Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application in various embodiments of the present invention. However, the technical solution claimed in the present application can be implemented without these technical details and various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments.
A first embodiment of the invention is directed to a skin care matching method based on skin omics. The specific flow is shown in figure 1.
Step 101: phenotypic data, questionnaire data, and skin-related genotype data of the user are obtained.
In this embodiment, the genotype data may include: fine line related gene sites, relaxation related gene sites, wax yellow related gene sites, whitening related gene sites, post-inflammation pigmentation related gene sites, oil control related gene sites, bacteriostasis related gene sites, skin barrier related gene sites and anti-inflammation related gene sites.
The phenotypic data may include: measurement data of photoaging skin color difference, skin dark yellow condition, skin speckle condition, skin laxity condition, skin fine lines condition, skin sensitivity condition and skin oil condition. Wherein, the photoaging skin color difference can be obtained by the difference value between the average value of melanin of forehead and the average value of melanin of the inner part of arm; the dark yellow condition of the skin can be obtained by the difference value between the Lab value of the forehead and the Lab value of the inner part of the arm; skin blotchiness can be obtained from the standard deviation of melanin in the cheek portion; the skin laxity can be obtained from the static stripe information of the whole face; the skin fine line condition can be obtained from the dynamic line information of the whole face; skin sensitivity can be derived from standard deviation of hemoglobin in cheek parts, moisture content of cheek epidermis, and keratinocyte exfoliating ability of cheek; skin oil condition can be derived from the oil content on the skin surface of cheek and forehead.
Questionnaire survey data can include: skin symptoms, skin type, oil condition, pore condition, pox condition, and response to use of various facial products that afflict the user.
After the genotype data, the phenotype data and the questionnaire survey data of the user are obtained, determining the skin problem of the user according to the genotype data, the phenotype data and the questionnaire survey data, and searching the formation reason of the skin problem of the user; then, according to the formation reason, the skin care product matched with the skin problem of the user can be obtained to be recommended to the user.
Specifically, after acquiring the genotype data, the phenotype data, and the questionnaire survey data of the user, the present embodiment may first check the questionnaire survey data to determine whether the user has a skin problem that the user wants to solve urgently. If so, the skin problem which the user wants to solve can be determined as the skin problem of the user, and the reason for generating the skin problem can be searched for to obtain the matched skin care product. If the user does not have the skin problem to be solved, the phenotype data and the genotype data of the user can be checked to judge whether the user has the skin problem. See steps 102 to 106 for a specific implementation.
Step 102: whether the user has a skin problem to be solved is judged according to the questionnaire survey data. If yes, go to step 103; if not, go to step 104.
In this step, whether the user has a skin problem to be solved can be determined by looking up the questionnaire survey data. For example, if the user writes skin sensitivity in the "skin symptoms bothering the user" item in the questionnaire data, then sensitivity is the skin problem that the user wants to solve. If the user writes not only sensitive skin but also dark yellow skin, the sensitive skin and the dark yellow skin are the skin problems that the user wants to solve.
Step 103: and determining the skin problem which the user wants to solve as the skin problem of the user, and searching the formation reason of the skin problem of the user according to the genotype data and the phenotype data.
For example, if the skin problem that the user wants to solve is vaccinia, the skin oil condition of the user in the phenotype data and the oil control related gene site and the bacteriostatic related gene site in the genotype data can be checked to determine whether vaccinia is caused by excessive oil on the skin, or is caused by a low fraction of the oil control related gene site or a low fraction of the bacteriostatic gene related gene site, or is caused by both the above reasons. After finding the cause of the skin problem, the process may proceed directly to step 106.
Step 104: and judging whether the user has skin problems or not according to the phenotype data and the genotype data of the user. If yes, go to step 105; if not, the flow ends.
