Abstract

本案公开了一种太阳能光电板用背膜,其从上至下依次设有第一表层、胶黏剂层和第二表层;第一表层包括:聚酰胺树脂100重量份;聚氨酯树脂40~42重量份;聚苯乙烯8~10重量份;聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯5~6重量份;邻羟基苯甲酸异丙酯0.6~0.8重量份;胶黏剂层包括:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯100重量份;乙烯‑甲基丙烯酸辛酯共聚物14~16重量份;二甲苯磺酸铵2~3重量份。本案通过对传统背膜结构和配方的双重改进,提高了层与层之间的粘结强度,同时增强了单层本体的结构强度、耐腐蚀性能和耐候性能,使其具备较高的使用寿命,且制造成本低廉,易于推广应用。

太阳能光电板用背膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子膜组,具体涉及一种太阳能光电板用背膜。
背景技术
太阳能光伏板中的背膜作为直接与外环境大面积接触的光伏封装材料,它被要求具备卓越的耐长期老化(湿热、干热、紫外)、耐电气绝缘、水蒸气阻隔等性能。现有的最常见的背膜为含氟背膜,其中含氟背膜又分为双面含氟(TPT)和单面含氟(TPE)背膜,其中,双面含氟背膜的基本结构大致为含氟层/胶/PET/胶/含氟层。但由于含氟背膜的制备技术和表面改性技术都被国外大公司所垄断,国内还未能实现国产化,这也使得国内的光伏背膜产业长期受制于国外制造商,造成背膜成本居高不下,且很难进口。
背膜由于其内部存在胶粘剂,而胶粘剂的质量水准不一,加之复合工艺良莠不齐,在电池组件户外长期使用过程中背膜受湿度与温度双重因素的综合影响,易发生粘结胶层水解等损害,最终导致层与层之间剥离,难以满足电池组件长期的可靠性要求。国内也曾有过企业尝试去采用一些普通的聚氨酯、环氧类或丙烯酸类胶黏剂去替换国外所使用的胶黏剂,但这些胶黏剂都容易老化,在性能上无法满足耐久性要求。因此,开发一类具有优异长期耐候性能的低成本的背膜产品,是目前背膜研发的方向和趋势。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种太阳能光电板用背膜,其通过对现有背膜结构的简化和改进,并针对每层的配方进行重新设计,从而获得了一款可以在性能上满足高耐久性需求的产品。
本发明的技术方案概述如下:
一种太阳能光电板用背膜,其从上至下依次设有第一表层、胶黏剂层和第二表层;

聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 100重量份;

优选的是,所述的太阳能光电板用背膜,其中,所述聚苯乙烯的数均分子量为14000~18000g/mol;所述聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯的数均分子量为10000~13000g/mol。
优选的是,所述的太阳能光电板用背膜,其中,所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的数均分子量为18000~20000g/mol。
优选的是,所述的太阳能光电板用背膜,其中,所述乙烯-甲基丙烯酸辛酯共聚物中,乙烯含量为18~22wt%;所述乙烯-甲基丙烯酸辛酯共聚物的数均分子量为15000~18000g/mol。
优选的是,所述的太阳能光电板用背膜,其中,所述聚酰亚胺的数均分子量为12000~15000g/mol;所述环氧树脂的数均分子量为12000~15000g/mol。
优选的是,所述的太阳能光电板用背膜,其中,所述聚亚苯基砜树脂的数均分子量为7000~10000g/mol。
优选的是,所述的太阳能光电板用背膜,其中,所述胶黏剂层还包括2~3重量份的乙酸叔丁酯。
优选的是,所述的太阳能光电板用背膜,其中,所述胶黏剂层还包括2~3重量份的椰油酸二乙醇酰胺。
本发明的有益效果是:本案通过对传统背膜结构和配方的双重改进,提高了层与层之间的粘结强度,同时增强了单层本体的结构强度、耐腐蚀性能和耐候性能,使其具备较高的使用寿命,且制造成本低廉,易于推广应用。

其中,聚酰亚胺的数均分子量优选为12000~15000g/mol;环氧树脂的数均分子量优选为12000~15000g/mol。
其中,聚亚苯基砜树脂的数均分子量优选为7000~10000g/mol。
其中,胶黏剂层还优选包括2~3重量份的乙酸叔丁酯。
