本发明涉及一种PVC管道配方,属于塑料管道技术领域。
背景技术
中国塑料管道生产能力达300万吨,主要有PVC、PE和PP-R管道三大类,其中PVC管道是市场份额最大的塑料管道,占塑料管道近70%的份额。PVC管材生产线1600余条。年生产能力250万吨以上,2003年PVC管道(管件)年产量达120多万吨。
PVC管道占塑料管道近70%的份额,所以大家使用的大部分都是PVC管道,这就要求PVC管道要有较好的性能,和很长的使用寿命。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明目的提供一种PVC管道配方。
本发明的方案如下:一种PVC管道配方,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:PVC80~150份、蓖麻酸钙10~25份、二丁基羟基甲苯10~20份、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯8~15份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2~5份、己二酸10~20份、硅酸锌5~10份、乙烯基硅烷5~10份、氢氧化铝3~8份、松节油2~6份和异吲哚酮1~3份。
进一步,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:PVC90份、蓖麻酸钙15份、二丁基羟基甲苯12份、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯9份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯3份、己二酸15份、硅酸锌6份、乙烯基硅烷7份、氢氧化铝4份、松节油3份和异吲哚酮3份。
进一步,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:PVC120份、蓖麻酸钙20份、二丁基羟基甲苯15份、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯12份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯4份、己二酸18份、硅酸锌7份、乙烯基硅烷8份、氢氧化铝5份、松节油4份和异吲哚酮2份。
进一步,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:PVC135份、蓖麻酸钙22份、二丁基羟基甲苯17份、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯13份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯3份、己二酸16份、硅酸锌8份、乙烯基硅烷6份、氢氧化铝6份、松节油5份和异吲哚酮1份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明延长PVC管道的使用寿命,提高PVC管道的品质。
