一种耐高温电磁线,包括交联聚乙烯绝缘层,聚四氟乙烯护套层和铜芯,其特征在于:所述的耐高温电磁线铜芯外包裹有交联聚乙烯绝缘层;交联聚乙烯绝缘层外包裹有聚四氟乙烯护套层;有益效果是:绝缘层强度好,耐温高,绝缘能长期保持较高的数值,无局部击穿现象,使用寿命长,性能稳定性极强,可以提高电机运行周期,减少起吊和维修成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐高温电磁线,具体涉及一种耐高温潜水电动机定子绕组电磁线。
背景技术
现有的潜水电动机定子绕组电磁线最里层是铜芯1,中间层是聚乙烯层,外层是尼龙层3,由于地热井中的使用环境极为恶劣,井水温度最高可达100℃左右,加上潜水电动机本身的温升,普通的电磁线根本无法承受这样的温度及环境,经常会发生绝缘层烧结变形、绝缘值急剧下降、局部发生电击穿等现象,严重的影响了电机在热水井中的正常运行使用,导致电机故障频繁发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种耐高温电磁线。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种耐高温电磁线,包括交联聚乙烯绝缘层,聚四氟乙烯护套层和铜芯,其特征在于:所述的耐高温电磁线铜芯外包裹有交联聚乙烯绝缘层;交联聚乙烯绝缘层外包裹有聚四氟乙烯护套层。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果是:绝缘层强度好,耐温高,绝缘能长期保持较高的数值,无局部击穿现象,使用寿命长,性能稳定性极强,电磁线工作温度能适用于最高150℃,电机可长期工作于介质温度95℃以下的热水井中,提高电机运行周期,减少起吊和维修成本。

图1现有电磁线的剖面示意图;现有的潜水电动机定子绕组电磁线最里层是铜芯1,中间层是聚乙烯层,外层是尼龙层3,现有的电磁线无法承受地热井中的高温环境,经常会发生绝缘层烧结变形、绝缘值急剧下降、局部发生电击穿等现象,严重的影响了电机在热水井中的正常运行使用,导致电机故障频繁发生。
