Abstract

本发明涉及一种休闲车专用正弦波电机,外壳内设置有相互配合的转子和定子,转子沿其径向由内向外依次设置有减重槽和磁钢嵌槽,减重槽、磁钢嵌槽均沿转子周向设置;磁钢嵌槽内嵌有磁钢;霍尔电路板上设置有转轴通孔,且霍尔电路板设置于外壳的内表面上,同时转轴穿过转子和霍尔电路板的转轴通孔采用磁钢内嵌方式,电机长时间运行后,转子与磁钢接触面积增大,能够很好的散热,降低磁钢退磁率,减少对磁钢的损伤;霍尔外置,电机长时间运行后,内部高温对霍尔板的干扰小,霍尔接收和输出信号稳定,保证电机具有良好的运行效率;正弦波电机还具有噪音低,扭矩大等特点,能满足较高的工况使用要求;体积小,生产制造成本低,特别适用于休闲车身。

本发明涉及一种休闲车专用正弦波电机,属于电机领域。
背景技术
目前,市场上针对休闲车所运用的电机,大多数都是120电机,成本比较高,体格大,占用车身仅有的空间资源,影响整体休闲舒适程度。
发明内容
在休闲车电机技术领域,针对休闲车的特性,减小其电机大小,降低生产制造成本降低,减少有限资源的损耗,而研发出的一种休闲车专用正弦波电机。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种休闲车专用正弦波电机,包括外壳、转子、定子和霍尔电路板,所述外壳内设置有相互配合的转子和定子,所述转子沿其径向由内向外依次设置有减重槽和磁钢嵌槽,所述减重槽、磁钢嵌槽均沿转子周向设置;所述磁钢嵌槽内嵌有磁钢;所述霍尔电路板上设置有转轴通孔,且所述霍尔电路板设置于外壳的内表面上,同时所述转轴穿过转子和霍尔电路板的转轴通孔。
所述定子的外径为110mm。
所述定子设有12个线槽。
所述磁钢嵌装槽设置为10组,每组均由两个槽体呈八字形排列而成。
本发明的有益效果是:采用磁钢内嵌方式在,电机长时间运行后,转子与磁钢接触面积增大,能够很好的散热,降低磁钢退磁率,减少对磁钢的损伤,延长电机使用寿命;霍尔外置,电机长时间运行后,内部高温对霍尔板的干扰小,霍尔接收和输出信号稳定,保证电机具有良好的运行效率;正弦波电机还具有噪音低,扭矩大等特点,能满足较高的工况使用要求,具有显著的推广使用价值;体积小,生产制造成本低,特别适用于休闲车身。

如附图1所示,一种休闲车专用正弦波电机,包括外壳1、转子3、定子2和霍尔电路板5,所述外壳1内设置有相互配合的转子3和定子2,所述转子3沿其径向由内向外依次设置有减重槽3-1和磁钢嵌槽3-2,所述减重槽3-1、磁钢嵌槽3-2均沿转子3周向设置;所述磁钢嵌槽3-2内嵌有磁钢;所述霍尔电路板上设置有转轴通孔,且所述霍尔电路板5设置于外壳1的内表面上,同时所述转轴4穿过转子3和霍尔电路板5的转轴通孔。
所述定子2的外径为110mm。
所述定子2设有12个线槽。
所述磁钢嵌装槽3-2设置为10组,每组均由两个槽体呈八字形排列而成。
安装时,将霍尔电路板5与外壳1的一端面固连,磁钢嵌装于磁钢嵌槽3-2内,且转子3与定子2配合安装,转轴4穿过转子3和霍尔电路板5的转轴通孔,两端分别通过轴承6与外壳1连接,且其中一端伸出至外壳1的外部。

1.一种休闲车专用正弦波电机,其特征在于,包括外壳、转子、定子和霍尔电路板,所述外壳内设置有相互配合的转子和定子,所述转子沿其径向由内向外依次设置有减重槽和磁钢嵌槽,所述减重槽、磁钢嵌槽均沿转子周向设置;所述磁钢嵌槽内嵌有磁钢;所述霍尔电路板上设置有转轴通孔,且所述霍尔电路板设置于外壳的内表面上,同时所述转轴穿过转子和霍尔电路板的转轴通孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种休闲车专用正弦波电机,其特征在于,所述定子的外径为110mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种休闲车专用正弦波电机,其特征在于,所述定子设有12个线槽。
