Abstract

本发明提供一种具导电胶天线的壳体结构,其包括:一壳体,其具二个单元可相互结合为一体,并形成有一结合部;以及一导电胶体,结合于结合部,又导电胶体具有至少一电连接端部,用以与一无线模块电性连接,使导电胶体形成一天线结构。通过本发明的实施,可以取代现有天线结构。

具导电胶天线的壳体及其导电胶天线结构
技术领域
本发明为一种具导电胶天线的壳体及其导电胶天线结构,特别是应用于电子产品的具导电胶天线的壳体及其导电胶天线结构。
背景技术
天线是一种用来发射或接收无线电波或更广泛来讲电磁波的电子器件。天线应用于广播和电视、点对点无线电通信、雷达和太空探索等系统。天线通常在空气和外层空间中工作,也可以在水下运行,甚至在某些频率下工作于土壤和岩石之中。
一般而言,只要使用到无线电波,就有可能需要用到天线以协助电波的发射与接收;天线依工作频段,由低到高可区分为超长波、长波、中波、短波、超短波和微波,应用层面遍及国防、民生工业,依据不同波长、天线大小长短因此有很大差异,例如使用100MHz左右的天线,与使用2.4GHz频段的WLAN。若按其方向可大略区分为全向性(Omni-directional)天线和指向性(directional)天线。
一般电子设备,往往将天线设计在电路板上或者使用独立的天线,如果电子设备的体积够大,当然在天线的设计,所受到的限制就会比较少,但是在一些可携式电子装置,或者有特殊应用时,如果要考虑到体积厚度…等,甚至有时考虑到天线与机构的整合性,例如在随身携带的耳机内设置天线…等,此时,传统的天线结构,将难以突破。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是具无线功能的电子产品,在天线设计上的体积、成本及应用上…等的各种限制。
本发明解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。
本发明提供一种具导电胶天线的壳体结构,其包括:一壳体,其具有一第一单元及一第二单元,两者可相互结合为一体,并形成有一结合部;以及一导电胶体,结合于结合部,使结合部形成一密闭结构,又导电胶体具有至少一电连接端部,电连接端部用以与一无线模块电性连接,以使导电胶体形成一天线结构。
本发明又提供一种导电胶天线结构,其为一导电胶体,导电胶体具有至少一电连接端部,电连接端部用以与一无线模块电性连接,以使导电胶体形成一天线结构。
通过本发明的实施,至少可以达成下列的进步功效:
1.因为将导电胶体及天线共享,因此可以节省成本及空间。
2.因为使用导电胶体当天线,因此可以增加设计的弹性及创造出新的应用,尤其应用在体积要求轻薄短小的无线产品,例如耳机…等的应用上。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对依据本发明的具体实施方式、结构、特征及其功效,详细说明如后。
如图1A、图1B、图2A及图2B所示,本实施例为一种具导电胶天线的壳体结构100,其包括:一壳体10以及一导电胶体20。
壳体10,可以是电子产品,例如是防水穿戴智能型手表、VR(Virtual Reality)装置、防水3C无线IOT(Internet of Things)物联网产品、防水蓝芽耳机、防水小型WIFI分享器、智慧家庭FM玻璃智慧窗户、汽车/机车玻璃面板天线或智能生活无线充电胶圈垫…等等。
上述的壳体10,其都具有一第一单元110及一第二单元120,两者可相互结合为一体,并形成有一结合部,其中第一第一单元110及第二单元120可以是塑料对塑料、塑料对玻璃、金属对塑料或金属对玻璃的组合方式,而在第一单元110及一第二单元120结合后,两者之间必然会形成一结合部。
由于结合部是属于机构对机构的结合方式,因此在气密、水密、防尘及其他电磁干扰(EMI,Electromagnetic Interference)、电磁兼容(EMC,ElectromagneticCompatibility)或静电释放(ESD,Electro-Static Discharge)的阻绝性,都无法有效的阻绝,以致壳体10内的电子产品,会收到水气、湿气、灰尘或者EMI、EMC或ESD的影响而稳定度不足、使用寿命缩短或者受到干扰。
