Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a novel belt loop fixing plate, and belongs to the technical field of cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery.
Background
Anterior and posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery has gained more and more attention and application with the development of orthopedics sports medicine. The cruciate ligament reconstruction operation is to reconstruct the anterior cruciate ligament or the posterior cruciate ligament by adopting autograft tendon or allograft tendon or artificial graft, wherein the graft is fixedly connected with the two sides of the femoral tunnel through the tibial tunnel. At present, a titanium plate of a fixing coil for the femur end is generally used for fixing a tendon implanted at the femur end, and a tibia end is fixed by adopting an interface screw in a single fixing mode. The existing titanium plate structure cannot be used for fixing the tibia end, and can easily move back and forth, so that the installation is unstable. The loop length of the belt loop fixing plate is not adjustable, measurement and calculation are needed during different operations, and the operation time is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a novel belt loop fixing plate, which enables a plurality of choices to be made for tool selection in cruciate ligament reconstruction operation, and can be used for both ends of a graft, or can be used for one end of the belt loop fixing plate and the other end of the belt loop fixing plate is used for interface screws; the protrusion part provided by the invention can prevent the belt loop fixing plate from moving back and forth on cortical bone, so that the mounting stability is improved, and the postoperative recovery of a patient is facilitated; the invention can install the adjustable connecting wire, does not need to calculate the shape selection during operation, and shortens the operation time.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the utility model provides a novel belt loop fixed plate, includes belt loop plate body, first through wires hole and second through wires hole have been run through on the belt loop plate body, wear to be equipped with the connecting wire in first through wires hole and the second through wires hole. The first through part is arranged on one side, far away from the second through hole, of the first through hole, and the second through part is arranged on one side, far away from the first through hole, of the second through hole. The connecting wire can enter the first threading hole from the outside through the first penetrating part, and the connecting wire can also enter the second threading hole from the outside through the second penetrating part. The back of the belt loop plate body is also provided with a protruding part, the protruding part is arranged in a bone after an operation, the belt loop plate body is prevented from moving back and forth after the operation, the stability of the installation of the belt loop plate body is improved, and the postoperative recovery of a patient is facilitated. The invention ensures that the tool selection in the cruciate ligament reconstruction operation has various choices, the femoral end adopts a belt loop fixing plate to complete the fixation of the femoral end transplanted tendon, and the tibial end adopts an interface screw to fix; or the femur end and the tibia end are fixed by adopting a belt loop fixing plate.
The concave part is further arranged between the first threading hole and the second threading hole, the connecting wire can be placed in the concave part when being fixed and knotted, the outer protruding of the connecting wire and the friction of a human body are avoided, and uncomfortable feeling caused by the friction of the connecting wire after operation can be effectively relieved.
The width of the concave part is larger than that of the first penetrating part, and the widths of the first penetrating part and the second penetrating part are the same.
Further, the lengths of the first penetrating part and the second penetrating part are the same, and the depth of the concave part is 1/2-2/3 of the depth of the first penetrating part.
The sizes of the first threading hole and the second threading hole are the same, and the width of the first threading hole is larger than that of the concave part. The connecting wire can be better fixed in first through wires hole, effectively avoids the connecting wire to break away from the belt loop plate body through first through portion. The connecting wire can be better fixed in the second threading hole, and the connecting wire is effectively prevented from being separated from the belt loop plate body through the second penetrating part.
The thickness of the belt loop plate body is 1.4-3.6 mm, and the height of the protruding part is 0-2 mm.
The shape of the belt loop plate body is rectangular, circular or elliptical, and can adapt to different anatomical forms.
The belt loop plate body is made of titanium alloy.
The first threading hole and the second threading hole are round or oval and are used for threading various connecting wires.
The application method of the novel belt loop fixing plate adopts the novel belt loop fixing plate and comprises the following steps:
when the cruciate ligament rebuilding operation is performed, the femoral end (or the tibial end) is firstly fixed by the graft, the tibial end (or the femoral end) is knitted by an adjustable connecting wire (specifically, a medical suture line) and then is pulled out of the bone canal, the adjustable connecting wire is strapped in a first threading hole and a second threading hole of the belt loop titanium fixing plate (when the adjustable connecting wire is assembled with the belt loop titanium fixing plate, the surface where the protruding part is positioned is close to the bone canal), specifically, the adjustable connecting wire enters the first threading hole from the outside through the first threading part, the other adjustable connecting wire enters the second threading hole from the outside through the second threading part, the belt loop plate body is pushed onto the cortical bone by tightening the adjustable connecting wire, the redundant adjustable connecting wire is cut after the adjustable connecting wire is knotted, and then the bone canal is closed.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) The invention ensures that the tool selection in the cruciate ligament reconstruction operation has various choices, and one end of the implant adopts a belt loop fixing plate, and the other end adopts an interface screw to cooperate together to finish the operation; the reconstruction operation of the cruciate ligament can be finished by selecting the belt loop fixing plate at the two ends of the implant, and only one set of operation tool is adopted at the moment, so that the preparation work before the operation is reduced, and the operation time is shortened;
(2) The protrusion part provided by the invention can prevent the belt loop fixing plate from moving back and forth on cortical bone, so that the mounting stability is improved, and the postoperative recovery of a patient is facilitated;
(3) The adjustable connecting wire can be installed, so that the surgical requirements of different length specifications are met, the application range is wider, the surgical time is shortened, and the situation that the surgical failure is caused by the error in the shape selection of the fixed coil when the titanium plate of the fixed coil is matched with the interface screw in the prior art can be avoided.
