In this embodiment, the abutting portion 32 is formed on the side plates 31, the side plates 31 are two pieces arranged oppositely, and an abutting groove 311 for accommodating the cutting blade 30 is formed between the two pieces of side plates 31. The abutting portion 32 is an elastic clip formed by bending from the side plate 31 toward the inside of the abutting groove 311.
Referring to fig. 6, 7 and 9, the present invention further provides a surgical instrument, which includes the above-mentioned nail cartridge assembly, an anvil assembly 4 butted with the nail cartridge assembly, a handle 5 connecting the anvil assembly 4 and the nail cartridge assembly, and a closing pressure lever 51 and a driving assembly (not shown) arranged on the handle 5, wherein the closing pressure lever 51 is mounted on the handle 5 through a guide pin 510, and the handle 5 is further provided with a firing push button 52 connected with the driving assembly for operation. Still be equipped with in the handle 5 and push away nail pole 53 and broach pole 54, push away nail pole 53 and connect drive assembly, broach pole 54 sets up with propulsion block 2 push away the front end of nail pole 53, just be equipped with on the broach pole 54 with elasticity buckle 32 matched with draw-in groove 541 is in order to make broach pole 54 and cutting knife rest body 3 block the cooperation, and of course, in other embodiments, broach pole 54 and cutting knife rest body 3 block the cooperation and can adopt other structures among the prior art. When the driving assembly drives the nail pushing rod 53 to move towards the distal end, the nail pushing rod 52 drives the pull rod 54 to move towards the distal end, so that the elastic buckle 32 is buckled into the clamping groove 541. In the invention, the handle 5 comprises a nail box bracket side handle 55 and a nail anvil side handle 56 which are fixedly connected with the nail box component and the nail anvil component 4 respectively.
The operating principle of the surgical instrument of the invention is as follows:
after the cartridge holder side handle 55 and the anvil side handle 56 are aligned with the guide pins 510, the closing lever 51 is pressed down to close the jaws (to clamp the tissue to be stapled by the cartridge assembly and the anvil assembly 4). The proximal end firing push button 52 is pushed to drive the nail pushing rod 53 and the broach rod 54 to move simultaneously, the nail pushing rods 53 on the two sides push the nail pushing sheet 11 in the nail bin assembly to move vertically downwards through the inclined planes of the distal end head, so that the sequential compression deformation of the suturing nails 10 is realized, and finally B-type suturing nails are formed so as to suture tissues. Because the puller bar 54 is lagging behind and hidden within the cartridge assembly, the stapling process does not contact the tissue between the cartridge stapling surface 110 and the anvil surface. After the pushing rod 53 is pushed to the distal end to form all the staples 10 in the cartridge assembly, the pulling rod 54 contacts the cutting knife holder body 3 inside the distal end of the cartridge assembly. Because the cutting knife 30 is mounted on the cutting knife holder body 3 through the rotating shaft 33, when the pull knife bar 54 is inserted into the butt joint groove 311, the cutting knife 30 can be rotationally ejected out, and meanwhile, the elastic buckle 32 on the side plate 31 deforms and then buckles the clamping groove 541 of the pull knife bar 54. At this point, the staple 10 is fired, and the retraction of the firing button 52 will cause the cutting blade 30, which has been extended from the interior of the cutting blade body 3, to cut tissue from the distal end to the proximal end. During the cutting process, the elastic buckles 32 inside the cutting knife rack body 3 are held by the side walls of the nail box assembly at two sides, and cannot be deformed to be separated from the pull rod 54 until the complete cutting process of the tissue is completed. When the cutting knife 30 has cut the tissue and moves to the proximal end of the magazine assembly, a step (not shown) at the proximal end of the magazine assembly blocks the cutting knife holder body 3. While recesses (not shown) in the proximal side of the cartridge assembly allow the resilient catches 32 to deform out of engagement, thereby disengaging the puller bar 54 from the cutting block 3. After the broaching tool bar 54 is separated from the cutting tool holder body 3, the torsion spring 34 disposed on the rotating shaft 33 enables the cutting tool 30 to be automatically retracted, thereby preventing the exposed cutting tool 30 from accidentally scratching a user.