导电胶体20,为了解决上述的问题,因次再通过导电胶体20结合于上述的结合部,使结合部形成一密闭结构,如此就可以有效的达成防水、防湿气、防灰尘或者防EMI、防EMC或防ESD的功效,又本实施例的壳体10,在使用本发明的导电胶体20后,可以达到IP68的等级。
图3A、图3B及图3C分别为本发明的导电胶体形成一环形天线(LOOP ANTENNA)的实施例图,图4A、图4B、图4C、图4D、图4E及图4F分别为本发明的导电胶体形成一开路型天线的实施例图。
如上述的电路图所示,本发明的导电胶体20可以具有至少一电连接端部,电连接端部可以是导电胶体20的任一部位,因此并不需要特别的设计,只要将导电胶体20与讯号源或接地端的导体接触并使两者电性连接,则接触的部位自然就形成一电连接端部,当电连接端部用以与一无线模块电性连接,以传递无线模块的发射或接收的讯号,如此就等于通过导电胶体20具有导电的特性,又可以使导电胶体20形成一天线结构。
有关导电胶体20的材料,除一般现有的技术外,本发明更可以使用一种具有导电与防水功能且就地形成的胶体,其为下列重量百分比的材料所形成:百分之9-12的二甲基硅氧烷(dimethyl siloxane)或是二甲基乙烯基封端(dimethylvinyl-terminated)或乙烯基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷(Vinyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane);百分之12-15的羟基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷(hydroxy terminated polydimethylsiloxane);百分之0-0.2的分散剂;百分之3-5的二甲基,甲基氢硅氧烷(dimethyl,methylhydrogen siloxane)交连剂;百分之0-0.2的粘附促进剂;百分之0-0.2的铂催化剂(Pt catalyst);百分之1-3的成型剂(forming agent);百分之0-10的烃溶剂(Hydrocarbon solvent);百分之50-70的镍石墨(Nickel Graphite);百分之0-0.2的增稠剂(thickening agent);百分之5-10的三甲基化二氧化硅(Trimethylated silica);以及百分之0-0.1的抑制剂(Inhibitor)。
上述的具有导电与防水功能且就地形成的胶体,其是以点胶方式形成于一结合部或者可以使用一自动填胶机于该结构体进行点胶。
上述的具有导电与防水功能且就地形成的胶体,其具有下列特性:黏着力是为80N/cm2以上;于200MHz到20GHz的频段,对电磁波的屏蔽为大于100Db;具导电性;最小宽度为0.4mm;最小高度为0.3mm;填胶路径的宽度是介于0.4mm-2mm之间。
综合以上所述,本发明可以在不另外设置天线组件的情况下,将导电胶条同时当作密闭组件及电线使用,如此可以大幅的节省空间及成本,同时也可以增加在应用面的设计弹性。
上述各实施例仅仅是用以说明本发明的特点,其目的在使熟习该技术者能了解本发明的内容并据以实施,而非限定本发明的专利范围,所以凡其他未脱离本发明所揭示的精神而完成的等效修饰或修改,仍应包含在本发明所述的申请专利范围中。

Claims (4)

1.一种具导电胶天线的壳体结构,其包括:
一壳体,其具有一第一单元及一第二单元,两者可相互结合为一体,并形成有一结合部;以及
一导电胶体,结合于该结合部,使该结合部形成一密闭结构,又该导电胶体具有至少一电连接端部,该电连接端部用以与一无线模块电性连接,以使该导电胶体形成一天线结构;
其中该第一单元及该第二单元是塑料对塑料、塑料对玻璃、金属对塑料或金属对玻璃的组合方式。
2.根据权利要求1所述的壳体结构,其特征在于:其中该壳体为一塑料件,且该壳体结构可达防水IP68的等级。
3.根据权利要求1所述的壳体结构,其特征在于:其中该导电胶体为一防水导电胶体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的壳体结构,其特征在于:其中该天线结构为一环形天线结构。
