Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a medical video live broadcast method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the medical video live broadcast method according to the embodiment is suitable for operation teaching live broadcast and is used for guaranteeing safe live broadcast in an emergency. The method provided by this embodiment may be executed by a medical video live broadcasting device, or may be executed by a system consisting of a classroom terminal and an operating room terminal, where the device may be implemented by software and/or hardware, and specifically, referring to fig. 1, the method specifically includes the following steps:
and S100, the operating room terminal acquires the video signal in real time through the acquisition equipment and sends a delayed playing instruction to the classroom display terminal. The classroom display terminal is used for displaying pictures of doctors for patients to operate for students in hospitals, medical staff and the like, and can comprise audio and video playing equipment, a data compression encoder and the like. The operating room terminal can be equipment installed in an operating room of a hospital and is used for recording and acquiring an operating process and sending an operating video to the classroom terminal to realize sightseeing teaching; can also be used for operation guidance and the like.
In order to expand the knowledge and visual field of students, medical staff and the like in hospitals, in general, an operating room terminal is matched with a classroom terminal and is matched with bidirectional voice to carry out observation and study teaching of operations, so that operation videos are synchronously played in real time. The specific process is as follows: the operating room terminal compresses and codes the video signals acquired in real time from the acquisition equipment into data packets, then transmits the data packets to the classroom terminal through media such as network or optical fiber, and the classroom terminal directly plays the video signals corresponding to the data packets after receiving the data packets and decoding the data packets through a decoder. Wherein, the collecting device can be a collecting card, a camera and the like.
However, due to the special characteristics of some operations and unexpected high risk in the operation process, the operation room terminal and the classroom-indicating terminal cannot synchronously play the operation pictures in real time, that is, the classroom-indicating terminal needs to play slower than the operation room terminal.
In order to realize that the playing process of the classroom terminal is slower than that of the operating room terminal, the operating room terminal can delay a certain time and then send a video compression data packet to the classroom terminal, but when the video signal needs to be stopped in an emergency, the method can cause the operating room terminal to intermittently send the data packet to the classroom terminal, so that the classroom terminal data packet counting is inconvenient, the video playing is discontinuous, and the user experience is inconvenient. Meanwhile, the method can cause inaccurate delay time due to factors such as networks and the like.
Therefore, in order to facilitate the classroom display terminal to count the data packets and realize accurate delayed play time, the embodiment of the invention adopts the operating room terminal to broadcast and send the delayed live broadcast instruction to the classroom display terminal, so that the playing process of the classroom display terminal is slower than that of the operating room terminal, namely, the classroom display terminal enters a delayed live broadcast mode. The delayed playing instruction is an instruction which is sent by the operating room terminal to the classroom display terminal and is used for instructing the video playing device in the classroom display terminal to play a video after delaying for a certain time, namely, the classroom display terminal and the operating room terminal play asynchronously in real time. The delayed play command may include a delayed play time ms, for example, ms may be 30s, 60s, or 90s, which is determined according to the operating site environment. The delayed live broadcasting instruction can be realized by operating room terminals through software, or can be generated by matching a selective switch with a hardware circuit.
And S110, if the classroom display terminal receives the delayed playing instruction of the operating room terminal, receiving and caching a data packet sent by the operating room terminal, wherein the data packet is obtained by compressing and coding the video signal acquired by the operating room terminal in real time by the acquisition equipment.
The classroom terminal comprises a buffer device used for buffering the data packet sent by the operating room terminal. If the classroom display terminal receives a delayed playing instruction sent by the operating room terminal, the data packet is put into a cache device, and the data packet is decoded and played after the delayed playing time ms; and if the classroom terminal does not receive the delayed playing instruction sent by the operating room terminal, the received data packet is directly sent to a decoder for decoding and playing.
And S120, the classroom display terminal plays the video signal corresponding to the cached data packet after delaying the preset time length.
The delay preset time length is the same as the delay play time ms, namely the delay preset time length can be customized by a user in advance and can be changed according to factors such as actual operation site environment and the like. The classroom display terminal is provided with a delayed live broadcast module and a synchronous live broadcast mode. The synchronous live broadcast mode is the synchronous real-time broadcast condition of the operating room terminal and the classroom display terminal. When the classroom display terminal receives a delayed playing instruction sent by the operating room terminal, the live broadcast mode is started, the data packet is placed in a cache device in the classroom display terminal, and the data packet is decoded and played after a preset time length.
For example, playing the video signal corresponding to the buffered data packet after delaying for the preset time length may include: determining the current playing time according to the difference between the current actual time and the preset time length; and acquiring the data packet of the current playing time from the cached data packet, and decoding the acquired data packet to obtain the video signal played currently.
According to the medical video live broadcast method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the classroom terminal receives the delayed play instruction sent by the operating room terminal to receive and cache the data packet, and the video signal corresponding to the data packet is played after the preset time length. The problem of existing synchronous real-time playing method is solved, video delay live broadcast can be achieved according to factors such as operation site conditions, and user experience is improved.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a medical video live broadcast method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, which further illustrates in detail specific operations of a classroom terminal after receiving a delayed playback instruction from an operating room terminal on the basis of the first embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the method specifically includes the following steps:
and S210, the classroom display terminal receives a delayed playing instruction of the operating room terminal.
