The invention discloses a limit structure of a plastic handheld cradle head motor, which comprises a circuit board, a motor bottom cover, a hollow shaft, a motor head cover, a magnet and a coil, wherein the motor bottom cover is arranged on the circuit board; the coil is arranged on the motor bottom cover; the motor bottom cover is arranged on the hollow shaft through a bearing; the circuit board is arranged between the coil and the motor bottom cover; the magnet is arranged in the motor head cover, and the magnet is arranged outside the coil; the motor bottom cover is provided with a first limiting part, the hollow shaft is provided with a second limiting part, and the hollow shaft is embedded and mounted on the motor head cover; the motor head cover is rotatable relative to the motor bottom cover, the motor head cover is rotated to drive the hollow shaft to rotate, and when the first limiting part and the second limiting part are contacted, the motor head cover and the motor bottom cover are limited.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of motors, in particular to a limiting structure of a plastic handheld cradle head motor.
Background
An electric motor refers to an electromagnetic device that converts or transmits electric energy according to the law of electromagnetic induction, or converts one form of electric energy into another form of electric energy. The electric motor converts electric energy into mechanical energy (commonly known as a motor), and the electric generator converts mechanical energy into electric energy. The motor is denoted in the circuit by the letter "M" (old standard by "D"). Its main function is to generate driving torque as power source for electric appliances or various machines.
However, the rotation limit of the existing plastic handheld pan-tilt motor is plastic; in addition, the rotating shaft of the motor is not provided with a metal limiting block, and when limiting is needed, the plastic limiting block of the motor head cover and the metal limiting block of the motor bottom cover are required to be limited, so that the plastic limiting block of the motor head cover is fast in abrasion and low in service life.

the motor bottom cover 2 is provided with a first limiting part 201, the hollow shaft 3 is provided with a second limiting part 301, and the hollow shaft 3 is embedded and installed on the motor head cover 4; the motor head cover 4 is rotatable relative to the motor bottom cover 2, and after the motor head cover 4 rotates, the hollow shaft 3 is driven to rotate, and when the first limiting part 201 and the second limiting part 301 are contacted, the motor head cover 4 and the motor bottom cover 2 generate limiting;
the hollow shaft 3 and the motor bottom cover 2 are both made of metal materials, and the motor head cover 4 is made of plastic materials; therefore, the invention can realize metal limit for the plastic motor, reduce wear of rotation limit and prolong the service life of the motor.

In addition, in the invention, the hollow shaft 3 is provided with the axial limiting surface 302, the axial limiting surface 302 is a circle of plane outer ring structure, is connected to the outer wall of the hollow shaft 3, is perpendicular to the axial direction of the hollow shaft 3, and plays a role in limiting the movement of the hollow shaft 3 in the axial direction.

The beneficial effects are that:
the second limiting part 301 is arranged on the hollow shaft 3 and matched with the first limiting part 201 arranged on the motor bottom cover 2, and the hollow shaft 3 and the motor bottom cover 2 are made of metal, so that metal limiting for the plastic motor can be realized, the abrasion of rotation limiting is reduced, and the service life of the motor is prolonged.

the hollow shaft and the motor bottom cover are both made of metal materials, and the motor head cover is made of plastic materials.