It is worth mentioning that the skin problems referred to in step 104 include both skin problems that have currently occurred and potential skin problems. The former can be determined according to the phenotype data, for example, whether the user has the problem of dark yellow skin is determined directly according to the dark yellow skin condition of the user, and whether the user has the problem of speckles is determined directly according to the skin speckle condition; the latter can be determined based on the genotype data, for example, from the current phenotype data, the skin of the user is not slack, but from the genotype data, the slack related gene locus score of the user is low, and the skin is likely to be slack, so that the skin slack is a potential skin problem.
Step 105: and determining the existing skin problem as the skin problem of the user, and searching the formation reason of the skin problem of the user according to the genotype data and the phenotype data.
As in step 104, the skin of the user is not flaccid from the current phenotypic data, but the flaccid related genetic locus score of the user is low from the genotype data, and the potential skin problem is skin flaccid, which is caused by the flaccid related genetic locus score being low.
If it is determined in step 104 that the skin problem of the user is vaccinia, it can be checked whether the vaccinia problem is caused by phenotypic data (e.g., high lipid content of skin), genotypic data (e.g., low oil control-related gene locus score), or both. After finding the cause of the skin problem, the process may proceed directly to step 106.
Step 106: and acquiring the skin care product matched with the formation reason for recommending to the user.
After the skin problem of the user is determined and the formation reason of the skin problem is found, the skin care product matched with the formation reason can be obtained. For example, when the skin of the user is sensitive and needs anti-aging, and the skin problems are caused by a low anti-inflammatory gene site score and excessive fine lines on the skin, a soothing essence and an anti-wrinkle essence may be recommended to the user. If the reason for resisting aging is not fine lines but skin relaxation, tightening essence can be recommended; if the reason for the anti-aging is not fine lines, not laxity, but dark yellow skin, a skin rejuvenation essence is recommended. As can be seen, even with the same skin problem, the cause of the formation is different, and different skin care products need to be recommended. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram showing a structure of a skin care product recommended according to the present embodiment based on phenotypic data, questionnaire data, and skin-related genotype data.
The anti-aging essence 1, the anti-aging essence 2 and the anti-aging essence 3 in fig. 2 correspond to aging problems caused by three reasons, respectively. For example, anti-aging essence 1 corresponds to an aging problem caused by fine wrinkles (such as severe skin fine wrinkles in phenotypic data or fine wrinkle-related genes), anti-aging essence 2 corresponds to an aging problem caused by loose skin, and anti-aging essence 3 corresponds to an aging problem caused by dark yellow skin. The whitening essence 1, the whitening essence 2, and the like in the figures are also similar to each other, and the description of the embodiment is omitted.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment considers the phenotype data and questionnaire survey data of the user and also refers to the genotype data related to the skin when solving the skin problem of the user, thereby being beneficial to fundamentally finding out the cause of the skin problem and helping the user to find out more potential skin problems. In addition, the present embodiment recommends a skin care product to the user according to the cause of the skin problem, and also contributes to improving the accuracy of the recommended skin care product.
A second embodiment of the invention is directed to a skin care matching method based on skin omics. The second embodiment is a further improvement on the first embodiment, and the main improvement is that: the second embodiment specifically provides a method for determining whether a user has a skin problem according to phenotype data and genotype data, and the specific flow is shown in fig. 3:
step 301: phenotypic data, questionnaire data, and skin-related genotype data of the user are obtained.
Step 302: whether the user has a skin problem to be solved is judged according to the questionnaire survey data. If yes, go to step 303; if not, go to step 307.
Step 303: and judging whether the number of the skin problems which the user wants to solve reaches a first preset value or not. If yes, go to step 306 directly; if not; step 304 is entered.
Generally, when a user presents a certain skin problem, other problems may often be presented along with the skin problem. A large amount of data show that the formation reasons of the skin problems appearing simultaneously are always in internal connection, the effect is not good when only one of the skin problems is solved, and the effect is better when a certain number of skin problems are solved simultaneously. Therefore, the present embodiment can establish a preset value (i.e. a first preset value), and the first preset value can be set according to actual situations.
