Abstract

一种输电塔兼风电塔架,在输电铁塔的中部装有风力发电机组,该风力发电机组由两台相同的风力发电机组成;在输电铁塔上用偏航轴承安装一转台,该转台起了自动对风向在下风向的作用和用作机舱,在该转台一侧的两拐角处分别装有一台所述的风力发电机,每一该风力发电机包括分别安装在两端盖都伸出轴的发电机,以上联轴节和下联轴节使上、下轴连接为同一轴线,并使上二翼叶片与下二翼叶片的圆心夹角为互间90°;在所述的输电铁塔上装有八字形的导流板;每一所述的发电机分别安装在一铸框座内,每一该铸框座分别安装在该转台一侧的两拐角处。这种数十千瓦的风电机组独立就地供电,为郊野创业的大学毕业生、集约化经营者、科学实验者很大的方便。

本发明属于电领域,将输电塔兼作风力发电装置的塔架。
背景技术
极大部分电力输送铁塔都经过农村郊野或小小山岗,要是每一铁塔可以往塔下的农业、果园、水果山送电,对促进农林果木、花木以及养殖业起很大作用,但是由于输送的高压,使电力无法随处分支给广泛的农业郊野供电。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种输电塔兼风电塔架,以解决现有技术存在的输送的高压电力无法随处分支给广泛的农业郊野供电的问题。
本发明的技术方案:包括输电铁塔,在所述的输电铁塔的中部装有风力发电机组,其特征是,该风力发电机组由两台相同的风力发电机组成;在所述的输电铁塔上用偏航轴承安装一转台,该转台起了自动对风向在下风向的作用和用作机舱,在该转台一侧的两拐角处分别装有一台所述的风力发电机,每一该风力发电机包括发电机、上联轴节兼刹车盘和下联轴节,该发电机的两端盖都伸出轴,并分别以上联轴节和下联轴节与上面的H型风轮的轴、下面的H型风轮的轴连接为同一轴线,并使上H型风轮的二翼叶片与下H型风轮的二翼叶片的圆心夹角为互间90°;在该转台一侧的两拐角处分别安装一铸框座,每一所述的发电机安装在一该铸框座内。
优点:①本结构适合中国东部沿海地区人口稠密,风力资源较好,农林花木海产养殖都需科学性、研究性,尤其是从事郊野创业的大学毕业生很需要优惠价风电支持;②利用输电铁塔的腰部架设适合低风速运作的风电机组,也是一种节约资源、提高风能利用率的途径;③郊野小户用以这种方式获得风电可省去由升降变压、大电网线损的费用。

具体实施方式
参见图1,两端盖都伸出轴的发电机1,上联轴节兼刹车盘1a,下联轴节1b,以1a和1b使上、下轴2同一轴线,并使上二翼叶片3与下二翼叶片3的投影图的圆心夹角成为互间90°的圆心角投影,再加上导流板Aa、Bb和转化塔影效应为增益作用后,使H型风轮起动性能好、起动风速低、叶片少质量轻的优势都显示。铸框座4的上下轴承轴座4a同一轴线,两个铸框座4安装着同样的上、下层风轮,构成A组和B组,分别用螺栓把铸框座4紧固在转台5左侧的两拐角处,形成A、B组风轮成为自动对风在下风向。
W表示风向。图2表示用导流板和利用、转化塔影效应为增益作用;由A、B两组风轮的正风阻的圆周部位转化为负风阻或微风阻区域。白箭头是A、B组风轮的转向。
转台5用偏航轴承(水平轴三叶风轮塔架上应用的)支承,它起了自动对风向在下风向的作用和机舱的用途,内置电表、电瓶、电容、逆变器、集流环(代替自动解电缆装置,功率小,简化装置)。
5a是转台5的底门遥控门。
本发明将新发展、布局的输电铁塔略改进一下,发展它一材兼作双功能或多作用,也是一种节能降耗提升农林牧养殖现代化的方法之一。例如利用铁塔的中腰部安装H型风力发电(数十千瓦)直接就地供电给塔下附近的种田大户或集约化经营者负责使用或特优价供电方式给郊野创业的大学毕业生使用;也可再分支线给周围的从业农产科学种养用电。由政府领发营业执照的经营者可获得优惠电价。晚上无风力时仍有电瓶逆变器供照明和报警器用电。

1.一种输电塔兼风电塔架,包括输电铁塔,在所述的输电铁塔的中部装有风力发电机组,其特征是,该风力发电机组由两台相同的风力发电机组成;在所述的输电铁塔上用偏航轴承安装一转台,该转台起了自动对风向在下风向的作用和用作机舱,在该转台一侧的两拐角处分别装有一台所述的风力发电机,每一该风力发电机包括发电机、上联轴节兼刹车盘和下联轴节,该发电机的两端盖都伸出轴,并分别以上联轴节和下联轴节与上面的H型风轮的轴、下面的H型风轮的轴连接为同一轴线,并使上H型风轮的二翼叶片与下H型风轮的二翼叶片的圆心夹角为互间90°;在该转台一侧的两拐角处分别安装一铸框座,每一所述的发电机安装在一个铸框座内。
