Background
The common slaughtering sewage treatment devices all relate to civil engineering, and have the advantages of large floor area, high cost, long running period and high cost. Poultry and livestock are typically processed by slaughter houses and delivered to the market as food; in the processing of poultry and livestock; the sewage contains a large amount of available resources; for example, poultry feathers can be made into garments; meat scraps of poultry and livestock can be made into feed; the broken bones of the poultry and the livestock can be made into organic fertilizer; if the sewage of the slaughter house can be reasonably recycled, the waste can be changed into valuable, and the resources can be reasonably utilized. The most adopted means in the sewage treatment process is filtration; the common method for filtering sewage is that a filter screen filters sewage first, and then filtered residues in the sewage are removed; the filtering speed of the traditional method is slow, so that a device capable of collecting and treating filtrate and residues in sewage at the same time is needed.
Some solutions for detecting the punch pin have also been proposed in the prior art, as disclosed in chinese patent application No. 201380052329.6, which discloses a liquid filtering device comprising a filter cartridge adapted to be mounted in a dispensing device, said filtering device comprising a lever operated as a cam mechanism for locking the cartridge in place or unlocking the cartridge from the locked position. Although the technical scheme can realize the filtration of the sewage, the technical scheme can not remove impurities in the sewage in time while filtering the sewage, and meanwhile, the technical scheme has a complex structure, so that the use of the sewage filter is limited.
In view of the above, the filtering and deslagging all-in-one machine for sewage treatment can accelerate the filtering efficiency of sewage; meanwhile, the filtered residual impurities can be discharged when the sewage is filtered; the work efficiency is improved, the labor cost is reduced, the application range is wide, and the concrete beneficial effects are as follows:

In order to make up for the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a filtering and deslagging all-in-one machine for sewage treatment, which is mainly used for recycling impurities in sewage in slaughter plants and can realize the simultaneous implementation of filtering and impurity recycling. The first solenoid valve 131 and the second solenoid valve 132 are controlled to be opened and closed by a controller; the first electromagnetic valve 131 controls the sewage to flow into the first filtering device 51; the second solenoid valve 132 is used for controlling the sewage to flow into the second filtering device 52; the first filter plates 515 and the second filter plates 516 in the first filter device 51 are arranged in a plurality of rows in a staggered manner to increase the filter area; the mesh aperture of the filtering bottom plate 517 is smaller than the mesh apertures of the first filtering plate 515 and the second filtering plate 516; the filter is used for further filtering the particles in the sewage; meanwhile, the first filter plate 515 and the second filter plate 516 are both provided with arched openings 518 for preventing residues in sewage from plugging meshes in the filtering process. When the sewage is filtered, the first filter plate 515 and the second filter plate 516 are inclined upwards, so that the filtered residues fall to the included angle between the first filter plate 515 or the second filter plate 516 and the inner wall of the cylinder, and the first filter plate 515 and the second filter plate 516 are convenient for collecting impurities in the sewage; when the motor drives the first filtering device 51 to rotate anticlockwise by one hundred eighty degrees through the turntable 513, the second filtering cylinder 512 starts to filter sewage, the opening of the first filtering cylinder 511 faces downwards, and the inclined directions of the first filtering plate 515 and the second filtering plate 516 face downwards; for discharging the residue in the first filter cartridge 511 from the opening of the first filter cartridge 511; the second filtering device 52 and the first filtering device 51 work in the same mode; the first filtering device 51 is matched with the second filtering device 52 to realize that the filtering unit 5 synchronously filters sewage and collects residual impurities.
As an embodiment of the present invention, a first gear 521 is disposed at the center of the outer surface of the circular tube 514; sliding grooves 522 are formed in the upper side and the lower side of the first gear 521, and rotating units 523 which are matched with the first gear 521 to rotate are arranged on the two sides of the rotary table 513; the upper side and the lower side of the rotating unit 523 are provided with limit rods 524 matched with the sliding grooves 522; the stopper rod 524 fixes the first filter cartridge 511 and the second filter cartridge 512 by the sliding groove 522.
The rotating unit 523 rotates the circular tube 514 through the first gear 521; the limiting rod 524 is matched with the sliding groove 522 to limit the circular tube 514 by the rotary table 513, so that the circular tube 514 cannot slide off the rotary table 513; the motor drives the first gear 521 to rotate through the rotating unit 523, so that the circular ring pipe 514 rotates, and the sewage filtering and residual impurity discharging and collecting rates are further improved.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the rotating unit 523 includes a positioning block 525 and a second gear 526; the second gear 526 is arranged on two sides of the rotary table 513 through a positioning block 525; the outer side surface of the positioning block 525 is provided with a rectangular groove 527; the second gear 526 is mounted on the inner surface of the rectangular groove 527 through a rotating shaft; the second gear 526 is used for meshing with the first gear 521.
