技术领域
本发明涉及建材领域,具体涉及一种高强度自保温空心砖。
背景技术
空心砖是建筑行业常用的墙体主材,由于质轻、消耗原材少等优势,已经成为国家建筑部门首先推荐的产品。但目前使用的空心砌砖主要有以下缺点:
(1)空心砖之间只通过灰浆粘合,导致墙体的抗剪抗拉强度低,不能作为承重墙使用;
(2)为了减轻重量,空心砌砖大都设有上下通孔,上、下空心砖之间的实际接触面积不及平面面积的50%,抹灰浆时容易漏到通孔内,造成浪费,砌墙比较慢,施工效率低。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种高强度自保温空心砖,具有强度高、耐内外膨且具有自保温效果及耐火等特点。
本发明技术方案是:一种高强度自保温空心砖,包括砖体,通孔,凹槽及保温材料,所述通孔为圆柱体形且所述通孔设有五个,所述凹槽为半圆柱形且设有两个,所述保温材料填充于所述通孔及凹槽中。
优选地,所述凹槽对称地分布在砖体前表面和后表面正中,且凹槽截面半径与通孔截面半径相等。
优选地,所述砖体前后左右表面设有与通孔轴向平行的楔形槽。
优选地,所述保温材料为硅酸钙、硅酸镁或硅酸铝。
区别于现有技术的情况,本发明的有益效果是:通过设置圆柱形通孔,相较于传统的方形孔受力更均匀、抗挤压强度更大;通过设置半圆柱形凹槽,形成不规则槽孔排列,砖体具有更高的稳定性;在表面设置楔形槽,改进砖体接触形式,既包含面接触又包含线接触,接触更加牢固,可以提高生产效率,同时楔形槽的设置使得砖体具有防滑效果;在通孔及凹槽中填充保温材料,避免空洞存在产生灰浆浪费;选择硅酸钙、硅酸镁或硅酸铝作为保温材料,不仅保温而且耐火。

如图1所示的一种高强度自保温空心砖,包括砖体1,砖体内部设有五个大小相等的圆柱形通孔2,砖体前后表面正中分别设有与通孔直径相等的半圆柱形凹槽3,通孔2和凹槽3中填充有保温材料4;砖体四周表面设有与通孔2和凹槽3轴向平行的楔形槽5。
五个通孔2中,其中四个两两对称分布在砖体左右两侧,第五个通孔位于砖体正中央,第五个通孔分别与左右两组通孔呈正三角形分布。
通孔2和凹槽3中填充的保温材料4为硅酸钙、硅酸镁或硅酸铝。
楔形槽5的宽度W和深度D相等,且均不大于通孔2直径的10%。

1.一种高强度自保温空心砖,包括砖体,通孔,凹槽及保温材料,其特征在于:所述通孔为圆柱体形且所述通孔设有五个,所述凹槽为半圆柱形且设有两个,所述保温材料填充于所述通孔及凹槽中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空心砖,其特征在于,所述凹槽对称分布在砖体的前表面和后表面正中,且凹槽截面半径与通孔截面半径相等。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种空心砖,其特征在于,所述砖体前后左右表面设有与通孔轴向平行的楔形槽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种空心砖,其特征在于,所述楔形槽的宽度和深度相等,且宽度和深度均不大于所述通孔直径的10%。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种空心砖,其特征在于,所述保温材料为硅酸钙、硅酸镁或硅酸铝。
