2. The enclosed buffet cart capable of both booking and buffet serving as recited in claim 1, wherein said plurality of said plurality; each meal outlet is provided with a code;
and after the control system delivers the ordered food to the food delivery port according to the order, the control system generates delivery information comprising the food state and the food delivery port code, and sends the delivery information to the client.

The closed buffet cart for ordered and buffet serving as recited in claim 2, wherein said serving port is provided with an information reader or information input device for inputting and reading the information for serving, and when the information is read correctly, said third valve is opened and the food in order is served.
4. The enclosed buffet cart that can be ordered and buffet, according to claim 1, wherein the outlet of the secondary storage unit is disposed below and the tertiary tubing is connected below the secondary storage unit.

The enclosed buffet cart for ordering and serving food according to claim 1, wherein said multi-stage assortment storage units are positioned at a level higher than said food outlet, and said transportation duct is stepped down from a position connected to the multi-stage assortment storage units and extends to the food outlet.
6. The enclosed buffet cart capable of both booking and serving food according to claim 1, wherein said food outlet is provided with an automatically sealed storage means corresponding thereto.
7. The closed buffet cart for ordered and buffet serving as recited in claim 1, wherein said primary storage units are classified by food category as: dishes, porridge, staple foods, desserts, beverages, and fruits.
8. A method of using a closed buffet cart according to any of claims 1 to 7, for booking and serving meals, comprising essentially the steps of:
s1, the client checks the position information and the food information of the closed dining car and selects a specific closed dining car as a service dining car;
s2, choosing and purchasing on the ordering APP, and sending order information to the control system;
s3, opening a first valve of a storage unit corresponding to the selected food according to the order information by the controller, simultaneously opening a second valve on a conveying pipeline from the storage unit to a meal outlet to form a food conveying passage, automatically sliding the selected food to the meal outlet communicated with the conveying passage, and feeding the meal outlet information back to the ordering APP of the client;
and S4, automatically sealing and packaging the food at the food outlet, and taking the food according to the delivery information after the customer arrives at the service dining car to finish self-service shopping.
