本发明属于化妆品领域,更具体涉及一种即时去皱眼霜及其制备方法。本发明提供的即时去皱眼霜包括下述重量份的组分:乳化剂0.5‑2,润肤剂0.1‑5,增稠剂0.1‑5,保湿剂3‑10,皮肤调理剂0.1‑10,防腐剂0.01‑1,填充剂30‑60,控油助滑剂0.5‑2,香精0.05‑0.5,去离子水补至100。本发明提供的即时去皱眼霜,即时去皱效果好,且不进入皮肤里面易清洗,不会增加皮肤负担,同时还可改善皮肤状态:细致毛孔、抑制皮脂分泌、消炎祛痘等。

一种即时去皱眼霜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于化妆品领域,更具体涉及一种即时去皱眼霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
眼霜是护肤类化妆品之一,用于保护眼睛周围比较薄的一层皮肤,对眼袋、黑眼圈、鱼尾纹等都有一定的效果。不同配方的眼霜有不同的作用,从功能上可以分为:滋润眼霜、紧实眼霜、抗老化眼霜、抗敏眼霜等。
眼部肌肉比较娇嫩,容易长出细纹,因此要从年轻的时候开始使用眼霜,预防皱纹的产生,即使长出了眼部细纹,也可以通过使用眼霜减少皱纹。一般来说,要根源上去除皱纹的话,需要一定的时间才能看得到效果。现实中,很多消费者希望使用产品后能更快的见到去除皱纹的效果,即时去皱产品应运而生。即时去皱,顾名思义是一种假象的去皱方法,其不能从根源上去除皱纹,但是能带来视觉上的去皱效果。即时去皱的化妆品能在涂抹后达到隐藏皱纹的功效,给消费者带来愉悦的体验。市面上常见的即时去皱的产品原理是使用硅弹体、硅粉、PMMA粉、尼龙粉、改性淀粉等高分子填充剂来填充细纹,抚平皮肤凹面以达到去皱的效果。
但这些产品有几点弊端:其一,容易堵塞毛孔,使皮肤不透气,最终产生一系列皮肤问题,如皮肤产生脂肪粒等等;其二,涂抹时料体团聚,即人们常见的起条,搓泥现象,给消费者带来不好的体验。因此,开发一种既能即时去皱,又具有很好的用后体验,解决一般的“假象去皱”产品带来的肌肤问题的眼霜极其符合消费者的需求,具有很好的市场和经济价值。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明目的在于提供一种即时去皱眼霜,该眼霜即时去皱效果好,且不进入皮肤里面易清洗,不会增加皮肤负担,同时还可改善皮肤状态:细致毛孔、抑制皮脂分泌、消炎祛痘等。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种即时去皱眼霜的制备方法。
本发明提供了一种即时去皱眼霜,该眼霜包括下述重量份的组分:
乳化剂0.5-2,润肤剂0.1-5,增稠剂0.1-5,保湿剂3-10,皮肤调理剂0.1-10,防腐剂0.01-1,填充剂30-60,控油助滑剂0.5-2,香精0.05-0.5,去离子水补至100;
优选地,本发明所述即时去皱眼霜包括下述重量份的组分:
乳化剂0.8-1.2,润肤剂1.5-3.5,增稠剂0.1-5,保湿剂3-10,皮肤调理剂4-10,防腐剂0.01-1,填充剂40-55,控油助滑剂1-2,香精0.05-0.5,去离子水补至100。
进一步地,本发明所述的乳化剂包括聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-6二硬脂酸酯、硬脂酰乳酰乳酸钠、甘油硬脂酸酯中的一种或多种;本发明所述的乳化剂不含聚乙二醇(PEG),温和不刺激,能在皮肤表面形成一层保护膜,既防护又保湿。
进一步地,本发明所述的润肤剂包括鲨肝醇、植物甾醇类、椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯、肉豆蔻醇肉豆蔻酸酯中的一种或多种;本发明所述的润肤剂均为高端皮肤柔润剂,眼周皮肤较薄,眼霜太滋润易导致皮肤吸收不了产生营养过剩的问题,因此,本发明的润肤剂采用清爽油脂搭配固态酯的方法,增加质感的同时很好地解决了常见的过于滋润的问题。
