本发明涉及环保设备技术领域,公开了一种便携式空气净化装置,包括箱体、进风口、出风口、过滤器框架,所述进风口和出风口位于箱体相邻的两个侧面,所述过滤器框架通过导轨整体装入或整体拆出箱体,所述过滤器框包括静电过滤器、光催化活性碳过滤器、贯流风机,所述贯流风机位于过滤器框架的中间位置,其两侧排列静电过滤器、光催化活性碳过滤器。将紫外线的杀菌性、活性炭纤维的吸附性能与纳米光催化的降解性能有机地结合在一起,具有空气过滤、净化消毒和消除气态污染物等功能。采用电池供电,具有重量轻、体积小、方便移动等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及环保设备技术领域,更具体地涉及一种便携式空气净化装置。
背景技术
随着现代工业技术的快速发展,空气污染越来越严重。空气是人类赖以生存的物质,因此,人们也越来越关注自身的生活环境。目前来看,随着房地产业的兴起带动了室内装饰业发展。室内污染空气主要来源于以下方面:1、装修材料中的甲醛等气体污染;2、家电使用过程中电磁辐射以及吸烟烟雾或者厨房油烟;3、人类活动和室外飘入的固体颗粒(尘土、花粉、孢子和毛发等);4、动物或者人类携带的细菌和病毒;5、日常生活中化学制剂污染。长期处于上述环境下容易滋生多种疾病,因而,净化空气成为用户对生活质量追求的一种必然要求。
在现有技术中,空气净化器功能较为单一,要么只是单一地对空气进行过滤,要么只是单一地对空气进行过滤,降低了用户体验。室内空气净化器通常采用交流电源供电,无法便携移动。
在现有的研究成果和公开文献中,尚未发现一种便携式空气净化装置,将紫外线的杀菌性、活性炭纤维的吸附性能与纳米光催化的降解性能有机地结合在一起,电池供电,具有重量轻、体积小、方便移动等特点。

本发明提出了一种便携式空气净化装置,采用电池供电,具有重量轻、体积小、方便移动等特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案
本发明提出的一种便携式空气净化装置,包括箱体、进风口、出风口、过滤器框架,所述进风口和出风口位于箱体相邻的两个侧面,所述过滤器框架通过导轨整体装入或整体拆出箱体,所述过滤器框包括静电过滤器、光催化活性碳过滤器、贯流风机,所述贯流风机位于过滤器框架的中间位置,其两侧排列静电过滤器1-2个、光催化活性碳过滤器1-2个。
进一步的,所述箱体由铝合金制成,所述进风口和出风口由100-300目铝合金筛网制成,所述过滤器框架由铝合金制成。
进一步的,所述静电过滤器的静电场采用阳极放电,极板面积为0.2-0.4平方米,阴极板与阳极间距为1-2厘米。
进一步的,所述光催化活性炭过滤器包括紫外杀菌灯、纳米光催化剂TiO2和活性炭纤维布,紫外杀菌灯光波长200-300纳米,活性炭纤维布材质为聚丙烯腈,活性炭纤维布孔径小于1毫米。
进一步的,所述贯流风机包括叶轮、风道和电动机,叶轮材料为工程塑料,通过模具注塑、超声波焊接而成;风道材料为工程塑料,采用流线型设计减少气流阻力;电动机为直流永磁电机,采用直流电源供电;电动机与叶轮为柔性安装,固定在风道上。
进一步的,所述蓄电池作为直流电源,给紫外杀菌灯、贯流风机供电,持续提供动力时间6-10小时。
本发明所产生的技术效果
本发明提出的一种便携式空气净化装置,将紫外线的杀菌性、活性炭纤维的吸附性能与纳米光催化的降解性能有机地结合在一起,具有空气过滤、净化消毒(杀菌、灭菌)和消除气态污染物(甲醛、苯、苯系物和TVOC 等)等功能。采用电池供电,具有重量轻、体积小、方便移动等特点。

一种便携式空气净化装置,包括箱体(1)、进风口(2)、出风口(3)、过滤器框架(5),所述进风口和出风口位于箱体相邻的两个侧面,所述过滤器框架通过导轨整体装入或整体拆出箱体,所述过滤器框包括静电过滤器、光催化活性碳过滤器、贯流风机,所述贯流风机位于过滤器框架的中间位置,其两侧排列静电过滤器1个、光催化活性碳过滤器1个。
箱体由铝合金制成,所述进风口和出风口由200目铝合金筛网(4)制成,所述过滤器框架由铝合金制成。
静电过滤器的静电场采用阳极放电,极板面积为0.2平方米,阴极板与阳极间距为1厘米。
光催化活性炭过滤器包括紫外杀菌灯、纳米光催化剂TiO2和活性炭纤维布,紫外杀菌灯光波长200纳米,活性炭纤维布材质为聚丙烯腈,活性炭纤维布孔径0.5毫米。
贯流风机包括叶轮、风道和电动机,叶轮材料为工程塑料,通过模具注塑、超声波焊接而成;风道材料为工程塑料,采用流线型设计减少气流阻力;电动机为直流永磁电机,采用直流电源供电;电动机与叶轮为柔性安装,固定在风道上。
蓄电池作为直流电源,给紫外杀菌灯、贯流风机供电,持续提供动力时间超过6小时。

1.一种便携式空气净化装置,其特征在于:包括箱体、进风口、出风口、过滤器框架、蓄电池,所述进风口和出风口位于箱体相邻的两个侧面,所述过滤器框架通过导轨整体装入或整体拆出箱体,所述过滤器框包括静电过滤器、光催化活性碳过滤器、贯流风机,所述贯流风机位于过滤器框架的中间位置,其两侧排列静电过滤器1-2个、光催化活性碳过滤器1-2个。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述箱体由铝合金制成,所述进风口和出风口由100-300目铝合金筛网制成,所述过滤器框架由铝合金制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述静电过滤器的静电场采用阳极放电,极板面积为0.2-0.4平方米,阴极板与阳极间距为1-2厘米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述光催化活性炭过滤器包括紫外杀菌灯、纳米光催化剂TiO2和活性炭纤维布,紫外杀菌灯光波长200-300纳米,活性炭纤维布材质为聚丙烯腈,活性炭纤维布孔径小于1毫米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述贯流风机包括叶轮、风道和电动机,叶轮材料为工程塑料,通过模具注塑、超声波焊接而成;风道材料为工程塑料,采用流线型设计减少气流阻力;电动机为直流永磁电机,采用直流电源供电;电动机与叶轮为柔性安装,固定在风道上。
