In a detailed application scenario, taking a hospital as an example, fig. 6 is a hospital user information management system, where a hospital server 300 stores a complete medical record of a patient, and a computer terminal of each doctor in a disease area can also store a related medical record of the patient in charge, and a hospital hospitalization register and a department nurse workstation print and write information of an electronic tag 200 (in this embodiment, an RFID smart wristband) through a printer 400, and the print content is as follows: patient name, sex, age, department, attending doctor, bed number, patient ID number (outpatient card number), hospitalization number, RFID write content: the basic information of the patient (including patient name, bed number, hospitalization number or patient ID number (outpatient card number), sex, age, department, doctor, date of admission, drug allergy, care notice, diagnosis), enters the hospital information management system hospitalization management admission registration operation interface setting, clicks the print RFID smart wristband button to print and write the corresponding patient information into the wristband where the electronic tag 200 is located, the nurse workstation operation interface sets the print RFID smart wristband button, clicks to print and write the corresponding patient information into the wristband to press the above setting, clicks the button, previews the print content of the bullet frame and writes the content of the bullet frame, and the printer 400 automatically prints and writes the RFID information when confirmed.
Using the mobile terminal 100, RFID wristband information reading and RFID wristband information writing operations are performed: the method comprises the steps of reading basic information of a patient, setting a button for reading and checking information of the RFID wrist strap of the patient on a basic information interface of the patient of the mobile nursing system, clicking the button, reading the RFID information in the RFID wrist strap of the patient, clicking and checking the information, and prompting that the information is successfully checked; updating basic information of a patient, such as information of allergic signs, nursing notes, diagnosis and the like of the patient, wherein an updating prompt is given on an operation interface of the basic information of the patient of the mobile nursing system, and a nurse can click an updating button to synchronously write the updating information into the RFID wrist strap of the patient; executing nursing operation, wherein an executing button is arranged on an executing doctor's advice operation interface of the mobile nursing system, and executed doctor's advice information is written into a patient RFID wristband at the same time when the operation is executed, and an executing record is stored; the medical advice inquiring executing record is provided with a button for inquiring the RFID wristband record of the patient, a nurse can click the button to read the RFID information in the RFID wristband of the patient, click check is carried out, and prompt information check is successful. The mobile nursing system orders are recorded and written, the system is set to automatically record the corresponding written sectors of the orders executed by each patient, and the written wristband area is ordered to the current order execution according to the orders executed by the patient on the same day, if the written sectors 3 are written, the written sectors 4 of the orders are executed the next time.

Claims (10)

1. A user information management method, comprising the steps of:
after scanning the identification code of the electronic tag, outputting prompt information of the input key;
receiving a key input according to the prompt information of the input key;
determining rights according to the key and a preset rights key;
sending a corresponding instruction to the electronic tag according to the authority, wherein the instruction is used for indicating the electronic tag to send corresponding user information according to the corresponding instruction;
and receiving the corresponding user information, outputting and/or receiving a writing information record obtained according to the corresponding user information, storing the writing information record in a local place and sending the writing information record to the electronic tag.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the rights include read-only rights, write-only rights, and readable and writable rights, the sending a corresponding instruction to the electronic tag according to the rights, for instructing the electronic tag to send corresponding user information according to the corresponding instruction, includes:
when the authority is a read-only authority, a read-only instruction is sent to the electronic tag, and the read-only instruction is used for indicating the electronic tag to send read-only user information according to the read-only instruction;
when the authority is a write-only authority, a write-only instruction is sent to the electronic tag, and the write-only instruction is used for indicating the electronic tag to send write-only user information according to the write-only instruction;
and when the authority is the readable and writable authority, sending a readable and writable instruction to the electronic tag, wherein the readable and writable instruction is used for indicating the electronic tag to send readable and writable user information according to the readable and writable instruction.
3. The method for managing user information according to claim 1, wherein the step of reading the information stored in the electronic tag and/or writing the information according to the authority to obtain a writing information record, storing the writing information record locally and transmitting the writing information record to the electronic tag includes:
and comparing the received corresponding user information with preset matching information to obtain a comparison result, and when the comparison result is consistent, receiving the corresponding user information, outputting and/or receiving a write-in information record obtained according to the corresponding user information, storing the write-in information record in a local area and sending the write-in information record to an electronic tag.
4. The method for managing user information according to claim 1, wherein the step of reading the information stored in the electronic tag and/or writing the information according to the authority to obtain a writing information record, storing the writing information record locally and transmitting the writing information record to the electronic tag further comprises:
detecting a communication rate;
and uploading the written information record to a server when the communication rate is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value.
5. The user information management method according to claim 4, further comprising the step of:
receiving information to be executed sent by a server and storing and outputting the information;
and acquiring update information obtained according to the information to be executed, and sending the update information to the electronic tag and the server.
6. The method according to claim 4, wherein after the obtaining the update information obtained according to the information to be executed and sending the update information to the electronic tag and the server, further comprising:
receiving a checking instruction, and comparing the updating information with the information to be executed according to the checking instruction;
when the updated information is consistent with the information to be executed, outputting prompt information of successful check;
and outputting prompt information of exception processing when the updated information is inconsistent with the information to be executed.
7. A user information management apparatus, comprising:
the scanning module is used for outputting prompt information of the input key after scanning the identification code of the electronic tag;
the key receiving module is used for receiving the key input according to the prompt information of the input key;
the permission determining module is used for determining permission according to the secret key and a preset permission secret key;
the instruction sending module is used for sending a corresponding instruction to the electronic tag according to the authority and indicating the electronic tag to send corresponding user information according to the corresponding instruction;
and the read-write module is used for receiving the corresponding user information, outputting and/or receiving a write-in information record obtained according to the corresponding user information, storing the write-in information record in a local place and sending the write-in information record to the electronic tag.
8. A user information management system is characterized by comprising a mobile terminal and an electronic tag which are in communication connection,
after the mobile terminal scans the identification code of the electronic tag, outputting prompt information of the input key; receiving a key input according to the prompt information of the input key; determining rights according to the key and a preset rights key; sending a corresponding instruction to the electronic tag according to the authority; and receiving the corresponding user information, outputting and/or receiving a written information record obtained according to the corresponding user information, storing the written information record to a local place and sending the written information record to the electronic tag;
the electronic tag stores user information; and sending corresponding user information to the mobile terminal according to the received corresponding instruction.
9. A storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, which when executed by a processor, implements the method of any of claims 1-6.
10. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method of any of claims 1-6 when executing the program.
