本发明属于包装膜技术领域,尤其涉及一种防水透气膜,其特征在于各组分及其含量按重量份数为:外层的组分及含量:LLDPE 30‑60份;LDPE 25‑35份;茂金属聚丙烯50‑70份;与外层相邻的第一内层的组分及含量:PET 40‑60份;铝箔10‑20份;乙烯‑丙烯酸共聚物10‑30份;与第一内层相邻的第二内层的组分及含量:PET 35‑50份;钙盐交联褐藻酸20‑30份;与第二内层相邻的内层的组分及含量:抗粘母粒8‑25份;聚乙烯50‑65份;中密度PE 10‑20份。本发明的有益效果是:挺度高、摩擦系数小、包装强度高,包装机上进行流水线作业时不易破损,膜的光滑性好,粉料下料时不易堆积,在存储食品过程中不会与食品发生粘接,同时能保证包装空间内的干燥。

一种防水透气膜
技术领域
本发明属于大棚膜技术领域,尤其涉及一种防水透气膜。
背景技术
在建筑行业熟知防水膜用于防止水渗透的基底的密封。例如在US4065924中描述了与复合层相结合的阻挡层,其中阻挡层布置于基底上并且复合层通过其被施涂的混凝土渗透而确保与施涂的混凝土的结合。
但是这些密封的缺点在于,所述的阻挡层可能从复合层脱落并且在其之间可能形成空腔。另外,阻挡层和复合层之间的结合可能由于生产条件而是不完全的,或者复合层没有完全被施涂的混凝土渗透。所有这些都可能导致液体可以穿透扩散的空腔。在阻挡层有漏洞的情况下,例如由于生长进去的根,材料疲劳或由于牵引力或剪切力,渗入的水可能通过这些相关联的空腔往后迁移过阻挡层。由此一方面会遭遇大范围渗透水,另一方面很难准确定位漏洞。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种防水透气膜。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种防水透气膜,包括阻挡层、复合层和密封剂,其布置于所述阻挡层的一侧,所述密封剂不连续地布置于复合层和阻挡层之间,所述密封剂的各组分及其含量按重量份数为:丁腈橡胶、氧化锌、硬脂酸、防老剂4010NA、防老剂RD、炭黑N880、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、促进剂C2、促进剂TMTD、硫磺。
进一步,丁腈橡胶100份、氧化锌5份、硬脂酸1份、防老剂4010NA 1份、防老剂RD 1份、炭黑N880 80份、邻苯二甲酸、二辛脂5份、促进剂C2 2份、促进剂TMTD 2份、硫磺0.5份。
进一步,所述的阻挡层为热塑性塑料层。
进一步,所述的阻挡层的厚度为0.1-5mm。
进一步,所述阻挡层具有栅格状的压花,用于容纳所述密封剂。
本发明的有益效果为:所述的介于复合层和阻挡层之间的密封剂在阻挡层有漏洞时妨碍或阻止往后迁移过阻挡层。特别是,复合层和阻挡层之间形成的空腔,通过密封剂阻断。由此限制了渗入水往后迁移范围的大小。由渗入水造成的损失由此限制在较小的范围内且受损部位可以由此较容易地定位。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明的实施例做进一步解释说明。
一种防水透气膜,包括阻挡层、复合层和密封剂,其布置于所述阻挡层的一侧,所述密封剂不连续地布置于复合层和阻挡层之间,所述密封剂的各组分及其含量按重量份数为:丁腈橡胶、氧化锌、硬脂酸、防老剂4010NA、防老剂RD、炭黑N880、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、促进剂C2、促进剂TMTD、硫磺。
丁腈橡胶100份、氧化锌5份、硬脂酸1份、防老剂4010NA 1份、防老剂RD 1份、炭黑N88080份、邻苯二甲酸、二辛脂5份、促进剂C2 2份、促进剂TMTD 2份、硫磺0.5份。
所述的阻挡层为热塑性塑料层。
所述的阻挡层的厚度为0.1-5mm。
所述阻挡层具有栅格状的压花,用于容纳所述密封剂。
所述密封剂的网格状布置可具有以下优点:由此相对于平面结构的布置需要更少的密封剂。其他的优点还有,通过网格状布置获得大量的网格单元,此处每个单独的网格单元都被密封剂包覆。在液体渗入到这些网格中的情况下,密封剂将会沿着网格单元妨碍、特别是阻止向网格单元外的扩散,并且随后的网格会进一步妨碍、特别是阻止液体的扩散。

1.一种防水透气膜,其特征在于:包括阻挡层、复合层和网格状分布的密封剂,其布置于所述阻挡层的一侧,所述密封剂不连续地布置于复合层和阻挡层之间,所述密封剂的各组分及其含量按重量份数为:丁腈橡胶、氧化锌、硬脂酸、防老剂4010NA、防老剂RD、炭黑N880、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、促进剂C2、促进剂TMTD、硫磺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水透气膜,其特征在于各组分及其含量按重量份数为:丁腈橡胶100份、氧化锌5份、硬脂酸1份、防老剂4010NA 1份、防老剂RD 1份、炭黑N880 80份、邻苯二甲酸、二辛脂5份、促进剂C2 2份、促进剂TMTD 2份、硫磺0.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防水透气膜,其特征在于:所述的阻挡层为热塑性塑料层。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的防水透气膜,其特征在于,所述的阻挡层的厚度为0.1-5mm。
5.根据权利要求4中防水透气膜,其特征在于,所述阻挡层具有栅格状的压花,用于容纳所述密封剂。
