Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the resonance-proof metal speaker provided by the invention comprises a metal shell 1 and a plastic part 2, wherein the metal shell 1 is a circular wall structure with openings at two sides and a hollow interior, the plastic part 2 is used for placing internal elements of the speaker, the size of the plastic part 2 is slightly smaller than that of the metal shell 1, the metal shell 1 surrounds the plastic part 2, the plastic part 2 is fixedly connected with the metal shell 1, a sealing opening 3 is formed at the connecting part of the plastic part 2 and the metal shell 1, the metal shell 1 is used for protecting the internal plastic part 2 and the internal elements placed on the plastic part 2, and a sealing cavity is formed between the metal shell 1 and the plastic part 2; the metal shell 1 is made of a metal material aluminum material, and the metal material aluminum comprises an aluminum alloy.

The inner walls of the back plate blocks 12 are unequal in thickness and irregular in wall thickness, and the outer walls are smooth planes as shown in fig. 2B and are uniform in thickness; the inner wall of the back plate 12 comprises a back plate notch 121 and an inner wall bulge 122; the back plate notches 121 are symmetrically distributed in the middle of the edges of the two sides of the inner wall of the back plate 12, the back plate notches 121 are provided with two inward-recessed square through holes, the length and the depth of the notches are the same as the outline of the edge part of the plastic part 2, and the compatibility of the plastic part 2 and the metal shell 1 after combination is ensured; the inner wall protrusions 122 are longitudinally distributed on the inner wall of the back plate 12, the inner wall protrusions 122 have different thicknesses, are unevenly distributed on the inner wall of the back plate 12 and are in a wave shape, so that the wall thickness of the inner wall of the back plate 12 is irregular and the thickness of the inner wall of the back plate 12 is unequal, the inner wall protrusions 122 are connected with a cavity where a horn inside a sound box is located, the horn inside the sound box generates a sound signal through vibration, and in the process of transmitting the sound signal to the back plate 12, because the wall thickness and the shape of the inner wall of the back plate 12 are irregular, the vibration frequency of the inner wall is dispersed, the inner wall is multi-sided and different in angle, the sound signal is transmitted from a single direction, when the sound signal reaches the inner wall of the back plate 12, the cross-sectional area of one side contacting with the sound is greatly reduced, so that the region of, the sound produced by the resonance of the aluminum shell caused by the vibration of the horn is greatly reduced, thereby achieving the effect of reducing or eliminating the resonance phenomenon of the back plate 12 and preventing the tone quality of the sound box from being interfered by noise. The first side plate 13 is an arc-shaped block, two ends of the first side plate 13 are respectively fixedly connected with one ends of the front plate 11 and the back plate 12, the first side plate 13 is provided with a plurality of circular holes, in this embodiment, the first side plate includes a first hole 131 and four second holes 132, the first hole 131 and the second holes 132 are arranged in the middle of the first side plate 13 side by side, the number and the diameter of the first hole 131 and the second hole 132 are set according to actual requirements, and the holes are used for providing interface spaces for internal components placed on the plastic part 2 after the plastic part 2 is placed in the metal shell 1.
The second side plate 14 is also an arc-shaped block, two ends of the second side plate 14 are respectively and fixedly connected with the other ends of the front plate 11 and the back plate 12, as shown in fig. 2B, a charging hole 141 is formed in the second side plate 14, the size of the charging hole 141 corresponds to that of a charging interface in the plastic part 2, and the charging hole is used for providing an interface space for the charging interface in the plastic part 2 when the plastic part 2 is installed in the metal shell 1.
Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a plastic part of an anti-resonance metal loudspeaker box according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the plastic part 2 is used to place internal components of the loudspeaker box, the size of the plastic part 2 is slightly smaller than that of the metal housing 1, the metal housing 1 surrounds the plastic part 2, the plastic part 2 is fixedly connected to the metal housing 1, and the plastic part 2 is formed by two-color injection molding and includes a hard plastic 21 and a soft plastic 22; the hard plastic 21 bears internal elements of the sound box, the hard plastic 21 is fixedly connected with the interior of the sound box through screws, the screws are located in the middle of two side faces of the hard plastic 21, the number of the screws is set according to actual conditions, the hard plastic 21 protects the internal elements of the sound box, the internal elements of the sound box are prevented from being exposed in the air and being interfered by the outside, and sound emitted by the sound box body can be prevented from diffusing from the side faces to cause tone quality damage; the soft plastic 22 is located at the edge parts of two side surfaces connected with the back plate 12 on the hard plastic 21, the shape and the outline of the soft plastic 22 are matched with the inner wall protrusions 122, when the plastic part 2 is pushed into the metal shell 1, the soft plastic 22 is in close contact with the back plate 12 to form a sealing opening 3, the soft plastic 22 can bond and fix the fixed plastic part 2 and the metal shell 1 by pressing the sealing opening 3, and the soft plastic 22 plays a role in sealing and can prevent sound leakage.
The metal shell 1 surrounds the plastic part 2 and internal elements arranged on the plastic part 2, meanwhile, a sealing cavity is formed inside the metal shell 1 and the plastic part 2, and a sealing opening 3 is formed by tightly combining the soft plastic 22 and the back plate 12, so that the sealing cavity has good sealing performance, sound can be emitted through the through hole 111 in a concentrated manner, and the good quality of the sound is ensured; the formation of sealed chamber makes the internal component of audio amplifier be in sealed space, can effectively alleviate low frequency decay, makes the bass can radiate effectively, therefore sound can reach better effect.
The invention changes and disperses the resonance frequency points of the aluminum shell through the irregular wall thickness and unequal thickness of the aluminum shell, can eliminate noise, and enables the tone quality to be purer, the internal plastic piece adopts soft and hard plastic double-color injection molding, the shape of the soft plastic keeps consistent with the shape of the contact surface of the aluminum shell, and a sealed cavity is formed after the plastic piece is assembled with the aluminum shell, thereby preventing air leakage, ensuring good sealing performance and enabling the sound to be clearer.
