The nail cartridge assembly bracket 32 is provided with a pre-bending spring piece 37, the pre-bending spring piece 37 is clamped between the nail cartridge assembly bracket 32 and the housing 1, the pre-bending spring piece 37 comprises a first sheet body portion 371 positioned above the connecting sheet 324, a second sheet body portion 372 arranged above the frame body portion 321, and a folding portion 373 formed by downwards folding the second sheet body portion 372, the folding portion 373 is positioned below the second sheet body portion 372, the folding portion 373 is arranged close to the connecting sheet 324, and the folding portion 373 abuts against the frame body portion 321. A crease is provided between the first sheet portion 371 and the second sheet portion 372. By providing the pre-bent spring 37 between the cartridge module holder 32 and the housing 1, not only can rigid impact be prevented from occurring between the cartridge module holder 32 and the housing 1, but also deflection occurring during closing and opening of the end effector 3 is reduced, which is beneficial to obtaining a better staple formation.
The end effector 3 closing process is as follows: when the closure drive assembly drives the closure shaft 34 through the bevel drive gear in a first rotational direction (which may be clockwise), the closure nut 35 moves downwardly over the closure shaft 34, at which point the closure nut 35 drives the cartridge assembly bracket 32 in the direction of the anvil assembly 31 until the end effector 3 is closed. Since the cartridge module holder 32 has a cantilever structure, in order to ensure the anastomosis effect of the end effector 3, the front end 323 of the cartridge module holder 32 is generally disposed lower than the connecting portion 322, and the purpose of the design is that: if the leading end 323 is flush with the connecting portion 322, the leading end of the cartridge module 100 (the portion of the cartridge module 100 located at the leading end 323 of the cartridge module holder 32) will first contact the stapled and severed tissue during the closing of the end effector 3, at which time the end effector 3 is still fully closed, and if the firing motion is initiated, the stapling effect is poor. Thus, the cartridge assembly carriage 32 must be moved further in the direction of the anvil assembly 31 to effect complete closure of the jaws. In this process, the front end 323 of the cartridge assembly bracket 32 will be slightly lifted upwards by the relative force applied by the front end of the cartridge assembly 100 on the sutured and cut tissue, so that the cartridge assembly bracket 32 swings slightly in the first direction as a whole, and since the cartridge assembly 100 is movably mounted on the closure nut 35, the cartridge assembly bracket 32 can swing in the first direction relative to the closure nut 35, the connecting portion 322 is a weak stress portion, and the weak stress portion is reinforced by setting the front end 323 to be lower than the connecting portion 322, so that the cartridge assembly bracket 32 can be prevented from bending, fatigue damage of the cartridge assembly 100 is reduced, and the service life of the cartridge assembly 100 is prolonged.
To facilitate the fixing of the closing shaft 34, one end of the closing shaft 34 is fixed to the housing 1 and the other end is fixed to the center bracket 2. In this embodiment, the closure shaft 34 is fixed to the housing 1 by a rigid bracket 51. The rigid support 51 is concavely formed with a fixing groove (not shown) which is abutted with the closing shaft, and in this embodiment, a bearing 52 is provided between the rigid support 51 and the closing shaft 34, and the bearing 52 is provided in the fixing groove. The rigid support 51 includes a base plate 511 and an extension arm 512 extending upward from the base plate 511, the extension arm 512 is fastened to the central support 2, and the fixing slot is disposed on the base plate 511. Because the closing shaft 34 is fixed on the shell 1 through the rigid support 51, the problems of damage to the shell 1 and offset of the closing shaft 34 along the axis caused by direct fixation of the closing shaft 34 on the shell 1 in the prior art are solved, the service life of the shell 1 is prolonged, and the closing accuracy is improved.
Referring to fig. 4 and 8, the cutting assembly 33 includes a firing nut 331 threadedly coupled to the firing bar 37 and a blade 332 disposed on the firing nut 331. The extending direction of the firing bar 37 is the same as the longitudinal extending direction of the anvil assembly 31, the blade 332 has a blade surface and a back (not numbered) opposite to the blade surface (not numbered), the back is provided with a concave notch 333 extending from the back toward the blade surface, and the blade 332 forms a buffer backwards when cutting due to the concave notch on the blade surface, which is helpful for prolonging the service life of the blade 332. The blade 332 may be integrally formed with the firing nut 331. In this embodiment, the blade 332 is separately disposed from the firing nut 331, the blade 332 is fixed on the firing nut 331, and the blade 332 and the firing nut 331 may be connected by welding or riveting or by a pin. The firing nut 331 is located in the storage cavity of the cartridge holder 311, the firing nut 331 is exposed in the observation port 315, and the position of the firing nut 331 can be observed through the observation port 315, so that the real-time position of the firing and firing nut 331 is known. In order to visually recognize the position of the firing nut 331, a color difference exists between the firing nut 331 and the anvil assembly 31 and the transparent shield 313.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an electric control part is disposed in the gun body, and the electric control part includes a tool withdrawal in-place recognition device, a trigger inductive switch 83 and a closing height recognition device.
Referring to fig. 2 and 9, the retracting-in-place recognition device includes a trigger switch 81 and a trigger applying member 82, which are disposed on the housing 1, the trigger switch 81 may be a photoelectric switch, the trigger applying member 82 is a positioning needle, when the positioning needle 82 is inserted into the photoelectric switch, the trigger switch 81 is triggered, and the electronic control part of the surgical instrument obtains information that the firing nut 331 is retracted to the original position, and the electronic control part can inform the operator of the information by voice control or photoelectric means. A fixing plate 14 is disposed on one side of the trigger switch 81, the fixing plate 14 is fixed on the housing 1, and a first elastic member 15 is disposed on the fixing plate 14.
