技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,具体是一种聚氯乙烯绝缘及护套耐火电缆。
背景技术
随着电缆使用量的日益增多,电缆逐渐出现安全隐患的问题,人们在电缆的材料上加入耐高温的材质解决了部分问题,但是由于使用不当或其他外界因素导致电缆着火时,耐高温材料就无法解决了,因此,电缆不仅需要耐高温,还需要拥有一定的耐火时间等待营救的功能。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出一种聚氯乙烯绝缘及护套耐火电缆。
一种聚氯乙烯绝缘及护套耐火电缆,包括主电缆芯、与主电缆芯绞合的副电缆芯,所述的主电缆芯与副电缆芯内均设有导体,所述的导体为退火的铜包钢导体,所述的导体的外部挤包有聚氯乙烯绝缘层,所述的聚氯乙烯绝缘层的外部绕包有钢带铠装层,所述的钢带铠装层的外部挤包有橡胶缓冲层,所述的橡胶缓冲层的外部挤包有用于防止发生火灾可适时耐火的云母耐火层,所述的云母耐火层的外部挤包有用于限制电场和电磁干扰的屏蔽层,所述的屏蔽层外挤包有聚氯乙烯护套,所述的钢带铠装层的横截面为五边形,钢带铠装层的其中一条边与聚氯乙烯绝缘层重合。
所述的屏蔽层可为铝合金丝编织屏蔽带或铜带与铝箔混合屏蔽带。
所述的导体与聚氯乙烯绝缘层之间、聚氯乙烯绝缘层与钢带铠装层之间、钢带铠装层与橡胶缓冲层之间均设置有用于填充电缆内部且有一定耐火作用的填充绳,所述的填充绳为玻璃纤维绳和石棉绳的混合物。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明增加云母耐火层,在火灾中,电缆外皮燃烧后,因云母具有耐高温和绝缘的作用,可以在火灾中保护导体运行一定时间,一定程度上保障了人们的生命安全;使用聚氯乙烯作为绝缘及护套的材料,使得电缆外皮燃烧的速度减慢,不放出有毒气体,供给人们逃难时间;所述的钢带铠装层的横截面为五边形,钢带铠装层的其中一条边与聚氯乙烯绝缘层重合,减少材料使用,降低成本;同时五边形的顶部与橡胶缓冲层相邻,当有外界冲击力时,在一定程度上可为电缆抵抗机械力。

如图1所示,一种聚氯乙烯绝缘及护套耐火电缆,包括主电缆芯、与主电缆芯绞合的副电缆芯,所述的主电缆芯与副电缆芯内均设有导体1,所述的导体1为退火的铜包钢导体,所述的导体1的外部挤包有聚氯乙烯绝缘层2,所述的聚氯乙烯绝缘层2的外部绕包有钢带铠装层3,所述的钢带铠装层3的外部挤包有橡胶缓冲层5,所述的橡胶缓冲层5的外部挤包有用于防止发生火灾可适时耐火的云母耐火层6,所述的云母耐火层6的外部挤包有用于限制电场和电磁干扰的屏蔽层7,所述的屏蔽层7外挤包有聚氯乙烯护套8,所述的钢带铠装层3的横截面为五边形,钢带铠装层3的其中一条边与聚氯乙烯绝缘层2重合。
所述的屏蔽层6可为铝合金丝编织屏蔽带或铜带与铝箔混合屏蔽带。
所述的导体1与聚氯乙烯绝缘层2之间、聚氯乙烯绝缘层2与钢带铠装层3之间、钢带铠装层3与橡胶缓冲层5之间均设置有用于填充电缆内部且有一定耐火作用的填充绳4,所述的填充绳4为玻璃纤维绳和石棉绳的混合物。

1.一种聚氯乙烯绝缘及护套耐火电缆,包括主电缆芯、与主电缆芯绞合的副电缆芯,其特征在于:所述的主电缆芯与副电缆芯内均设有导体(1),所述的导体(1)为退火的铜包钢导体,所述的导体(1)的外部挤包有聚氯乙烯绝缘层(2),所述的聚氯乙烯绝缘层(2)的外部绕包有钢带铠装层(3),所述的钢带铠装层(3)的外部挤包有橡胶缓冲层(5),所述的橡胶缓冲层(5)的外部挤包有用于防止发生火灾可适时耐火的云母耐火层(6),所述的云母耐火层(6)的外部挤包有用于限制电场和电磁干扰的屏蔽层(7),所述的屏蔽层(7)外挤包有聚氯乙烯护套(8),所述的钢带铠装层(3)的横截面为五边形,钢带铠装层(3)的其中一条边与聚氯乙烯绝缘层(2)重合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氯乙烯绝缘及护套耐火电缆,其特征在于:所述的屏蔽层(6)可为铝合金丝编织屏蔽带或铜带与铝箔混合屏蔽带。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氯乙烯绝缘及护套耐火电缆,其特征在于:所述的导体(1)与聚氯乙烯绝缘层(2)之间、聚氯乙烯绝缘层(2)与钢带铠装层(3)之间、钢带铠装层(3)与橡胶缓冲层(5)之间均设置有用于填充电缆内部且有一定耐火作用的填充绳(4),所述的填充绳(4)为玻璃纤维绳和石棉绳的混合物。
