Abstract
本发明公开了一种PVC热水管配方,包括PVC、蓖麻酸钡、硫辛酸、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、轻质碳酸钙、共聚醚二胺、偏苯三酸三辛酯、氢氧化铝、石蜡和锌钡白。本发明延长PVC热水管的使用寿命,提高PVC热水管的耐高温性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种PVC热水管配方,属于塑料管道技术领域。
背景技术
中国塑料管道生产能力达300万吨,主要有PVC、PE和PP-R管道三大类,其中PVC管道是市场份额最大的塑料管道,占塑料管道近70%的份额。PVC管材生产线1600余条。年生产能力250万吨以上,2003年PVC管道(管件)年产量达120多万吨。
PVC管道在生活中运用较多,其中热水管是其常见用途,而热水管会接触到高温液体,所以对PVC热水管的耐高温性能要求较高。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明目的提供一种PVC热水管配方。
本发明的方案如下:一种PVC热水管配方,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:PVC80~150份、蓖麻酸钡10~25份、硫辛酸10~20份、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯8~15份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2~5份、轻质碳酸钙10~20份、共聚醚二胺5~10份、偏苯三酸三辛酯5~10份、氢氧化铝3~8份、石蜡2~6份和锌钡白1~3份。
进一步,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:PVC90份、蓖麻酸钡15份、硫辛酸12份、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯9份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯3份、轻质碳酸钙15份、共聚醚二胺6份、偏苯三酸三辛酯7份、氢氧化铝4份、石蜡3份和锌钡白3份。
进一步,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:PVC120份、蓖麻酸钡20份、硫辛酸15份、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯12份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯4份、轻质碳酸钙18份、共聚醚二胺7份、偏苯三酸三辛酯8份、氢氧化铝5份、石蜡4份和锌钡白2份。
进一步,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:PVC135份、蓖麻酸钡22份、硫辛酸17份、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯13份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯3份、轻质碳酸钙16份、共聚醚二胺8份、偏苯三酸三辛酯6份、氢氧化铝6份、石蜡5份和锌钡白1份。
本发明的有益效果:发明延长PVC热水管的使用寿命,提高PVC热水管的耐高温性能。

1.一种PVC热水管配方,其特征在于,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:PVC80~150份、蓖麻酸钡10~25份、硫辛酸10~20份、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯8~15份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2~5份、轻质碳酸钙10~20份、共聚醚二胺5~10份、偏苯三酸三辛酯5~10份、氢氧化铝3~8份、石蜡2~6份和锌钡白1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种PVC热水管配方,其特征在于,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:PVC90份、蓖麻酸钡15份、硫辛酸12份、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯9份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯3份、轻质碳酸钙15份、共聚醚二胺6份、偏苯三酸三辛酯7份、氢氧化铝4份、石蜡3份和锌钡白3份。
