1. An enterprise office teleconferencing system, characterized by: the system comprises a virtual page, an image transmission module, a voice transmission module, an adjustment module and a mobile terminal;
the virtual page is a main body for teleconferencing; the virtual page is provided with a plurality of pre-stored conference scenes; the virtual page provides a platform for the image transmission module, the voice transmission module and the adjustment module;
the image transmission module comprises a camera and a conversion unit; the camera is arranged on the mobile terminal; the camera is used for collecting pictures of members participating in the conference; the conversion unit comprises a creation component and a transmission component; the creation component is a preset creation program; the creation component is used for creating a picture frame on the virtual page; the transmission assembly is connected with the camera through a network; the transmission component relays the picture shot by the camera to a picture frame created by the creation component;
the voice transmission module comprises a microphone, a player and a conversion platform; the microphone and the player are both arranged on the mobile terminal; the microphone and the player are connected with the conversion platform through a network; the conversion platform is a pre-written voice conversion program;
the adjusting module comprises a switching unit, a delay unit and a shearing unit;
the switching unit comprises a rebroadcasting component, a modification frame and a time line; the retransmission assembly is connected with the camera, the microphone, the transmission assembly and the conversion platform through network signals and is used for retransmitting pictures shot by the camera and sounds recorded by the microphone to the modification frame for playing, and retransmitting pictures and sounds in the modification frame to the transmission assembly and the conversion platform respectively; the time line is displayed in the modification frame and is used for positioning the picture and sound passing time in the modification frame; the delay unit is a delay program written in advance; the delay unit acts on the rebroadcasting assembly and is used for delaying the images transmitted to the transmission assembly by the rebroadcasting assembly and the sound of the conversion platform; the shearing unit is a preset shearing program and is used for shearing and deleting pictures and sounds which are relayed to the modification frame by the relay assembly according to a time line;
the mobile terminal is a device for carrying a system, such as a computer, a mobile phone or a tablet;
the delay unit comprises a parameter frame and an adjustment component; the parameter frame is used for adjusting the delay program so as to adjust the delay time; the adjusting component is used for slowly playing or fast forwarding the pictures and the sounds after the parameter frames are adjusted, so that the pictures and the sounds in the transmission component and the conversion platform are smoothly and naturally linked by the rebroadcasting component.
2. An enterprise office teleconferencing system as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the adjusting module further comprises a background unit; the background unit is used for adding the background to the picture in the modification frame so as to modify the picture.

An enterprise office teleconferencing system as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the voice transmission module also comprises a sequential butt joint assembly; the sequential butt joint assembly is connected with the conversion platform and the microphone through a network; the sound recorded in the microphone is firstly transmitted to the sequential butt joint assembly through a network, and then is transmitted to the conversion platform through the sequential butt joint assembly; the sequential docking assembly can only be connected with one microphone at the same time to transmit sound.

An enterprise office teleconferencing system as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the sequential butt joint assembly comprises an inductor and an answering machine; the sensor is used for detecting the volume of sound recorded by the microphone, automatically cutting off the current microphone after the volume of sound transmitted by the current connected microphone is reduced to a set decibel, detecting the audio with change in other microphones and connecting the microphones; the answering machine is a signal program written in advance; the answering machine is used for sending network signals to the inductor, and after the inductor is disconnected with the current microphone, the inductor is automatically connected with the microphone corresponding to the answering machine for sending signals.

An enterprise office teleconferencing system as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the voice transmission module further comprises a flicker component; the flicker component is connected with the sequential butt joint component and the creation component, and is used for enabling the picture frames created by the creation component corresponding to the sequential butt joint component to flicker regularly and marking current speaking staff.
