气湿度传感器7、光照度传感器8、CO2传感器9和监控摄像头11供电,确保其正常运行,使之分别监测大棚内得空气温湿度、光照度、CO2浓度等环境参数,同时对大棚进行实时监控,从而实现了监控装置的能源自给,节能环保。
该种能源自给型农用监控装置,通过垂直风力发电机的设置,不论风从哪个方向吹来,都能够最大限度的利用风能,发电效率高,通过支撑柱和垂直风力发电机沿大棚本体的纵向均匀分布,使得支撑柱既可以用于支撑垂直风力发电机,又能够对大棚本体进行支撑,提高大棚本体的支撑强度,蓄电池通过太阳能薄膜和垂直风力发电机充电后,对空气湿度传感器、光照度传感器、CO2传感器和监控摄像头供电,实现了监控装置的能源自给,节能环保,有利于推广使用。

1.一种能源自给型农用监控装置,包括支撑柱(1)、大棚本体(4)、太阳能薄膜(5)、监控摄像头(11)和垂直风力发电机(12),其特征在于,所述支撑柱(1)设置在大棚本体(4)内中部,所述支撑柱(1)底部设置有底座(2),所述底座(2)内部设置有蓄电池(3),所述支撑柱(1)顶部贯穿大棚本体(4)顶部,所述支撑柱(1)顶部设置有垂直风力发电机(12),所述垂直风力发电机(12)的转轴(14)上套有轮毂(13),且所述转轴(14)和轮毂(13)之间无相对运动,所述轮毂(13)上设置有多根连杆(15),所述连杆(15)围绕轮毂(13)等距对称分布,所述连杆(15)的末端通过连接片与叶片(16)连接,所述叶片(16)与地面垂直,所述垂直风力发电机(12)和蓄电池(3)连接,所述大棚本体(4)内部设置有横梁(6),所述横梁(6)上设置有空气湿度传感器(7)、光照度传感器(8)和CO2传感器(9),所述横梁(6)上固定安装有安装基座(10),所述安装基座(10)底部安装有监控摄像头(11),所述蓄电池(3)分别和空气湿度传感器(7)、光照度传感器(8)、CO2传感器(9)和监控摄像头(11)连接,所述大棚本体(4)两侧设置有太阳能薄膜(5),所述太阳能薄膜(5)和蓄电池(3)连接。
