Further, the closing switch and the opening switch are arranged in a linkage mode.

The lower ram safety control system of the internal mixer as shown in fig. 1 comprises a control main path and a control branch path; the control main circuit 1 is arranged in parallel with the control branch circuit 2.
The control main circuit 1 comprises a manual control main circuit 11, a manual control auxiliary circuit 12, a first emergency stop switch 13 and a travel switch 14; the manual control main line 11 is connected in parallel with the manual control auxiliary line 12, the manual control main line 11 is provided with a first manual switch 111, and the manual control auxiliary line 12 is provided with a second manual switch 121; the manual control main line 11 and the manual control auxiliary line 12 are connected in parallel and then sequentially connected in series with a first emergency stop switch 13 and a travel switch 14.
The control branch 2 comprises a second scram switch 21, a lower plug open circuit 22 and a lower plug close circuit 23; the lower plug opening circuit 22 is connected in parallel with the lower plug closing circuit 23, a lower plug opening intermediate relay 221 is arranged on the lower plug opening circuit 22, a lower plug closing intermediate relay 231 is arranged on the lower plug closing circuit 23, an opening switch 222 is connected on the lower plug opening intermediate relay 221 in series, and a closing switch 232 is connected on the lower plug closing intermediate relay 231 in series; the second emergency stop switch 21 is connected in series with a lower plug opening line 22 and a lower plug closing line 23 in parallel.
The off switch 222 and the on switch 232 are provided in a ganged arrangement.
