Abstract
本发明公开了一种带导声管的耳套,包括耳套本体,所述耳套本体设置有喇叭前声腔,所述喇叭前声腔内设置有导声管,所述导声管一端设在喇叭前声腔内,另一端连接一个谐振腔,所述谐振腔容积大于所述导声管的容积,所述谐振腔与外界大气相通,可以增加喇叭振动系统的线性幅度,提高系统功率,可以改善前声腔的耳压平衡,改善喇叭膜片的非线性失真;可以改善耳机的低频响应效果,改进音质;可以改善主动降噪耳机的啸叫。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种耳套,尤其涉及一种带导声管的耳套。
背景技术
头戴耳机一般有环耳式(Circumaural)及压耳式(Supra-aural)两种,环耳式是指耳套环形包住耳朵,压耳式是指耳套贴压在耳朵上。无论环耳式耳机还是压耳式耳机的前声腔设计,都需要考虑耳套与耳朵佩戴上的声泄漏问题。如果是密封设计,由于耳套跟耳朵周围的皮肤是紧密耦合,前声腔的声阻尼过大而制约喇叭膜片的线性震动,造成声学失真过大从而影响声音品质。但如果耳套是泄漏式设计,过大的声泄漏会导致耳机的低频效果差,也会影响声音品质。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种带导声管的耳套,可以改善前声腔的耳压平衡,改善喇叭膜片的非线性失真;可以改善耳机的低频响应效果,改进音质;可以改善主动降噪耳机的啸叫。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术手段:
本发明提供一种带导声管的耳套,包括耳套本体,所述耳套本体设置有喇叭前声腔,所述喇叭前声腔内设置有导声管,所述导声管一端设在喇叭前声腔内,另一端连接一个谐振腔,所述谐振腔容积大于所述导声管的容积,所述谐振腔与外界大气相通。
进一步的,所述耳套本体可以与耳机主体分离,所述导声管镶嵌在耳套本体内部,所述导声管与耳机主体不相连。
进一步的,所述导声管内孔直径为0.8mm-3.0mm,长度为3mm-30mm。
进一步的,所述导声管通过打胶方式与耳套本体密封。
进一步的,所述耳套本体上的塑胶件设有与所述导声管相对接的模具孔,所述模具孔连接有谐振腔,所述谐振腔与外界连通。
进一步的,所述导声管为金属材质。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明结构简单,使用方便,可以改善前声腔的耳压平衡,改善喇叭膜片的非线性失真,可以通过改变声管的长度来改变管内声阻,调节耳机的低频响应,改进音质;可以改善主动降噪耳机环路反馈环境,不容易产生啸叫。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1:如图1-2所示,本实施例提供一种带导声管的耳套,包括耳套本体1,所述耳套本体设置有喇叭前声腔2,所述喇叭前声腔2内设置有导声管3,所述导声管3一端设在喇叭前声腔2内,另一端连接一个谐振腔1-2,所述谐振腔1-2容积远大于所述导声管3的容积,所述谐振腔1-2与外界大气相通,所述耳套本体1可以与耳机主体分离,所述导声管3镶嵌在耳套本体1内部,所述导声管3与耳机主体1 不相连,导声管内孔直径为0.8mm-3.0mm,长度为3mm-30mm,导声管通过打胶方式与耳套本体密封,耳套本体上的塑胶件设有与所述导声管相对接的模具孔1-1,所述模具孔1-1连接有谐振腔1-2,所述谐振腔 1-2与外界连通,导声管为金属材质。
如果前声腔为低泄漏式设计,喇叭膜片震动时受到较大的阻尼作用,若在大功率状态下工作,喇叭膜片容易发生非线性失真。
由于耳套内导声管的存在,使得前声腔与外界大气相通,可以增加喇叭振动系统的线性幅度,提高系统功率。内外气压一致喇叭膜片震动时不宜失真。而且由于内外气压保持一致,不会给耳道内产生过大的耳压,改善了佩戴的舒适性。
低泄漏式头戴耳机佩戴时耳套与耳朵的耦合要良好,减少声泄漏,而耳套加导声管的设计,可以通过改变声管的长度来改变管内声阻,调节耳机的低频响应。如图3所示,V(17)是耳套内加了20mm*1.8mm(长 *内径)的导声管设计,由于管内声阻的存在,仿真频响曲线与低泄漏式耳套V(8)结果差不多,而高泄漏式耳套V(34)频响则下跌。
反馈式主动降噪耳机,因为前声腔设计较为封闭,环路由喇叭到麦克风反馈容易导致耳机啸叫。而在耳套内增加了导声管的设计,正好改善环路反馈环境,不容易产生啸叫。
Claims (6)
1.一种带导声管的耳套,其特征在于,包括耳套本体,所述耳套本体设置有喇叭前声腔,所述喇叭前声腔内设置有导声管,所述导声管一端设在喇叭前声腔内,另一端连接一个谐振腔,所述谐振腔容积大于所述导声管的容积,所述谐振腔与外界大气相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带导声管的耳套,其特征在于,所述耳套本体可以与耳机主体分离,所述导声管镶嵌在耳套本体内部,所述导声管与耳机主体不相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带导声管的耳套,其特征在于,所述导声管内孔直径为0.8mm-3.0mm,长度为3mm-30mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带导声管的耳套,其特征在于,所述导声管通过打胶方式与耳套本体密封。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种带导声管的耳套,其特征在于,所述耳套本体上的塑胶件设有与所述导声管相对接的模具孔,所述模具孔连接有谐振腔,所述谐振腔与外界连通。
6.根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的一种带导声管的耳套,其特征在于,所述导声管为金属材质。
