一种绝缘耐火材料
技术领域
本发明属于材料领域,特别是涉及一种绝缘耐火材料。
背景技术
耐火材料是指耐火度至少为1500℃的无机非金属材料。耐火度是指耐火材料锥形体试样在没有荷重情况下,抵抗高温作用而不软化熔倒的摄氏温度。耐火材料广泛用于冶金、化工、石油、机械制造、硅酸盐、动力等工业领域,在冶金工业中用量最大,占总产量的50%~60%。耐火材料根据耐火度的高低可分为普通耐火材料、高级耐火材料和特级耐火材料。随着社会的不断发展,在社会财富日益增多的同时,导致发生火灾的危险性也在增多,火灾的危害性也越来越大。人们在各个领域对防火阻燃材料的需求也越来越大。但目前市场上的耐火材料,隔热绝缘效果一般,且使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种耐火材料,所要解决的技术问题是使其具有良好的耐火阻燃效果且使用寿命长,从而更加适于实用。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现。依据本发明提出的一种绝缘耐火材料,其组分及各组分的质量份数为:碳化硅20-40份、硅石砂15-20份、铝矾土15-20份、刚玉砂10-15份、白泥3-6份、氢氧化钙2-4份、氮化硅1-2份。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题还采用以下技术措施来进一步实现。
前述的绝缘耐火材料,其组分及各组分的质量份数为碳化硅30份、硅石砂15份、铝矾土15份、刚玉砂10份、白泥3份、氢氧化钙2份、氮化硅1份。
本发明一种新型的耐火材料,耐高温、隔热性好、绝缘性优异。

实施例二:
本发明提出的一种绝缘耐火材料,其组分及各组分的质量份数为:碳化硅30份、硅石砂15份、铝矾土15份、刚玉砂10份、白泥3份、氢氧化钙2份、氮化硅1份。
