本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体的说是一种高强度保温隔板。
背景技术
目前,随着建筑工程技术的逐步发展,轻质保温材料广泛应用,但是由于材质和结构方面的缺陷,其抗弯荷载、抗震防震等性能达不到理想的程度。
发明内容
本发明为解决目前轻质保温板抗弯荷载、抗震防震等性能差的问题,发明一种带有空心结构的专用保温墙板。
本发明的技术方案是,一种高强度保温隔板,其特殊之处是:保温板体内设有空心通孔,保温板体左右两侧面上分别设有内凹槽。
使用时,将墙板多块排列成墙壁,每两块相邻的墙板侧面的凹槽形成竖向的空腔,再向凹槽空腔中浇注水泥混凝土成固定榫,起到墙板、梁与柱的整体坚固稳定作用。
本发明板体左右两侧面的内凹槽,可以设为圆弧形、三角形、梯形等多种形状,空心通孔可以采用圆形、方形等多种形状,可采用实心板体。
本发明的技术效果是,采用上述的技术方案,可以实现一种使用方便、抗震防震性能较高的专用保温墙板。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明进一步说明。
如图所示,保温板体1内设有空心通孔2,保温板体1左右两侧面上分别设有内凹槽3。使用时,将墙板多块排列成墙壁,每两块相邻的墙板侧面的凹槽3形成竖向的空腔,再向凹槽3空腔中浇注水泥混凝土成固定榫,起到墙板、梁与柱的整体坚固稳定作用。
