本发明涉及电缆领域,具体是一种石油平台用电缆,包括电缆芯,所述的电缆芯包括导体,所述的导体的外部挤包有丁腈橡胶耐油层,所述的丁腈橡胶耐油层的外部挤包有聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层,所述的聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层上设置有两个单凸起,所述的聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层的外部设置有用于隔绝电缆内外部的真空层,所述的真空层上设置有数个与单凸起配合用于相互卡住固定相对位置的带凹起,所述的单凸起的横截面呈现弧形,所述的真空层的外部挤包有镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层,所述的锡铜丝编织屏蔽层的外部挤包有聚氨酯护套,采用单凸起与带凹起相互卡合可固定相对位置;在电缆中增加真空层,使得电缆内部维持压强相对稳定。

本发明涉及电缆领域,具体是一种石油平台用电缆。
背景技术
在石油领域中,电缆的使用非常广泛,由于石油内的压强与大气有相对差,部分电缆在使用时因为相对差出现使用上的失误,让使用者深受困扰,因此,在电缆使用时应注意相对差。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出一种石油平台用电缆。
一种石油平台用电缆,包括电缆芯,所述的电缆芯包括导体,所述的导体的外部挤包有丁腈橡胶耐油层,所述的丁腈橡胶耐油层的外部挤包有聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层,所述的聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层上设置有两个单凸起,所述的聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层的外部设置有用于隔绝电缆内外部的真空层,所述的真空层上设置有数个与单凸起配合用于相互卡住固定相对位置的带凹起,所述的单凸起的横截面呈现弧形,所述的真空层的外部挤包有镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层,所述的锡铜丝编织屏蔽层的外部挤包有聚氨酯护套。
所述的聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层与真空层之间设置有用于填充的石油膏填充层。
所述的单凸起与带凹起均为具有一定柔软度的软陶瓷。
本发明的有益效果是:采用单凸起与带凹起相互卡合可固定相对位置,单凸起与带凹起采用具有一定柔软度的软陶瓷,使得单凸起与带凹起不会因为相对差导致损坏;在电缆中增加真空层,使得电缆内部维持压强相对稳定;增加耐油层,使得电缆在接触深处的石油时不会因为相对差导致渗油影响电缆的使用。

如图1所示,一种石油平台用电缆,包括电缆芯,所述的电缆芯包括导体6,所述的导体6的外部挤包有丁腈橡胶耐油层9,所述的丁腈橡胶耐油层9的外部挤包有聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层7,所述的聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层7上设置有两个单凸起8,所述的聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层7的外部设置有用于隔绝电缆内外部的真空层5,所述的真空层5上设置有数个与单凸起8配合用于相互卡住固定相对位置的带凹起1,所述的单凸起8的横截面呈现弧形,所述的真空层5的外部挤包有镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层2,所述的锡铜丝编织屏蔽层2的外部挤包有聚氨酯护套3。
所述的聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层7与真空层5之间设置有用于填充的石油膏填充层4。
所述的单凸起8与带凹起1均为具有一定柔软度的软陶瓷。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种石油平台用电缆,其特征在于:所述的聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层(7)与真空层(5)之间设置有用于填充的石油膏填充层(4)。
