Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 5 and 9 to 11, a carbon fiber spoke comprises a spoke body 10, a tooth cap 20 capable of being cooperatively connected with a rim 40, and a cap head 30 capable of being cooperatively connected with a hub 50; the spoke body 10 is made of carbon fiber, and the tooth cap 20 and the cap head 30 are made of stainless steel. The spoke body 10 is in a cylindrical structure, and both ends of the spoke body 10 are fixedly provided with fixing joints 60; the dental cap 20 and the cap head 30 are provided with mounting holes 70 therethrough.
The outer peripheral surface of the fixed joint 60 is provided with a first taper section 61 with a small inner part and a large outer part and a first rotary section which are arranged inside and outside, the minimum outer diameter of the first taper section 61 is larger than the outer diameter of the cylindrical structure of the spoke body 10, the fixed joint 60 is provided with a first step surface 62 through the outer diameter difference, and the outer diameter of the first rotary section is not larger than the maximum outer diameter of the first taper section 61; the first step surfaces 62 of the two fastening tabs 60 are arranged facing each other. Wherein: the first rotary section of the fixed connection head 60 comprises a first cylindrical section 64, the outer diameter of the first cylindrical section 64 is smaller than the maximum outer diameter of the first tapered section 61, and a third tapered section 63 is connected between the first tapered section 61 and the first cylindrical section 64; the included angle between the rotation line of the first taper section 61 and the central axis is 0.5-5 degrees, for example, 1 degree is selected; both end portions of the spoke body 10 are wrapped with yarn and cured to form a fixing portion fixedly sleeved on the end portion of the spoke body 10, and the fixing portion is processed into a fixing head 60 by a stripping processing method.
The hole wall of the mounting hole 70 is provided with a second rotary section 73 and a second taper section 71 with an inner diameter gradually larger than that of the second rotary section 73 from near to far, and the second rotary section 73 is a second cylindrical section; the second tapered section 71 has a minimum inner diameter larger than the inner diameter of the second cylindrical section and the mounting hole 70 is formed with a second stepped surface 72 by an outer diameter difference; wherein: the second rotary section 73 is adapted to the cylindrical structure of the spoke body 10, and the second conical section 71 is adapted to the stationary head 60. The adaptation is as follows: the taper angle of the first taper section 61 is equal to the taper angle of the second taper section 71, or the taper angle of the second taper section 71 is slightly smaller than the taper angle of the first taper section 61.
The second rotary section 73 of the mounting hole 70 of the tooth cap 20 and the cap head 30 is sleeved on the spoke body 10, the second taper section 71 is sleeved on the first taper section 61 of the fixed joint head 60, the first step surface 62 and the second step surface 72 are abutted together, and the mounting hole 70 of the tooth cap 20, the mounting hole 70 of the cap head 30 and the two fixed joints 60 are respectively sleeved in a tight fit manner to form a fixed sleeve. The inner diameter of the second rotary section is not smaller than that of the cylindrical section of the spoke body, and is preferably slightly larger according to the requirement, so that the two sections are in loose fit.
In the use process, the forces of the rim 40 and the hub 50 acting on the tooth cap 20 and the cap head 30 respectively are tensile forces, firstly, the tensile forces enable the second taper section 71 to have outward acting force relative to the first taper section 61, the acting force enables the tightness between the tooth cap and the fixedly connecting head and the tightness between the cap head and the fixedly connecting head to be tighter, the firm connection is ensured, the separation of the two can be avoided, secondly, the first step surface 62 and the second step surface 72 are abutted together, and the tooth cap 20 and the cap head 30 are prevented from being broken and damaged due to overlarge tensile forces; thirdly, the outer part of the mounting hole 70 is matched with the first rotary section, and the outer diameter of the first rotary section is not larger than that of the first taper section 61, so that the outer part can rebound partially, and the breakage and damage of the tooth cap 20 and the cap head 30 caused by overlarge pulling force can be avoided; fourth, the carbon fiber spokes with different lengths can be precisely produced by adopting the structure.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the outer peripheral wall of the cap 20 has at least a threaded section 21 and a non-circular section 22, and the non-circular section 22 is provided with a plurality of notches arranged in an annular array such as a cylindrical surface; if desired, a first solid of revolution section 23 may also be provided between the threaded section 21 and the non-circular section 22; the tail end of the thread section 21 can be provided with a chamfer; the above-mentioned mating connection is achieved by screwing the threaded section with the nut 41 on the rim 40 when mounted.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 5, the peripheral wall of the cap 30 has a fourth taper section 31 and a hooking section 32, the width of the hooking section 32 is larger than the diameter of the fourth taper section 31, and the width of the hooking section 32 is the outer diameter of the hooking section 32; the peripheral wall also has a second solid of revolution section 33 connecting the fourth taper section 31 and the hooking section 32, as required. When in installation, the above-mentioned matching connection is realized by the hanging section 32 hanging on the hanging groove 51 of the flower drum 50.
A method of manufacturing a carbon fiber spoke comprising:

step 4, please refer to fig. 10, the tooth cap 20 and the cap head 30 are moved so that the second rotating sections of the mounting holes of the tooth cap and the cap head are adapted to be connected to the spoke body and the second taper sections are respectively sleeved on the two fixing heads, so as to fix the spoke body, the tooth cap and the cap head together.