And S220, judging whether the classroom terminal receives a video abnormal signal starting instruction sent by the operating room terminal, wherein the abnormal signal starting instruction comprises abnormal signal starting time.
The abnormal signal starting instruction is an instruction sent by the operating room terminal to the classroom indicating terminal when an emergency situation occurs in the operation process, in order to avoid the bad effect caused by the fact that bad pictures such as operation failure pictures are watched by students in hospitals, medical staff and the like. The exception signal start command may include an exception signal start time, or may include a packet corresponding to the exception signal start time. And the operating room terminal can send an abnormal signal instruction through the switch button.
And S230, if the classroom terminal receives the video abnormal signal starting instruction, deleting the cached data packet with the collection time as the starting time and after the starting time.
After the classroom display terminal receives the video abnormal signal instruction sent by the operating room terminal, the data packet corresponding to the abnormal signal starting time is searched from the data packets cached in the caching device in the classroom display terminal, and the deleting operation is executed on the data packets behind the abnormal signal starting time from the data packet.
At this moment, after the classroom display terminal receives the video abnormal signal instruction sent by the operating room terminal, the classroom display terminal does not play the data packet corresponding to the cache start time, but determines the current playing time according to the difference between the current actual time and the preset time length; and acquiring the data packet of the current playing time from the cached data packet, decoding the acquired data packet to obtain the video signal of the current playing, and continuing to play. And after the preset time length, the playing of the cached data packet is interrupted, the classroom terminal enters a waiting state, and the waiting state indicates that the classroom terminal plays a pre-stored video signal to prompt related personnel, namely, the rest time period and the like.
Illustratively, after receiving a video abnormal signal starting instruction, the classroom display terminal interrupts playing the cached data packet and plays the pre-stored replacement video signal after a preset time length.
And the time for interrupting the playing of the cache data packet is the same as the time for executing the deleting operation. The pre-stored replacement video signal may be an advertisement or a reminder, etc.
And S240, if the classroom terminal receives a video abnormal signal ending instruction sent by the operating room terminal, stopping deleting the data packet.
The video abnormal signal ending instruction corresponds to the abnormal signal starting instruction and is an instruction sent by the operating room terminal to the classroom indicating terminal when the emergency is met and ended in the operation process.
And when the classroom terminal receives the abnormal signal sent by the operating room terminal, the deleting operation of the data packet is started, and if an abnormal signal ending instruction sent by the operating room terminal is received in the deleting operation process, the deleting operation of the data packet is stopped.
According to the medical video live broadcast method provided by the embodiment of the invention, a classroom terminal receives an abnormal signal starting instruction sent by an operating room terminal to delete a cached data packet; and then when a video abnormal signal ending instruction sent by the operating room terminal is received, the deletion operation of the data packet is stopped. The problem that the video line can only be pulled out to stop playing when an emergency occurs in the existing synchronous real-time playing method is solved, video delayed live broadcasting can be carried out according to factors such as operation site conditions, and the user experience is improved. Meanwhile, the abnormal signal command can be sent according to the requirement to execute the deleting operation, and the method has flexibility.
Illustratively, after the classroom display terminal waits for a period of time, the playing of the cached data packets is interrupted and the pre-stored replacement video signals are played, the first data packet corresponding to the deleted data packet is obtained from the cached data packets and serves as the data packet of the current playing time, and the obtained data packet is decoded to obtain the currently played video signals for playing.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a medical video live broadcast method according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and the third embodiment of the present invention specifically describes an entire process of interaction between a classroom terminal and an operating room terminal on the basis of the above embodiments. Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the method specifically includes the following steps:
and S300, the operating room terminal acquires the video signal in real time through the acquisition equipment and sends a delayed playing instruction to the classroom display terminal.
And S310, judging whether the classroom terminal receives a delayed playing instruction of the operating room terminal. If yes, go to S320; if not, 370 is performed.
And S320, the classroom display terminal receives and caches the data packet sent by the operating room terminal.
And S330, judging whether the classroom terminal receives a video abnormal signal starting instruction sent by the operating room terminal. If yes, go to S340; if not, 370 is performed.
And S340, the classroom terminal deletes the cached data packet with the collection time as the start time and after the start time.
S350, judging whether the classroom terminal receives a video abnormal signal ending instruction sent by the operating room terminal, if so, executing S360; if not, go to S340.
And S360, the classroom display terminal stops deleting the data packet.
And S370, the classroom display terminal data packet is decoded and played on the teaching terminal machine through a decoder.
The medical video live broadcasting method provided by the embodiment of the invention can receive and cache the data packet by receiving the delayed playing instruction sent by the operating room terminal through the classroom display terminal under the condition of realizing synchronous live broadcasting, and then plays the video signal corresponding to the data packet after the preset time length.
