the user uses the charging treasure, and the payment mode can be used for paying a deposit and paying a use fee according to the use times; the user can pay a deposit and pay a use fee according to the used electric quantity; or the payment is free after the deposit is paid; after the user uses the charge pal, returning the charge pal to the receiving and sending cabinet, and processing according to the payment mode selected by the user;
