Abstract
The invention provides an intermittent spot welder which comprises a frame and a spot welding mechanism movably arranged on the frame, wherein the frame comprises a fixed rod which is vertically arranged, a first connecting component which is sleeved outside the fixed rod, a transmission rod and a limit rod which are horizontally arranged on the first connecting component, the spot welding mechanism comprises a second connecting component which is movably arranged on the limit rod and the transmission rod, a blocking strip and a welding gun which are arranged at the bottom of the second connecting component, and a control circuit which is formed by sequentially connecting a movable switch, an electromagnet and a direct current power supply in series; the welding machine can weld each metal wire on the metal filter screen in a targeted manner, the condition that the welding head is in direct contact with the supporting plate at a gap is avoided, the welding head is prevented from being damaged due to direct contact between two poles of the spot welder, and the welding machine has the advantages of energy conservation, environmental protection, convenience in use and high working efficiency, and the production cost is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electric welding equipment, in particular to a spot welder for welding edges of net-shaped articles.
Background
The spot welder adopts the principle of double-sided double-point overcurrent welding, when in work, two electrodes press the workpiece to enable two layers of metal to form certain contact resistance under the pressure of the two electrodes, and when welding current flows from one electrode to the other electrode, instant heat welding is formed at the two contact resistance points, and the welding current instantly flows from the other electrode to the electrode along the two workpieces to form a loop, and the internal structure of the welded workpiece is not damaged. The spot welding process comprises the steps of opening cooling water; cleaning the surface of a weldment, accurately assembling, then sending the weldment between an upper electrode and a lower electrode, and applying pressure to ensure that the weldment is in good contact; electrifying to make the contact surfaces of the two workpieces heated and partially melted to form a nugget; maintaining pressure after power failure to cool and solidify the nugget under the pressure to form a welding spot; and removing the pressure and taking out the workpiece.
The metal filter screen also needs to be subjected to electric welding operation in the production process, mainly after the production is finished, edges of the filter screen need to be sealed, and the edge part of the filter screen is welded on a metal strip for sealing the edges by a spot welder. However, the conventional spot welder is inconvenient in welding the net, and because the conventional spot welder continuously works and the wire ends at the edges of the filter screen are intermittently distributed with the metal strips, the welding heads of the spot welder can directly contact with the supporting plate in the moving process, so that two poles in the spot welder are directly connected, the welding heads are damaged, and meanwhile, the power consumption is increased due to the continuous work of the spot welder, which is unfavorable for saving the production cost.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects existing in the prior art, the invention provides the intermittent spot welder, which is used for solving the problems that when the existing spot welder performs edge sealing operation on a metal filter screen, the welding head is in continuous welding, and when intermittent contact points at the edge of the filter screen are welded, the welding head and a supporting plate are in contact, so that two poles of the spot welder are directly connected, the welding head is easy to damage, the continuous welding also brings about waste of electric energy, and the cost is increased.

2. in the invention, the welding head only welds at the part with the metal wire, and the rest time is left from the welding position to interrupt the spot welding operation, so that the actual working time is very short, a large amount of electric energy can be saved, the energy-saving and environment-friendly effects are achieved, and the production cost is reduced;
3. the invention is an automatic welding operation, wherein the welding head moves along the welding direction under the drive of the second connecting component, thereby completing all welding work on a straight line, and the next welding can be performed by adjusting the position of the filter screen, so that the welding head can complete the work by only a small number of operators, and has the advantages of convenient use and high working efficiency.

The two ends of the horizontal section of the connecting seat 53 are respectively connected with the blocking strip 6 and the welding gun 7, the blocking strip 6 and the welding gun 7 are arranged in parallel in the vertical direction, and the blocking strip 6 and the welding gun 7 are coplanar with the transmission rod 4, so that the blocking strip 6 is always positioned right in front of the welding gun 7 when the second connecting assembly 5 moves; the top of the blocking strip 6 is fixed with the connecting seat 53 through the torsion spring 62, when the torsion spring 62 is in a relaxed state, the blocking strip 6 is in a vertical state, in the preferred scheme of the embodiment, the bottom of the blocking strip 6 is provided with an arc section 61, the top end of the arc section 61 is provided with a pointed end, the bending direction of the arc section 61 is away from one side of the welding gun 7, the pointed end of the arc section 61 can extend into meshes of a metal net to perform blocking operation, meshes of various sizes can be matched for use, and the arc section 61 away from the welding gun 7 can enable blocking time to be longer, so that spot welding effect is ensured; the welding gun 7 comprises a telescopic rod, a welding head 71 arranged at the bottom of the telescopic rod and a supporting plate 74 arranged at the bottom of the welding head 71, wherein a vertical fixing sleeve 72 is sleeved outside the telescopic rod, the telescopic rod can move in the vertical direction inside the fixing sleeve 72, the top end of the telescopic rod is connected with the fixing sleeve 72 through a vertically arranged telescopic spring 73, an electromagnet 75 is further arranged at the top end inside the fixing sleeve 72, an iron block is correspondingly arranged at the top of the welding head 71, when the electromagnet 75 works, the welding head 71 is tightly adsorbed at the top of the fixing sleeve 72 through the iron block, the telescopic spring 73 compresses the telescopic spring 73, when the electromagnet 75 is disconnected, the welding head 71 can pop up the fixing sleeve 72, and the end part of the welding head 71 is just contacted with a welded metal wire. In the preferred embodiment, the supporting plate 74 is fixed on the connecting seat 53 by an inverted L-shaped tab 741, the height of the tab 741 is matched with the length of the welding head 71, the welding head 71 and the supporting plate 74 just sandwich the welded metal wire during welding, the tab 741 is parallel to the transmission rod 4 and arranged on the side of the blocking strip 6 and the welding head 71, and the metal net is arranged on the side away from the tab 741 during operation, so that the tab 741 cannot block the movement of the welding gun 7 along the metal net.
