Specifically, the invention further provides a cleaning method for a cylinder of a sintering mixer, which adopts the cleaning device for the cylinder of the sintering mixer, and simultaneously, the roller body 1 is placed in the cylinder 5 of the sintering mixer; in order to ensure the effective rolling of the roller body 1 in the cylinder 5 of the sintering mixer, the diameter of the roller body 1 is usually set to be 0.2-0.6 times of the diameter of the cylinder of the sintering mixer, and after the burs 2 are added, the peripheral outline size of the burs 2 should also be smaller than the diameter of the cylinder of the sintering mixer, and the peripheral outline size needs to be smaller than the diameter corresponding to a material layer after the cylinder of the sintering mixer needing to be cleaned is communicated with the material layer adhered to the cylinder of the sintering mixer, so as to ensure that the whole roller body can be effectively put in.