Step 304: and judging whether the user has other problems related to the skin problems which the user wants to solve according to the genotype data and the phenotype data. If yes, go to step 305; if not, go to step 306.
For example, when the user wants to solve the problem of pox, and the problem of pox mark and sensitivity may occur along with the problem of pox, the problem of pox mark and sensitivity is other problems related to pox. When the user wants to solve the wrinkle problem, there may be problems such as sagging, dark yellow, etc. accompanying the wrinkle problem; the problems of sagging, dark yellow etc. are other problems related to wrinkles.
Step 305: the skin problem which the user wants to solve and other related problems are determined as the skin problem of the user, and the forming reason of the skin problem of the user is searched according to the phenotype data and the genotype data. Thereafter, step 312 may be entered directly.
Step 306: the skin problem which the user wants to solve is directly determined as the skin problem of the user, and the formation reason of the skin problem of the user is searched according to the phenotype data and the genotype data. Thereafter, step 312 may be entered directly.
Step 307: the interval in which the age of the user is located is determined.
The skin problems faced vary from one age group to another. Therefore, the embodiment can determine the section of the user's age and then specifically check the skin problem of the user.
Specifically, in this step, a preset value (i.e., a second preset value) may be established, and then it is determined whether the age of the user reaches the second preset value (e.g., 35), and if so, it is determined that the section where the age of the user is located is the first section (i.e., the section of 35 +). If not, the section in which the age of the user is located is determined to be a second section (i.e., a section of 35-).
Step 308: and judging whether the user has the skin problem with the highest priority corresponding to the interval or not according to the phenotype data and the genotype data. If so, go to step 309; if not, proceed to step 310.
For users with the age in the first interval, the skin problems have the following priority levels from high to low: resisting aging, whitening skin, and treating acne; for users with the age in the second interval, the skin problems are in the following order from high to low: whitening skin, resisting aging, and treating acne.
Taking the age of the user in the first interval as an example, the step can check whether the user needs anti-aging, that is, whether there is a skin problem with the highest priority corresponding to the first interval.
Step 309: and judging whether the quantity of the skin problems accumulated currently reaches a first preset value.
Take the first preset value as 2 as an example. Generally, to determine whether a user needs anti-aging, the user is determined whether the user has problems such as fine lines, slack, or dark yellow. When the user has any two of the 3 questions, it can be determined that the number of skin questions currently accumulated has reached the first preset value, and at this time, the process may directly proceed to step 311; when the user has only any one or none of the 3 questions, it is determined that the number of skin questions currently accumulated has not reached the first preset value, and then step 310 may be entered.
Step 310: and judging whether the skin problem of the next priority exists in the user according to the phenotype data and the genotype data.
Still taking the age of the user in the first interval as an example, this step can determine whether the user needs whitening. To determine whether a user needs whitening, it is determined whether the user has a photo-aging skin color difference problem. When the determination is made to exist, the process returns to step 309 to continue to determine whether the number of skin problems accumulated currently reaches the first preset value. If the user does not have the skin problem of the next priority, returning to the step, namely judging whether the user has the skin problem of the next priority again according to the phenotype data and the genotype data. The "skin problem of the next priority" at this time is a sensitivity problem.
Step 311: and determining all skin problems existing at present as skin problems of the user, and searching the formation reasons of the skin problems of the user according to the phenotype data and the genotype data.
Step 312: and acquiring the skin care product matched with the formation reason for recommending to the user.
The steps of the above methods are divided for clarity, and the implementation may be combined into one step or split some steps, and the steps are divided into multiple steps, so long as the same logical relationship is included, which are all within the protection scope of the present patent; it is within the scope of the patent to add insignificant modifications to the algorithms or processes or to introduce insignificant design changes to the core design without changing the algorithms or processes.
