In the use process of the invention, firstly, a product to be sheared is placed in a top plate positioning groove of a top plate 53 of a sliding seat, after the product is placed, the sliding seat assembly 5 is pushed backwards through a handle 54, the sliding seat bottom plate 51, a sliding seat middle plate 52 and the top plate 53 of the sliding seat synchronously move backwards, and the product placed in a product positioning groove 532 synchronously moves backwards along with the top plate 53 of the sliding seat; when the limit guard block 62 touches the limit guard post 61, the sliding seat assembly 5 moves backward to a shearing position, then the lifting driving cylinder 23 moves and drives the middle movable plate 21 to move downward, and the middle movable plate 21 which moves downward drives the elastic pressing assembly 4, the upper end blade mounting seat 311 and the upper end shearing blade 312 to move downward synchronously, wherein before the upper end shearing blade 312 and the lower end shearing blade 322 are closed, the product pressing block 42 of the elastic pressing assembly 4 contacts the product and elastically presses and holds the fixed product, and then the upper end shearing blade 312 and the lower end shearing blade 322 are closed and the shearing process of the product is realized. For the sliding seat assembly 5 of the present invention, the sliding seat spring 59 pushes upwards against the sliding seat top plate 53, so that the product is elastically clamped between the sliding seat top plate 53 and the product pressing block 42, thereby ensuring the stability of the shearing action.
After the product is sheared, the lifting driving air cylinder 23 drives the middle movable plate 21, the upper end blade mounting seat 311, the upper end shearing blade 312 and the elastic pressing and holding assembly 4 to move upwards for resetting, and a worker pulls the sliding seat assembly 5 forwards through the handle 54, and then only needs to take down the sheared product from the product positioning groove 532.
According to the above-mentioned circumstances, through the above-mentioned structural design, the invention has the advantages of novel structural design, high working efficiency and convenient operation and use.

the lower surface of the middle movable plate (21) is provided with an upper end blade mounting seat (311) which protrudes downwards and extends in a protruding mode, the upper end blade mounting seat (311) is provided with an upper end shearing blade (312) in a screwed mode, the lower end portion of the upper end shearing blade (312) extends to the lower end side of the upper end blade mounting seat (311), and the middle movable plate (21) is provided with an elastic pressing component (4) positioned at the rear end side of the upper end shearing blade (312) at the side of the upper end blade mounting seat (311); the upper surface of the fixed bottom plate (11) is provided with a lower end blade mounting seat (321) in a screwed manner under the upper end blade mounting seat (311), and the lower end blade mounting seat (321) is provided with a lower end cutting blade (322) which is positioned under the upper end cutting blade (312) and matched with the upper end cutting blade (312) in a screwed manner;
