本发明公开了一种防水复合地板，包括防水板、吸水层、主板和密封夹层，所述防水板下侧镶嵌有所述吸水层，所述吸水层下侧镶嵌有所述主板，所述复合地板的连接处镶嵌有所述密封夹层，通过在防水板的最上侧设置有防水漆和防水膜，将防水漆涂抹在防水板的表层和采用聚氯乙烯树脂的防水膜高压在装饰层上，可以达到防湿阻水的目的，提高复合地板的防水性，通过吸水层内部的导流层将水导流到吸水层和干燥层中，通过海绵、活性炭粉末和石灰粉可以对水分进行吸收，达到干燥的目的，在地板的连接缝处设置密封夹层，通过硅胶层、聚乙烯层和填实层对缝隙进行填实，达到防水的目的，防止水从缝隙进入地板内部。

技术领域
本发明涉及地板技术领域，具体为一种防水复合地板。
背景技术
复合地板，是地板的其中一种，但复合地板被人为改变地板材料的天然结构，达到某项物理性能符合预期要求的地板，复合地板在市场上经常泛指强化复合木地板、实木复合地板。
传统复合地板在使用的过程中，遇到水长时间会出现起泡和腐蚀的情况，从而影响到复合地板的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防水复合地板，解决了背景技术中所提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种防水复合地板，包括防水板、吸水层、主板和密封夹层，所述防水板下侧镶嵌有所述吸水层，所述吸水层下侧镶嵌有所述主板，所述复合地板的连接处镶嵌有所述密封夹层。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式，所述防水板由防水漆、防水膜和装饰层组成，所述防水漆涂抹在防水板的表层且下侧设有所述防水膜采用聚氯乙烯树脂，所述防水膜通过高压的方式积压在装饰层上。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式，所述吸水层由导流层、吸水层和干燥层组成，所述导流层采用植物纤维材料且为呈管状结构连接下侧的所述吸水层，所述吸水层采用海绵材料且下侧设有所述干燥层，所述干燥层内部设有活性炭粉末和石灰粉。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式，所述密封夹层由硅胶层、聚乙烯层和填实层组成，所述硅胶层位于所述密封夹层的上侧和下侧，所述硅胶层内侧镶嵌有聚乙烯层，所述聚乙烯层最内层为所述填实层，所述填实层由泡沫胶构成。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果如下：
1.通过在防水板的最上侧设置有防水漆和防水膜，将防水漆涂抹在防水板的表层和采用聚氯乙烯树脂的防水膜高压在装饰层上，可以达到防湿阻水的目的，提高复合地板的防水性。
2.通过吸水层内部的导流层将水导流到吸水层和干燥层中，通过海绵、活性炭粉末和石灰粉可以对水分进行吸收，达到干燥的目的。
3.在地板的连接缝处设置密封夹层，通过硅胶层、聚乙烯层和填实层对缝隙进行填实，达到防水的目的，防止水从缝隙进入地板内部。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-3，本发明提供一种技术方案：一种防水复合地板，包括防水板1、吸水层2、主板3和密封夹层4，所述防水板1下侧镶嵌有所述吸水层2，所述吸水层2下侧镶嵌有所述主板3，所述复合地板的连接处镶嵌有所述密封夹层4。
所述防水板1由防水漆11、防水膜12和装饰层13组成，所述防水漆11涂抹在防水板1的表层且下侧设有所述防水膜12采用聚氯乙烯树脂，所述防水膜12通过高压的方式积压在装饰层13上，通过在防水板1的最上侧设置有防水漆11和防水膜12，将防水漆11涂抹在防水板1的表层和采用聚氯乙烯树脂的防水膜12高压在装饰层13上，可以达到防湿阻水的目的，提高复合地板的防水性。
所述吸水层2由导流层21、吸水层22和干燥层23组成，所述导流层21采用植物纤维材料且为呈管状结构连接下侧的所述吸水层22，所述吸水层22采用海绵材料且下侧设有所述干燥层23，所述干燥层23内部设有活性炭粉末和石灰粉，通过吸水层2内部的导流层21将水导流到吸水层22和干燥层23中，通过海绵、活性炭粉末和石灰粉可以对水分进行吸收，达到干燥的目的。
所述密封夹层4由硅胶层41、聚乙烯层42和填实层43组成，所述硅胶层41位于所述密封夹层4的上侧和下侧，所述硅胶层41内侧镶嵌有聚乙烯层42，所述聚乙烯层42最内层为所述填实层43，所述填实层43由泡沫胶构成，在地板的连接缝处设置密封夹层4，通过硅胶层41、聚乙烯层42和填实层43对缝隙进行填实，达到防水的目的，防止水从缝隙进入地板内部。
工作原理：通过在防水板1的最上侧设置有防水漆11和防水膜12，将防水漆11涂抹在防水板1的表层和采用聚氯乙烯树脂的防水膜12高压在装饰层13上，可以达到防湿阻水的目的，提高复合地板的防水性，通过吸水层2内部的导流层21将水导流到吸水层22和干燥层23中，通过海绵、活性炭粉末和石灰粉可以对水分进行吸收，达到干燥的目的，通过硅胶层41、聚乙烯层42和填实层43对缝隙进行填实，达到防水的目的，防止水从缝隙进入地板内部。

1.一种防水复合地板，包括防水板（1）、吸水层（2）、主板（3）和密封夹层（4），其特征在于：所述防水板（1）下侧镶嵌有所述吸水层（2），所述吸水层（2）下侧镶嵌有所述主板（3），所述复合地板的连接处镶嵌有所述密封夹层（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水复合地板，其特征在于：所述防水板（1）由防水漆（11）、防水膜（12）和装饰层（13）组成，所述防水漆（11）涂抹在防水板（1）的表层且下侧设有所述防水膜（12）采用聚氯乙烯树脂，所述防水膜（12）通过高压的方式积压在装饰层（13）上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水复合地板，其特征在于：所述吸水层（2）由导流层（21）、吸水层（22）和干燥层（23）组成，所述导流层（21）采用植物纤维材料且为呈管状结构连接下侧的所述吸水层（22），所述吸水层（22）采用海绵材料且下侧设有所述干燥层（23），所述干燥层（23）内部设有活性炭粉末和石灰粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水复合地板，其特征在于：所述密封夹层（4）由硅胶层（41）、聚乙烯层（42）和填实层（43）组成，所述硅胶层（41）位于所述密封夹层（4）的上侧和下侧，所述硅胶层（41）内侧镶嵌有聚乙烯层（42），所述聚乙烯层（42）最内层为所述填实层（43），所述填实层（43）由泡沫胶构成。
