Abstract

Technical Field

Background
In the metallurgical industry, the sintered ore plays an important role as an upstream process of iron making, and whether the combustion of the sintered material directly affects the energy consumption during smelting or not sufficiently, so that the combustion of the sintered material is required to be ensured to be sufficient; the popular firing method in the metallurgical industry comprises the steps of distributing the sintering material on a trolley of a sintering machine, then conducting flame combustion through the sintering machine, and simultaneously conducting air convection at the bottom of the trolley of the sintering machine by utilizing a blower, so that high-temperature gas at the upper part of the sintering material is convected from the upper part of the trolley through the bottom of the trolley, and the sintering material at the lower part of the trolley is driven to be fully combusted.
In the actual production process, a part of materials leak out when the sintering machine is used for turning over and discharging at the turning over mechanism at the tail part, particularly at the turning over and discharging position of the flat firing sintering machine, a large amount of materials leak out due to the impact force generated when the trolley is separated during turning over, and waste is caused.
Therefore, how to provide a leakage recycling device at the material turning position of a flat-burning sintering machine, which can collect leakage in a bench shop is a problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a leakage recycling device for a material turning part of a flat-burning type sintering machine, which can collect leakage of a bench workshop and improve the sintering rate of the sintering machine.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a leakage recycling device at a material turning position of a flat-burning sintering machine, comprising:
a collecting basket for collecting mineral aggregates falling between the sintering machine trolleys;
the workbench is used for supporting the collecting basket, and the collecting basket can be pivoted on the workbench;
a lifting device connected with the workbench;
and the turnover device is used for driving the collecting basket to turn over, unload and pour into the sintering machine trolley.
Preferably, in the above leakage recycling device, the collecting basket is disposed on the working table through a turnover table, a groove for placing the collecting basket is disposed on the turnover table, and two ends of the groove are provided with a central shaft connected with the working table.
Preferably, in the above leakage recycling device, a basket positioning key groove is formed in the collecting basket, and a basket positioning key engaged with the basket positioning key groove in a clamping manner is formed in the groove.
Preferably, in the above leaked material recovering device, the turning device includes an "L" shaped turning crank arm and a turning hydraulic cylinder; the workbench comprises a turnover hydraulic cylinder trunnion seat connected with the fixed end of the turnover hydraulic cylinder and a lifting device plug seat connected with the movable end of the lifting device; the two ends of the overturning crank arm are respectively hinged to the movable end of the overturning hydraulic cylinder and the collecting basket.

Preferably, in the above leakage recycling device, the leakage recycling device further comprises a guide side wall arranged on the bottom of the rail, wherein a positioning key extending in the height direction is arranged on the guide side wall; and a positioning key groove which is in sliding fit with the positioning key is formed in the workbench.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a leakage recycling device for a material turning part of a flat-burning type sintering machine, which can collect leakage of a bench workshop and improve the sintering rate of the sintering machine.
In order to make the technical solution provided by the present invention better understood by those skilled in the art, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1-7, the device for recycling leaked materials at a material turning position of a flat-burning sintering machine provided by the invention comprises a collecting basket 1, a workbench 2, a lifting device 3 and a turning device, wherein the collecting basket 1 is used for collecting mineral aggregates which fall between sintering machine trolleys. The collecting basket 1 is pivotally arranged on the workbench 2 and is used for supporting the collecting basket 1. The lifting device 3 is connected to the table 2, and in particular the lifting device 3 and/or the tilting device may be a hydraulic cylinder or an air cylinder with lifting function. The turnover device is used for driving the collecting basket 1 to turn over, unload and pour into the sintering machine trolley.
The leakage recovery device is arranged at the tail section of the flat-burning sintering machine and the front end of the tipper and at the bottom of the trolley track of the sintering machine. When the sintering machine is in operation, when the material basket 1 is fully filled with dropped mineral aggregate, the workbench 2 is lifted through the lifting device 3, the workbench 2 is lifted from a gap between sintering machine trolleys, after the workbench is lifted to a certain height, the material basket 1 is turned over through the operation of the turning device, the material leakage is poured onto the sintering machine trolleys which are turning over, and the material leakage in the sintering machine trolleys is followed by the next procedure.
According to the leakage recycling device for the material turning position of the flat-burning sintering machine, disclosed by the invention, after the collecting basket collects leakage materials in a bench workshop, the lifting device lifts the workbench to a certain height, and the blanking material for collecting the basket is poured into the sintering machine trolley through the turning device, so that the sintering rate of the sintering machine is finally improved.
Preferably, the collecting basket 1 is arranged on the workbench 2 through the overturning platform 5, a groove for placing the collecting basket 1 is arranged on the overturning platform 5, and central shafts connected with the workbench 2 are arranged at two ends of the groove.
The collecting basket 1 is provided with a basket positioning key groove 101, and the groove is provided with a basket positioning key 501 which is in clamping fit with the basket positioning key groove 101. The basket positioning key fixes the basket, so that the collecting basket 1 rotates along with the overturning platform.
Preferably, the turning device comprises an "L" shaped turning lever 401 and a turning hydraulic cylinder 402. The workbench 2 comprises a turnover hydraulic cylinder trunnion seat 201 connected with the fixed end of a turnover hydraulic cylinder 402 and a lifting device plug seat 202 connected with the movable end of a lifting device 3; both ends of the turning crank arm 401 are respectively hinged with the movable end of the turning hydraulic cylinder 402 and the collecting basket 1.
When the movable end of the overturning hydraulic cylinder 402 ascends, the overturning crank arm 401 is driven to rotate, and meanwhile, the overturning crank arm 401 drives the collecting basket 1 to overturn for unloading.
Of course, the turning hydraulic cylinder 402 in the turning device may be a device with a telescopic function for providing driving force, such as a turning pneumatic cylinder. The turning lever 401 may take other forms according to the actual situation.
The table 2 further includes a lever bracket 204 pivotally connected to the middle section of the turn lever 401. The table 2 further includes a roll-over table holder 205 connected to the center shaft of the roll-over table 5.
The turning crank arm 401 is connected with the collecting basket 1 or the turning table 5, and when the turning table 5 is connected, a crank arm trunnion seat 502 connected with the turning crank arm 401 can be further arranged on the turning table.
The scheme also comprises a guide side wall 6 arranged on the bottom of the track, wherein a positioning key 601 extending in the height direction is arranged on the guide side wall 6; the table 2 is provided with a positioning key groove 203 which is in sliding fit with the positioning key 601. The positioning key 601 on the guide side wall 6 plays a role in guiding and positioning the table 2.
In actual operation, the guide side walls are mounted under the guide rails and welded for reinforcement.
The scheme also comprises a lifting cylinder base 7 for fixing the lifting device 3, and a base positioning groove 701 which is in sliding fit with the positioning key 601 is formed in the lifting cylinder base 7. The positioning key 601 on the guiding side wall 6 plays a role in fixing the platform lifting hydraulic cylinder base.
Preferably, the lifting cylinder base 7 may further be provided with a lifting cylinder trunnion seat 702 connected to the lifting device 3 for fixing the lifting device 3. The lift cylinder base 7 may be further provided with a table support block 703 for supporting the table 2.
