At present, no special equipment for insulating and shielding the tension-resistant cross arm, the suspension insulator, the support plate and the rod head exists in live working, and operators can only wrap soft insulating tools such as insulating blankets, insulating protective tubes and the like outside the cross rod to insulate and shield the soft insulating tools. The device is easy to wear, short in service life, high in cost and long in installation time; more importantly, the connection and edge angle of the equipment are difficult to shade tightly or the disassembly and assembly difficulty is high because the soft insulating tool is not matched with the equipment, so that the safety risk of operators is increased; and the universality is poor, and the unified specification and interface size are not available.

The small cover 19 is of an arch plate structure and is arranged at two sides of the large cover 18 by being inserted into the small arch slot 21. The length of the part of the suspension insulator covered by the small cover body 19 can be adjusted by adjusting the depth of the small cover body 19 inserted into the large cover body 18, and the whole length of the suspension insulator shielding cover 2 can be adjusted, so that the applicability is strong.
The bottom baffle 20 is of an L-shaped plate structure, the bottom baffle 20 is inserted into a strip-shaped slot 22 through the bottom edge and is arranged at the bottom of the large cover body 18, and slot-shaped holes 23 are formed in the side edges, so that the bottom baffle 20 can be pushed and pulled conveniently.
The suspension insulator shielding cover 2 is provided with the bottom baffle 20, and all the surfaces are insulated and isolated, so that the suspension insulator shielding cover is completely covered outside the suspension insulator, the safety is high, and the absolute safety of live working is ensured. The suspension insulator shielding cover 2 is formed by combining and assembling a large cover body 18, a small cover body 19 and a bottom baffle 20, so that the volume and the weight of a single part are reduced, and the suspension insulator shielding cover is convenient to hoist and transport; the assembly and disassembly can be completed through insertion and pushing and pulling, the assembly and disassembly are convenient and quick, the labor intensity is lightened, and the assembly and disassembly operation time is shortened.
