本发明提供一种光敏变色装饰板,包括装饰板本体,所述装饰板本体的表面有喷涂有光敏变色涂料的温敏变色层,所述装饰板本体的厚度为0.15‑0.25mm,本方案通过光敏变色使得装饰板随着太阳光照射的强弱的变化可以呈现各种不同的颜色,也能够增加装饰板的美感。本发明所述的光敏变色装饰板的变色过程具有颜色变化时间短、响应灵敏度高、循环寿命长、色彩变化丰富等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于装饰建材领域,具体涉及一种光敏变色装饰板。
背景技术
装饰板是一种家具用材,其是一种人造板材,用多种专用纸张经过化学处理后,用高温高压胶合剂制成的热固性层积塑料,板面具有各种木纹或图案,光亮平整,色泽鲜艳美观,同时具有较高的耐磨、耐热、耐寒、防火等良好的物理性能。许多高级房舍的墙壁、屋顶,制作讲究的柜、橱、桌、床,精密仪器的工作台,实验室的实验台、电视机、收音机以及其它广播电讯设备的外壳,大都采用这种新型的装饰板。
尤其是在现阶段市场上的各种装饰需求,普通的建材装饰板已满足不了人们的审美,若是一段时间后再更换装饰板,则成本大,费时费力。
中国专利一种温控变色装饰板(申请号:CN201510061304.3),主要由基板和至少一层感温变色涂层组成,其中,基板内部具有碳晶发热膜,感温变色涂层由感温变色涂料涂布在基板表面形成。采用以上技术方案的温控变色装饰板,可用于墙壁、屋顶、地板,由于具有至少一层感温变色涂层,可以通过温控装置调节温控变色装饰板的温度,使温控变色装饰板在不同的温度下呈现不同的板面颜色或者图案,可实现灵活独特的装饰效果,视觉效果好,可以应用于高档装修的场合。在装饰板中加入远红外线材料后,可以明显提高发热程度,可以引起人体细胞的活动,从而起到很好的保健作用。该专利采用温度控制,以调节和控制装饰板的颜色,但其局限性大,温度的控制依赖于能源的损耗,长此以往将造成较大的能耗,且若应用在室外幕墙,则影响温控的因素更多,存在诸多不可控情况。
因此急需要一种可根据光照强度不同变更色彩的光敏变色装饰板。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种光敏变色装饰板,以解决现有技术样式单一、更换费力的问题。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种光敏变色装饰板,包括装饰板本体,所述装饰板本体的表面有喷涂有光敏变色涂料的温敏变色层。
优选的,所述装饰板本体的厚度为0.15-0.25mm。
优选的,所述光敏变色层的厚度为100-150nm。
优选的,所述光敏变色涂料包括聚氨酯以及核壳结构WO3、Ag纳米材料;其中,该纳米材料的内核为WO3、Ag纳米粒子,粒径为20-40nm;外壳为表面修饰剂,厚度为5-8nm。
优选的,所述的纳米复合体相光敏变色材料,所述核壳结构WO3、Ag纳米材料占所述纳米复合体相光敏变色材料总重量的0.55%-0.56%;该核壳结构WO3、Ag纳米材料的重量比为(100-30)∶(30-10)。
优选的,所述表面修饰剂为聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮或十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
本发明的有益效果是:
本方案通过光敏变色使得装饰板随着太阳光照射的强弱的变化可以呈现各种不同的颜色,也能够增加装饰板的美感。本发明所述的光敏变色装饰板的变色过程具有颜色变化时间短、响应灵敏度高、循环寿命长、色彩变化丰富等优点。

如图1所示,一种光敏变色装饰板,包括装饰板本体1,装饰板本体1的表面有喷涂有光敏变色涂料的温敏变色层2。
具体的,在本光敏变色装饰板的实际实施中,将装饰板本体1的厚度制作在为0.15-0.25mm。光敏变色层2的厚度为100-150nm。光敏变色涂料包括聚氨酯以及核壳结构WO3、Ag纳米材料;其中,该纳米材料的内核为WO3、Ag纳米粒子,粒径为20-40nm;外壳为表面修饰剂,厚度为5-8nm。所述纳米复合体相光敏变色材料,所述核壳结构WO3、Ag纳米材料占所述纳米复合体相光敏变色材料总重量的0.55%-0.56%;该核壳结构WO3、Ag纳米材料的重量比为(100-30)∶(30-10)。所述表面修饰剂为聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮或十二烷基苯磺酸钠。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种光敏变色装饰板,其特征在于,所述光敏变色层的厚度为100-150nm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种光敏变色装饰板,其特征在于,所述光敏变色涂料包括聚氨酯以及核壳结构WO3、Ag纳米材料;其中,该纳米材料的内核为WO3、Ag纳米粒子,粒径为20-40nm;外壳为表面修饰剂,厚度为5-8nm。
