More preferably, the supercharging blade is fixed to an end of the motor shaft by screwing a nut.
Preferably, the middle part of the turbine middle plate is provided with a protruding bulging surface, and the rotation diameter of the supercharging blade is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the bulging surface of the turbine middle plate. Or, the ratio of the rotational diameter of the supercharging blade to the diameter of the turbine is 0.4-0.5.
Preferably, the supercharging blade is located between the wind guide ring and the bulge surface of the turbine middle plate and is located in the middle third range of the turbine depth.

Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the features of the embodiments in this application may be combined with each other arbitrarily. The directional terms in this application, such as "front, rear, left, right", "up, down, outer, inner", etc., are for convenience of description and do not constitute a limitation of the scope of protection. Those skilled in the art will recognize that simple alternatives between the above-described orientations do not depart from the scope of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, there is shown a schematic perspective view of a range hood according to the present application. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, there are shown a rear perspective view and a front perspective view of the fan frame and its associated components, respectively. As shown, the range hood includes a housing 1, with a blower frame 22 and a turbine assembly inside the housing 1. The range hood can be further provided with a control panel 2, a guide plate 3, an oil collecting box 4 and the like according to the requirements. The deflector 3 is arranged at the lower part of the fan frame 22, and a net cover 5 can be arranged outside the deflector; a hanging plate 23 can be arranged on the back of the fan frame 22 and used for hanging the range hood; a service plate 25 may also be provided on the front of the fan frame 22 to allow removal of the service plate 25 during service to provide access to the interior of the smoke machine; an air outlet 24 is provided at the upper part of the fan frame 22, and is connected to the smoke exhaust passage to exhaust the smoke to the outside of the range hood. Preferably, an electrical assembly 26 is also provided on top of the fan frame 22 for controlling the operation of the range hood.
As shown in fig. 4-5, schematic diagrams of the turbine assembly of the present application are shown. The turbine assembly includes a turbine 30 and a turbine middle plate 35 that are assembled to each other. Preferably, the turbine 30 and the turbine middle plate 35 are riveted to each other, and the turbine 30 and the turbine middle plate 35 are riveted to each other at a position such that the turbine middle plate 35 can be fully retracted within a depth range of the turbine 30. The volute 31 can be further provided with a wind guide ring 32, and the volute 31 is fixed on the fan frame 22. By providing the wind guide ring, the effects of silencing, preventing vortex generation and the like can be achieved besides the wind guide. The middle of the turbine middle plate 35 is provided with a shaft hole 36 through which a motor shaft of the rotating motor passes, the rotating motor is fixed on the volute, and the turbine middle plate are fixed on the rotating motor through the motor shaft. Referring to fig. 4, a booster blade 33 is provided between the end of the motor shaft and the turbine middle plate, and the booster blade 33 can be fixed to the end of the motor shaft by screwing a nut 34. Preferably, the supercharging blades 33 lie in the middle third of the turbine depth. I.e. if the turbine depth is halved, the supercharging vanes 33 are arranged in the middle third.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the middle portion of the turbine middle plate 35 has a protruding bulging surface. Preferably, the ratio of the rotational diameter of the supercharging blades 33 to the diameter of the turbine 30 is from 0.3 to 0.7, preferably from 0.4 to 0.5. The turbine diameter herein refers to the outer diameter of the turbine, and the ratio of the inner diameter to the outer diameter of the turbine may be 0.5-0.95. Alternatively, the rotational diameter of the supercharging blade 33 is less than or equal to the forwardly projecting bulge-face diameter of the turbine plate. In the application, the rotation diameter of the supercharging blade is set to be smaller than the diameter of the turbine, so that the air eye space formed when the turbine rotates is fully formed. When the turbine rotates, the center of the circle of the turbine can form a wind hole with a certain diameter, and suction force is not generated at the wind hole, so that the air suction effect of the turbine is reduced. Through the position setting booster blade that forms the eye when the turbine rotates in this application, the effect of induced drafting of messenger's turbine obviously increases to increased fan efficiency and reduced the noise. Meanwhile, compared with the length of the blade in the prior art, the length of the supercharging blade is greatly reduced, so that less greasy dirt can be left on the blade, the weight of the blade cannot be increased due to accumulation of the greasy dirt, and the suction effect is enhanced.

Claims (7)
1. The range hood with the turbocharging function comprises a shell, wherein a turbine component is arranged in the shell, the turbine component comprises a volute, a turbine and a turbine middle plate which are mutually assembled, a wind guide ring is arranged on the volute, a shaft hole is formed in the middle of the turbine middle plate, and a motor shaft of a rotating motor penetrates through the shaft hole;
the middle part of the turbine middle plate is provided with a protruding bulging surface, and the rotation diameter of the supercharging blade is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the bulging surface of the turbine middle plate;
the supercharging blades are positioned between the wind guide ring and the bulge surface of the middle plate of the turbine and are positioned in the middle third range of the depth of the turbine;
the inside of shell still is equipped with the fan frame, the spiral case is fixed on the fan frame.
2. The range hood of claim 1 wherein the ratio of the rotational diameter of the supercharging blades to the diameter of the turbine is from 0.4 to 0.5.
3. The range hood according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the supercharging blade is fixed to an end of the motor shaft by screwing a nut.
4. The range hood according to claim 1, further comprising a baffle plate, wherein the baffle plate is disposed at a lower portion of the fan frame, and a mesh enclosure is further disposed at an outer portion of the baffle plate.
5. The range hood of claim 1, wherein a hanging plate is provided on a back side of the fan frame, and a maintenance plate is provided on a front side of the fan frame.
6. The range hood according to claim 1, wherein an air outlet is provided at an upper portion of the fan frame, and the air outlet is connected to the smoke exhaust passage.
7. The range hood of claim 1 wherein the top of the fan frame is provided with electrical components.
