Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of brazing, and particularly relates to a clamp for controlling deformation of a fuel manifold after brazing.
Background
The fuel manifold is an important part of the engine, and fuel required by the operation of the engine is conveyed through the fuel manifold, so that the welding process of components is particularly important. The 24 nozzle single parts and the oil pipe are required to be connected through brazing, and the brazed parts ensure the technical problems of fuel flow, fuel distribution uniformity, spray quality and the like. The total number of the welding seams of the components of the fuel oil main pipe is 96; after welding, the control requirements of the sizes such as position degree, nozzle flatness and the like exist, and the size is difficult to guarantee in the brazing process.
Structural analysis is carried out on the parts, the main pipe type part is formed by combining 24 nozzles with gas hoods, 24 main oil path pipes and 24 auxiliary oil path pipes through vacuum brazing, and the process requires that after the parts are subjected to vacuum brazing, the fitting flatness of 24 nozzle end faces with the gas hoods, which are independent relatively, is not more than 0.3 mm.
Vacuum brazing is originally completed at a high temperature (1050 ℃ -1065 ℃), the material itself is thermally expanded at the high temperature, and effective positioning of parts cannot be performed at the high temperature, so that the flatness of the welded parts can hardly be guaranteed.
In conclusion, the flatness of the nozzle end surface after welding cannot meet the design requirements, and therefore, a clamp is required to be designed, so that the field operation and the size control can be facilitated, and the welding seam quality of parts, the size of assemblies and the like can be guaranteed.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the fixture for brazing the fuel header pipe is provided, the problem that the end face of a nozzle is irregularly inclined after brazing is solved, so that the design requirement that the flatness is less than or equal to 0.3mm is met, the subsequent correction difficulty is reduced, the correction time is shortened, and the production efficiency is improved.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a fixture for brazing a fuel manifold comprises a circular ring-shaped base body, wherein observation ports are arranged on the outer circumference of the circular ring-shaped base body at equal intervals;
a plurality of groups of pressing units which are distributed at equal intervals are arranged on the upper end surface of the annular substrate, and each pressing unit comprises a pressing block in threaded connection with the stud and a supporting seat below the pressing block;
the stud is vertical to the upper end surface of the annular base body;
and a locking nut is arranged above the pressing block and at the tail end of the stud.
The length of the pressing block is greater than or equal to the distance from the stud to the supporting seat.
The pressing block is in a long strip shape, the bottom surface of the pressing block is a plane, one end of the pressing block is provided with a connecting screw hole, and the cross-sectional area of the pressing block is gradually increased from the end of the screw hole to the free end.
The supporting seat is a ring-shaped piece, and a graphite lining is arranged in the inner ring.
According to the invention, one end of the nozzle is supported by the supporting seat, the pressing block presses the end face of the other end of the nozzle, and the heights of the pressing faces of the pressing blocks are accurately controlled by using the threads, so that the flatness of the welded end faces of the nozzles is controlled, the problem of inclination of the end faces of the nozzles is solved, the subsequent correction difficulty is reduced, the correction working time is reduced, and the efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, the pressing block adopts a variable cross section form, the area of the pressing block is gradually increased from the screw hole end to the free end, namely, the cross section of the pressing block connected with the stud is smaller, and the area of the cross section of the pressing block far away from the stud end is larger.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the scope of the claimed invention is not limited thereto.
As shown in FIG. 3, it is necessary to braze-weld 24 nozzle orifices 9 with gas hoods to the main and auxiliary oil passage pipes 8 and to ensure that the flatness of the 24 nozzle orifices 9 after brazing is less than or equal to 0.3 mm.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the clamp for brazing the fuel main pipe comprises a circular ring-shaped base body 1, 24 observation ports 2 are arranged on the outer circumference of the circular ring-shaped base body 1 at equal intervals (namely, after the outer circumference is equally divided, the observation ports 2 are arranged at equal division points), each observation port 2 is a notch which penetrates through the base body 1 along the axis direction of the base body 1, a supporting seat 3 is arranged on the upper end surface of the base body 1 between the notches, the supporting seat 3 is used for supporting one end of a nozzle 9, a stud 6 which is vertical to the upper end surface of the base body 1 is arranged on a connecting line of the supporting seat 3 and the circle center of the base body 1, a strip-shaped press block 5 is connected on the stud 6 in a threaded manner, the section of the press block 5 is gradually enlarged from the end close to the stud 6 end to the end far away from the stud 6 end (the section of the press block 5 in, the end face (the uppermost end face of a part shown in figure 4) used for compressing the nozzle 9 is provided with a locking nut 7 above the pressing block 5 for fixing the position of the pressing block 5, the length of the pressing block 5 is larger than the distance from the stud 6 to the supporting seat 3, the supporting seat 3 is a ring-shaped member, and a graphite lining 4 is arranged in an inner ring of the supporting seat. The pressing block 5, the stud 6, the locking nut 7 and the supporting seat 3 form a group of pressing units, 24 groups of pressing units are arranged on the upper end face of the annular base body 1 at equal intervals, and the two sides of each group of pressing units are provided with the observation ports 2 (more accurately, the two sides of the supporting seat 3 are provided with the observation ports 2).
Before brazing, after 24 nozzles 9 and the main oil line pipe 8 and the auxiliary oil line pipe 8 are assembled, the pressing units are adjusted one by one, and brazing filler metal is added and then placed into a vacuum furnace together with a clamp for brazing.
