Background
With the more modern cities and more industrial modes, the quality of the living environment of people becomes worse and worse; the waste water refers to poisonous and harmful water discharged by human beings in the production and living processes, particularly chemical plants, steel plants, pharmaceutical plants, coking plants, oil refineries and the like, the discharged waste water has large smell, seriously pollutes the environment and influences the human health, the water pollution is more and more serious at present, industrial waste water cannot be directly discharged, and if the industrial waste water is directly discharged, the environmental pollution is caused; therefore, in order to solve the above problems, a sewage purification device facilitating the separation of sludge and water is provided.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the sewage purification device which has an obvious deodorization effect and is convenient for sludge-water separation.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a sewage purification device convenient for mud-water separation comprises a treatment cylinder, a central sleeve, a purification box and a disinfection box; a water inlet pipe is arranged on the left side of the upper surface of the treatment cylinder, and a medicine adding port is arranged on the right side of the upper surface of the treatment cylinder; the central upright post is arranged in the center of the inner cavity of the treatment barrel, and the bottom end of the central upright post is provided with a driving cam to realize transmission with the first motor; the central sleeve penetrates through the central upright post, the outer wall of the central sleeve is fixedly provided with a helical blade, and the top of the central sleeve and the inner upper end of the treatment cylinder are provided with return springs; the sewage discharge pipes are arranged at two sides of the bottom of the treatment barrel, and discharge valves are arranged on the sewage discharge pipes; the flushing port is arranged on the left side of the treatment barrel; the water discharge pipe is arranged at the lower end of the central sleeve, the lower end of the water discharge pipe is connected with the water pump through a connecting water pipe, the right end of the water pump is connected with the purification box through a connecting water pipe, and the upper part of the right side of the purification box is connected with the upper end of the left side of the disinfection box through a connecting water pipe; a medicine feeding valve is arranged on the medicine feeding pipe; the second motor is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the disinfection box, and the upper end of the second motor is provided with a stirring sheet; the water outlet pipe is arranged at the lower end of the right side of the disinfection box; the central sleeve penetrates through the central upright post, and the outer wall of the central sleeve is fixed with a helical blade.
As a further improvement of the invention: the deodorizer is arranged at the upper end of the left side of the treatment barrel.
As a further improvement of the invention: the surface of the central sleeve is provided with uniform filtering holes.
As a further improvement of the invention: the purifying box is characterized in that a compact filter screen is arranged at the bottom of an inner cavity of the purifying box, two groups of activated carbon layers are arranged on the compact filter screen, and a deodorizing layer is arranged on each of the activated carbon layers.
As a further improvement of the invention: the medicine storage box is connected with the disinfection box through a medicine discharge pipe.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the device has the function of removing odor in sewage by arranging the deodorizer at the upper end of the left side of the treatment cylinder; the surface of the central sleeve is provided with uniform filtering holes, so that the central sleeve has the function of quickly separating solid from liquid of sewage; the bottom of the inner cavity of the purifying box is provided with a compact filter screen which has the function of filtering and separating the separated sewage again, two groups of active carbon layers are arranged on the compact filter screen, and the active carbon layers have the function of adsorbing and removing fine particles in the sewage, and a deodorizing layer is arranged on the active carbon layers and has the function of deodorizing the sewage; the medicine storage box is connected with the disinfection box through a medicine feeding pipe, and disinfection treatment is carried out on sewage by adding disinfectant into the disinfection box; the device has the characteristics of simple structure, strong practicability and good sewage purification effect.

Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a sewage purification apparatus for facilitating separation of sludge and water, which includes a treatment cylinder 1, a central sleeve 5, a purification box 17 and a disinfection box 18; the left side of the upper surface of the treatment cylinder 1 is provided with a water inlet pipe 6, and the right side of the upper surface of the treatment cylinder 1 is provided with a chemical adding port 2, so that the sewage treatment device has the function of purifying sewage by adding chemicals such as flocculating agent and the like; the deodorizer 7 is arranged at the upper end of the left side of the treatment cylinder 1 and has the function of removing waste gas in sewage; the central upright post 4 is arranged in the center of the inner cavity of the treatment barrel 1, and the bottom end of the central upright post is provided with a driving cam 12 which realizes transmission with a first motor 11; the central sleeve 5 penetrates through the central upright post 4, the outer wall of the central sleeve is fixedly provided with a helical blade 8, the top of the central sleeve 5 and the inner upper end of the treatment cylinder 1 are provided with a return spring 3, sewage is driven by a driving cam 12 to fluctuate and jump up and down along with the helical blade 9, and the return spring 3 provides restoring force so as to facilitate deodorization; the sewage discharge pipe 10 is arranged at two sides of the bottom of the treatment cylinder 1, and a discharge valve 14 is arranged on the sewage discharge pipe 10; the flushing port 9 is arranged at the left side of the treatment cylinder 1 and has the function of discharging sludge conveniently; the drain pipe 13 is arranged at the lower end of the central sleeve 5, the lower end of the drain pipe 13 is connected with the water pump 16 through a connecting water pipe 15, the right end of the water pump 16 is connected with the purification box 17 through a connecting water pipe 15, and the upper part of the right side of the purification box 17 is connected with the upper end of the left side of the disinfection box 18 through a connecting water pipe 15; the medicine storage box 24 is connected with the disinfection box 18 through a medicine discharge pipe 22, a medicine discharge valve 23 is arranged on the medicine discharge pipe 22, and disinfection treatment is performed on sewage by adding disinfectant into the disinfection box 18; the second motor 19 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the disinfection box 18, and the upper end of the second motor 19 is provided with a stirring sheet 20 which has the function of mixing and stirring the sewage and the disinfectant; the water outlet pipe 21 is arranged at the lower right end of the sterilizing box 18.
Referring to fig. 2, in the present invention, the central sleeve 5 penetrates the central column 4, the outer wall of the central sleeve is fixed with the helical blades 8, and the surface of the central sleeve 5 is provided with uniform filtering holes 25, so as to have a function of rapidly separating water.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present invention, a compact filter screen 26 is disposed at the bottom of an inner cavity of the purification box 17, and has a function of performing secondary filtration and separation on separated sewage, two groups of activated carbon layers 27 are disposed on the compact filter screen 26, and have a function of adsorbing and removing fine particles in sewage, and a deodorizing layer 28 is disposed on the activated carbon layers 27, and has a function of deodorizing sewage.