进一步地,本发明所述的皮肤调理剂包括泛醇、积雪草(CENTELLA ASIATICA)提取物、石竹素、绿花恩南番荔枝提取物中的一种或多种;其中,泛醇为维生素原B5,给予肌肤光泽及保湿作用,能刺激细胞分裂再生并组织修护;积雪草提取物外用时可协助溃伤复原、消炎、帮助癒合,其主要成分积雪草苷对瘢痕成纤维细胞活力有促进作用,故有祛疤的作用,与磷脂物质聚合效果很好,对消除青春痘有较明显的作用,对葡萄苷醛酸酶有抑制作用,加之具有抗菌性,有很好抑制体臭的作用;石竹素可调节皮脂细胞的分裂和增殖,抑制5α还原酶活性,从而降低皮脂分泌,同时,石竹素还可促进胶原蛋白的生成,降低弹性蛋白分解,有活肤抗衰抗皱作用;绿花恩南番荔枝生长于非洲,其提取物具有消炎和退热的传统医药疗效;本发明所述的皮肤调理剂,可减少因加入填充剂而带来的风险:长痘、脂肪粒等等,且可有效改善皮肤状态。
进一步地,本发明所述的填充剂包括己二酸/新戊二醇/偏苯三酸酐共聚物;己二酸/新戊二醇/偏苯三酸酐共聚物为亚微米到微米不同粒径的球形颗粒,粒径为3-15μm,可有效填充表面细纹但不会进入皮肤。
进一步地,本发明所述的控油助滑剂包括聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物;聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物的粒径在1-10μm,具有优异的水分散性,能吸收各种油脂。
进一步地,本发明所述的增稠剂可以为本领域常规使用的任何增稠剂,优选为丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、聚丙烯酸钠中的一种或两种。
进一步地,本发明所述的保湿剂可以为本领域常规使用的任何保湿剂,优选为聚甘油-10、海藻糖、赤藓醇中的一种或多种。
进一步地,本发明所述的防腐剂可以为本领域常规使用的任何防腐剂,优选为苯氧乙醇、氯苯甘醚中的一种或两种。
本发明还提供了一种即时去皱眼霜的制备方法,该方法包括下述顺序的步骤:
1)备料;按配方用量准备即时去皱眼霜的原料;
2)配制;
A.将乳化剂、润肤剂加入油相锅,升温至78~80℃,搅拌至完全溶解,得油相;
B.将去离子水、保湿剂、部分皮肤调理剂和部分增稠剂加入水相锅,升温至78-82℃,搅拌至完全溶解,得水相;
C.将步骤B得到的水相抽取至乳化锅,混匀后,在乳化锅中加入步骤A得到的油相,混匀;开始降温,降温至65-72℃时加入剩余的增稠剂,混匀后加入填充剂、控油助滑剂,混匀;继续降温至42-47℃,加入剩下的皮肤调理剂、防腐剂、芳香剂,搅拌均匀;继续降温至38±2℃时,经品控初检合格后用100目滤网出料。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明提供的即时去皱眼霜涂抹后呈现“软焦点”效果。“软焦点”效果出自于亚微米到微米不同粒径的球形颗粒,能装载有效成分,通过毛细管作用传递给肌肤,其中,较小颗粒可填补细纹,而较大颗粒则覆盖在较小颗粒上面,通过“软聚焦”功效,改善肤色,减少细纹及皱纹;此外,眼霜基质的光分散性起到遮瑕作用,在自然光和灯光下均能呈现出自然华润、完美的容颜。
2、本发明提供的即时去皱眼霜,即时去皱效果显著,涂抹后细纹、皱纹即减少。
3、本发明提供的即时去皱眼霜,不存在常见“假象去皱”产品起皮、搓泥等现象。本发明采用的填充剂和控油助滑剂,粒径范围适中,不进入皮肤且易清洗,不会增加皮肤负担。
4、本发明提供的即时去皱眼霜,改善了常见“假象去皱”产品堵塞毛孔、计费不透气的问题,清爽不油腻,滑爽,透气性好,亲水不刺激,并可调节皮脂分泌,有效抑制油脂产生,避免了因填充剂的加入易导致的皮肤长痘、脂肪粒等问题。
5、本发明提供的即时去皱眼霜,还可改善皮肤状态:紧致毛孔、抗衰消炎等。

