Abstract
The invention discloses a double-power roller washing machine and a control method thereof, belonging to the technical field of washing equipment. The rotary inner cylinder and the impeller rotate intermittently, and the rotary inner cylinder and the impeller can rotate in the same direction at the same time or alternatively. The impeller can drive water flow to rotate by rotation, so that the clothes move relatively at the bottom and rub against each other; the rotary inner cylinder instantly takes the clothes which move with each other to rotate around the central shaft of the rotary inner cylinder, and finally the clothes fall down, so that the clothes in the common drum washing machine are leveled and fallen into the rotary and rotary falling of the clothes; therefore, the matching arrangement of the fixed inner cylinder, the rotary inner cylinder and the impeller ensures that clothes do not only do axial rotation along the inner cylinder body, but also do rotation along the circumferential direction, thereby greatly improving the washing efficiency, saving time and saving water and electric energy.

Background
The existing washing machines mainly comprise two types, namely pulsator washing machines and drum washing machines. The drum washing machine mainly utilizes a motor at the back to drive a drum to rotate, clothes in the drum are lifted to fall down, the clothes are lifted to fall down again to do repeated motion, and meanwhile, the interaction between water and the clothes enables the clothes to be washed clean. However, the drum washing machine has a soft washing mode, long washing time and more power consumption, and double waste of time and resources is caused. The impeller washing machine drives the impeller to rotate forward and backward to drive the water flow to rotate forward and backward, and in the rotation of the water flow, the contact between clothes and detergent is increased to remove stains. However, the pulsator washing machine is water-consuming, easy to wind clothes, and damage clothes, and the washing effect is not uniform, and local stains are difficult to remove.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a double-power roller washing machine and a control method thereof, and aims to solve the technical problems of long washing time, high power consumption, water consumption and non-uniform washing effect of a pulsator washing machine in the prior art.

The inner cylinder body is formed by connecting a fixed inner cylinder 1 and a rotary inner cylinder 2 in series along the axial direction, and the bottom of the fixed inner cylinder 1 is rotatably provided with a wave wheel 3 in the inner part of the inner cylinder.
The impeller 3 can drive water flow to rotate when rotating, so that the clothes move relatively at the bottom, including rotation and mutual friction; the rotary inner cylinder 2 instantly takes the mutually moving clothes to rotate around the central shaft of the rotary inner cylinder 2, and finally the clothes fall down, so that the clothes in the common drum washing machine are flatly lifted and flatly fallen into the rotary lifting and whirling of the clothes; therefore, the matching arrangement of the fixed inner cylinder 1, the rotary inner cylinder 2 and the impeller 3 ensures that clothes do not only do axial rotation along the inner cylinder body, but also do rotation along the circumferential direction, thereby greatly improving the washing efficiency, saving time and saving water and electric energy.
The rotary inner cylinder 2 comprises a front cylinder 21 and a rear cylinder 22 which are arranged at intervals along the axial direction, and the fixed inner cylinder 1 is positioned at the interval between the front cylinder 21 and the rear cylinder 22. Not only make impeller 3 can be located the intermediate position of inner tube body, can evenly drive rivers rotatory, make full use of the structure of inner tube body moreover, save space, do not influence whole size. The water-stirring blade 4 is provided with a groove 41 at the position opposite to the fixed inner cylinder 1, and the groove 41 provides an avoiding space for the impeller 3. The grooves 41 are arranged to prevent the interference between the water stirring blades 4 and the impeller 3 in the rotating process of the rotating inner cylinder 2 on one hand, and to provide space for the rotation of the bottom water flow on the other hand.
In the present embodiment, the paddle 4 is integrally formed with the front cylinder 21 and the rear cylinder 22. On one hand, the structural strength of the front cylinder body 21 and the rear cylinder body 22 is ensured, and on the other hand, the processing and the production are convenient.
The rotary inner cylinder 2 is connected with an output shaft of a first motor, the impeller 3 is connected with an output shaft of a second motor, and the rotary inner cylinder 2 and the impeller 3 are mutually independent and do not interfere with each other. In this embodiment, the output shaft of the first motor is perpendicular to the output shaft of the second motor, so that the clothes do not only rotate along the axial direction of the inner cylinder body, but also rotate along the circumferential direction. The output shaft of the first motor is a horizontal shaft or an inclined shaft inclined with respect to the horizontal direction, and is not limited herein as long as the normal operation of the washing machine can be ensured.
In this embodiment, one end of the rear cylinder 22 away from the front cylinder 21 is closed and connected to the output shaft of the first motor. The outer portion of the closed end of the rear cylinder 22 is provided with a cavity for accommodating a flange, and the output shaft of the first motor is connected with the flange.
The second motor is connected with a rotating shaft of the wave wheel 3 through a speed reducer, and the rotating speed of the wave wheel 3 is adjustable. The bottom of the fixed inner cylinder 1 is provided with a mounting hole, and the impeller 3 is rotatably arranged at the mounting hole. Impeller 3 includes the carousel and sets up the impeller muscle on the carousel, and a plurality of impeller muscle is around the even interval distribution of impeller 3's pivot, in order to avoid impeller 3 to the clothing winding, sets up the impeller muscle into the structure of surperficial smoothness.
The control method using the double-power roller washing machine can be as follows: the rotary inner cylinder 2 and the wave wheel 3 are both intermittently rotated, and the rotary inner cylinder 2 and the wave wheel 3 simultaneously rotate in the same direction, namely the rotary inner cylinder 2 and the wave wheel 3 simultaneously rotate anticlockwise or clockwise. Because the rotary inner cylinder 2 operates according to a certain rotation-stop ratio, the impeller 3 rotates in the time when the rotary inner cylinder 2 rotates; similarly, the pulsator 3 is also operated according to a certain rotation-stop ratio, and the rotary inner drum 2 is stopped during the time when the pulsator 3 is stopped.
The control method using the dual-power roller washing machine can also comprise the following steps: the rotary inner cylinder 2 and the wave wheel 3 rotate intermittently, the rotary inner cylinder 2 and the wave wheel 3 rotate alternately in the same direction, because the rotary inner cylinder 2 operates according to a certain rotation-stop ratio, namely, the wave wheel 3 rotates in the time when the rotary inner cylinder 2 stops; similarly, the pulsator 3 is also operated according to a certain rotation-stop ratio, and the rotary inner cylinder 2 is rotated during the time when the pulsator 3 is stopped. The mode of rotation in the same direction alternately enables clothes to be in the rotating process all the time, the washing efficiency is improved, and the time is saved.
The above control method refers to a washing method at a washing stage. In the dehydration stage, the impeller 3 does not rotate, and the rotary inner cylinder 2 rotates.
