Detailed Description
To facilitate a further understanding of the novel hood opening method of the skid steer loader of the present invention, reference is made to the following description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and examples.
As shown in fig. 1, a skid steer cover for a loader includes a stationary cover 1 fixedly connected to a frame. The front edge of the rotating cover 2 is hinged with the rear edge of the fixed cover 1, and the rotating cover 2 can be turned up and down along the hinged shaft.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the rear cover 3 is connected with the frame by a sliding device 4 in a sliding manner, the rear cover 3 can move back and forth for a certain distance, and the rear cover 3 can rotate to one side; the method comprises the following steps:
the sliding device 4 comprises a left support 13 and a right support 14 which are respectively arranged at two sides of the rear cover 3, and the left support 13 and the right support 14 are horizontally arranged and are fixedly connected with the frame. The left support 13 and the right support 14 are rectangular plates, and reinforcing rib plates are fixed on the lower sides of the left support 13 and the right support 14, so that the rigidity of the left support 13 and the right support 14 is improved, and downward bending deformation is prevented. The left support 13 is provided with a left sliding chute which is of a closed I-shaped structure; a right sliding groove is formed in the right support 14 and is of an open Y-shaped structure; the rear end of the right chute is open, and the opening of the right chute is arc-shaped.
Sealing plates extending inwards are fixed on the left side and the right side of the rear cover 3; the left sliding plate 7 and the right sliding plate 10 are fixed on the inner side surfaces of the corresponding sealing plates and are positioned in the middle positions of the corresponding sealing plates. The upper and lower both sides of rear cover 3 are also fixed with the shrouding of inside extension, and the inboard side parallel and level of four shrouding. The left sliding column 8 is fixed on the lower side of the left sliding plate 7, and the left sliding column 8 is slidably mounted in a left sliding chute on the left support 13. The rear cover 3 can slide back and forth along the left support 13 and the right support 14; the left support 13 and the right support 14 are positioned inside the closing plates on the left and right sides of the rear cover 3.

The top ends of the frame connecting rod 15, the rear cover connecting rod 16 and the gas spring 17 are hinged on the same shaft; the other end of the frame connecting rod 15 is hinged on the frame; the other end of the gas spring 17 is hinged on the rotating cover 2 and is close to the tail end; the other end of the rear cover connecting rod 16 is hinged on the fixed seat 6 on the rear cover 3.
The working process is as follows:
in the closed state of the rear cover 3, the right hand first opens the lock 12 in the rear cover 3;
the rear cover 3 is pulled by both hands to slide backwards, so that the sliding column 8 on the left sliding plate 7 in the rear cover 3 slides to the tail end of the left sliding groove in the left support 13, and the sliding column 9 on the right sliding plate 10 slides out of the tail end of the right sliding groove in the right support 14; meanwhile, the fixed seat 6 pulls the rear cover connecting rod 16 to move backwards, the rear cover connecting rod 16 pulls the inner end of the air spring 17 to rotate downwards, the self-locking state of the linkage device 5 is released, the air spring 17 automatically stretches, the rear end of the rotating cover 2 is jacked up, and the rotating cover 2 is opened;
after the sliding is finished, the right side of the rear cover 3 is pulled by one hand, so that the rear cover 3 rotates to be opened by taking the left sliding column 8 of the rear cover 3 as a fulcrum; to this end, the rear cover 3 and the rotating cover 2 have been fully opened;
when the rear cover 3 is closed, the rear cover 3 is pushed to rotate by a right hand, so that the sliding column 9 on the right sliding plate 10 enters the arc-shaped opening at the tail end of the right sliding chute in the right support 14;
the rear cover 3 is pushed by both hands simultaneously to slide into the frame, and finally the lock 12 on the right sliding plate of the rear cover 3 is clamped into the frame lock column to be locked; meanwhile, the fixed seat 6 pushes the rear cover connecting rod 16 to move forwards, the rear cover connecting rod 16 pulls the inner end of the gas spring 17 to rotate upwards, and the gas spring 17 pulls the rotating cover 2 to close; when the inner end of the gas spring 17 is positioned at the highest point (higher than the outer end of the gas spring 17), the linkage device 5 is in a self-locking state, and the rotating cover 2 is closed and self-locked; to this end, the rear cover 3 and the rotating cover 2 are all closed.

a left sliding plate (7) and a right sliding plate (10) are respectively fixed on two sides of the rear cover (3); a left sliding column (8) which is arranged in a left sliding groove on the left support (13) in a sliding manner is fixed on the left sliding plate (7); a right sliding column (9) which is arranged in a right sliding groove on a right support (14) in a sliding manner is fixed on the right sliding plate (10);