具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围,如下组分除特别注明外,均按照重量百分比计算。
实施例1及对比例1-4
一种即时去皱眼霜,该眼霜由下述重量份的组分组成(表1):

其中,对比例1不含润肤剂;对比例2不含皮肤调理剂;对比例3不含控油助滑剂;对比例4不含填充剂。
实施例1所述眼霜的制备方法如下:
(1)将B1相组分提前一天用其重量100倍的B相组分浸泡24小时,然后用移动均质机均质20min,得到物料A;
(2)将全部A相组分置于不锈钢桶中,并用电磁炉一边加热一边搅拌至完全溶解,加热温度为78~80℃,得油相;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的物料A和剩余的B相组分加入水相锅,开启升温,升温至78-82℃,升温过程中按照序号顺序依次加入全部B2相组分,搅拌至溶解完全,得水相;
(4)设置乳化锅搅拌速录为45转/min,将步骤(3)得到的水相全部抽入乳化锅,在35转/min的搅拌速率下以50HZ的功率均质3min;再加入步骤(2)得到的油相,再在45转/min的搅拌速率下以50HZ的功率均质2-3min,均质完毕后降温;降温至70℃时加入C相组分,继续在45转/min的搅拌速率下以50HZ的功率均质3-5min,再加入D相组分,将搅拌速率调为55转/min,以50HZ的功率均质4min;均质完毕后,真空降温,并将搅拌速率调为35-45转/min;降温至45℃时,按照序号顺序依次加入剩余相组分;后继续降温至38±2℃时,经品控初检合格后用100目滤网出料;
(5)半成品入库,灌装,包装,成品入库。
对比例1-4所述眼霜的制备方法参见实施例1。
实验例1
即时去皱效果测试
随机找20位受测者,取绿豆大小的实施例1提供的即时去皱眼霜,涂抹于受测者额头,右部,1min后相机拍照,观察去皱效果。结果显示,去皱效果明显,受测者涂有去皱眼霜的部位更哑光,细纹被遮盖,左右额头对比差异明显。其中一名受测者的照片比对图见图1。
实验例2
皮肤油光测评
测评对象:招募年龄在20-40岁的志愿者共30名,其中,女性25位,男性5位。将受试者随机分成5组,每组6名。
测试仪器:油脂测试仪Sebumeter SM815。
测试方法:
受试者在温度22±3℃,相对湿度50±5%的实验室内静坐30min,用SebumeterSM815分别测试左眼角的皮肤油脂含量,记录数据;
5组受试者分别发放实施例1、对比例1-4制备的眼霜,指导受试者1天2次在两只眼睛周围使用0.2g的眼霜,早晚各1次,持续28天(连续用27天,第28天不用);
第28天时回到实验室,洗脸后2h,用Sebumeter SM815分别测试受试者左眼角的皮肤油脂含量,记录数据;
按如下公式分别计算油脂含量变化率:油脂含量变化率%=[(使用样品后油脂含量-使用样品前油脂含量)/使用样品前油脂含量]×100;
结果见表1:

由表1结果可知,本发明提供的即时去皱眼霜能调节油脂分泌,抑制过多的油脂产生。其中,第1组受试者的一位受试者护理前后的照片见图2,由图片可以看出,该受试者使用本发明提供的即时去皱眼霜前,眼部油光较明显,使用本发明提供的即时去皱眼霜后油脂分泌明显减少。
实验例3
毛孔改善效果测评
测评对象、测评方法同实验例2,即在测量受试者左眼角皮肤油脂含量的同时,采用美国CANFIELD公司研发的VISIA面部图像分析仪,对受试者右眼皮肤进行影像分析,评价受试前后毛孔缩小情况。评价方法为:毛孔显著缩小的显效;毛孔明显变小的为有效;毛孔没有改善的为无效。测试结果见表2。

其中,第1组受试者的一位受试者护理前后的影像分析照片见图3,从影像观察结果可明显看出,受试者受试部位一些粗的毛孔变细了,皮肤状态明显变好。

1.一种即时去皱眼霜,该眼霜包括按重量份计的:

所述的控油助滑剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物,所述聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物的粒径为1-10 µm;
所述的皮肤调理剂为泛醇、积雪草提取物、石竹素和绿花恩南番荔枝提取物的混合物,按重量份计,具体组成为泛醇2份、积雪草提取物0.2份、石竹素和绿花恩南番荔枝提取物共3份;
所述的润肤剂为鲨肝醇、植物甾醇类、椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯和肉豆蔻醇肉豆蔻酸酯的混合物,按重量份计,具体组成为鲨肝醇0.2份、植物甾醇类0.2份、椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯0.8份、肉豆蔻醇肉豆蔻酸酯0.8份;
所述的乳化剂为聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-6二硬脂酸酯、硬脂酰乳酰乳酸钠和甘油硬脂酸酯的混合物,按重量份计,具体组成为聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯0.16份、聚甘油-6二硬脂酸酯0.4份、硬脂酰乳酰乳酸钠和甘油硬脂酸酯共0.16份。
2.如权利要求1所述的即时去皱眼霜,其中,所述的增稠剂包括丙烯酸类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、丙烯酸酯类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、聚丙烯酸钠中的一种或两种。
3.如权利要求1所述的即时去皱眼霜,其中,所述的保湿剂包括聚甘油-10、海藻糖、赤藓醇中的一种或多种。
4.如权利要求1所述的即时去皱眼霜,其中,所述的防腐剂包括苯氧乙醇、氯苯甘醚中的一种或两种。