The motor drives the second gear 526 to rotate so as to drive the first gear 521 to drive the circular ring pipe 514 to rotate, so that the filtering unit 5 can further accelerate the filtering efficiency of the sewage while filtering the sewage.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the liquid inlet unit 2 includes a first liquid inlet device 21 and a second liquid inlet device 22; the first liquid inlet device 21 comprises a first folding pipe 211, a first mounting plate 212 and a first air pressure rod 213; the diameter of the first folding pipe 211 is smaller than that of the circular ring pipe 514, and the lower end of the first folding pipe 211 is provided with a limiting chuck 214; the first mounting plate 212 is connected with the first folding pipe 211 through a limiting chuck 214; the first mounting plate 212 is connected with the lower surface of the upper bottom plate 1 through a first pneumatic rod 213; the limiting chuck 214 is a circular tube; the outer surface of the limiting chuck 214 is provided with a circular groove 215; the first mounting plate 212 is a rectangular plate, and a circular hole is formed in the center of the first mounting plate 212; the first mounting plate 212 is clamped in the circular groove 215 through a circular hole; the first pneumatic rod 213 drives the first folding tube 211 to move up and down through the first mounting plate 212; the second liquid inlet device 22 and the first liquid inlet device 21 are the same component.
The controller controls the first pneumatic rod 213 to drive the first mounting plate 212 to drive the first folding tube 211 to move downwards; facilitating the sewage to flow into the filtering unit 5 from the folding pipe; the controller facilitates the rotation of the first filtering device 51 and the second filtering device 52 in the filtering unit 5 when the first folding tube 211 is contracted upwards by controlling the first pneumatic rod 213.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the tapping unit 3 includes a first tapping device 31 and a second tapping device 32; the first liquid outlet device 31 comprises a second folding pipe 311, a second mounting plate 312 and a second pneumatic rod 313; the diameter of the second folding pipe 311 is larger than that of the circular ring pipe 514, and a limiting chuck is arranged at the upper end of the second folding pipe 311; the second mounting plate 312 is connected with the second folding pipe 311 through a limiting chuck; the second mounting plate 312 is connected with the lower surface of the upper bottom plate 1 through a second pneumatic rod 313; the second mounting plate 312 is a rectangular plate, and a circular hole is formed in the center of the second mounting plate 312; the second mounting plate 312 is clamped in the circular groove 215 through a circular hole; the second pneumatic rod 313 drives the second folding tube 311 to move up and down through the second mounting plate 312; the deslagging unit 4 comprises a deslagging device I41 and a deslagging device II 42; the first deslagging device 41 and the first liquid outlet device 31 are the same component; the liquid outlet unit 3 discharges the filtered water through a second port 122 and a third port 123; the slag removing unit 4 discharges the filtered impurities through a first opening 121 and a fourth opening 124; the first liquid outlet device 31 and the second liquid outlet device 32 are the same component; the first deslagging device 41 and the second deslagging device 42 are the same component.
The working modes of the first liquid outlet device 31 and the first slag removing device 41 are consistent with the working mode of the liquid inlet device; when the first filtering device 51 finishes filtering sewage, the second filtering device 52 filters sewage, the controller controls the first liquid outlet device 31 and the second liquid outlet device 32 to contract, the motor drives the left rotary table 513 to rotate through the rotating shaft to realize the position exchange of the first filtering cylinder 511 and the second filtering cylinder 512 in the first filtering device 51, and then the controller controls the first slag removing device 41 and the first liquid outlet device 31 to stretch to enable the filtering device to remove slag through the first slag removing device 41; the diameter of the second folding pipe 311 is larger than that of the circular ring pipe 514 so as to prevent sewage impurities in the filtering unit 5 from being exposed;
when the second filtering device 52 finishes filtering sewage, the controller controls the second liquid outlet device 32 and the second liquid outlet device 32 to shrink, the motor drives the left turntable 513 to rotate through the rotating shaft to realize the position exchange of the first filter cylinder 511 and the second filter cylinder 512 in the second filtering device 52, and then the controller controls the second slag removing device 42 and the second liquid outlet device 32 to stretch, so that the filtering device removes slag through the second slag removing device 42.
During work, the controller controls the first electromagnetic valve 131 to be opened, and the second electromagnetic valve 132 to be closed; the first filtering device 51 filters sewage and collects residual impurities, the rotating unit 523 drives the circular ring pipe 514 to rotate to accelerate the sewage filtering efficiency, and the sewage flows out from the second port 122 through the first liquid outlet device 31; after the first filtering device 51 finishes filtering the sewage;
the controller controls the first electromagnetic valve 131 to be closed and the second electromagnetic valve 132 to be opened; the motor drives the first filtering device 51 to rotate anticlockwise by one hundred eighty degrees through the rotary table 513; the residue in the first filtering device 51 flows out of the first opening 121 through the first residue removing device 41 and is collected; meanwhile, the second filtering device 52 filters the sewage, and the filtered water flows into the third port 123 from the second liquid outlet device 32 and is discharged; the controller controls the second liquid inlet device 22, the second liquid outlet device 32 and the second deslagging device 42 to contract; then the controller controls the turntable 513 to rotate anticlockwise by one hundred eighty degrees, and the controller controls the second liquid inlet device 22, the second liquid outlet device 32 and the second deslagging device 42 to stretch; the residue is then discharged through port four 124 and collected.
