Abstract

As one of the important components of armored vehicles, windows and doors are important passages for passengers to enter and exit the vehicle, and are windows for passengers to know the external environment. At present, most of common window and door structures in China adopt hinged type reversible window and door structures. By adopting the window and door in the structural form, the window and door must be opened when the passengers observe outwards, so that the task of comprehensively surveying enemy or searching and rescuing wounded persons is inconvenient to implement in a battlefield environment. To make the objects, contents and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following detailed description of the present invention will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
The present embodiment proposes a perimeter window door for an armored vehicle. As shown in fig. 1, the window and door comprises a rotating mechanism, a small cover plate 2, a window and door plate 6, a limiting mechanism, an assisting mechanism and an observing device. As shown in fig. 2, the rotation mechanism includes a steel ball 9, an outer door 10, an inner door 11, and a rotation handle 17. The steel balls 9 are arranged in two corresponding hemispherical sliding track grooves between the inner door body 1 and the outer door body 10 through round mounting holes on the inner door body 11, and the round mounting holes are blocked through ball plugs. The outer door body 10 is connected with the vehicle body through bolts, and the inner door body 11 is connected with the small cover plate 2 through bolts. The rotary handle 17 is connected with the small cover plate 2 through bolts and is used for driving the small cover plate 2 and the inner door 11 to rotate 360 degrees.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the limiting mechanism comprises a limiting seat 12, a spring 13, a positioning pin 14 and a positioning seat 15; the limiting seat 12 is connected with the inner door body 11 through a screw, and the positioning seat 15 is connected with the outer door body 10 through a bolt. The positioning pin 14 and the spring 13 are arranged in the inner cavity of the limiting seat 12. The two ends of the positioning pin 14 are respectively a handle end and a V-shaped end, and the handle end is positioned outside the inner cavity. The spring 13 is sleeved on the shaft rod of the positioning pin shaft 14, and two ends of the spring 13 are respectively abutted with the bottom of the V-shaped end and the bottom of the inner cavity of the limiting seat 12. When the rotating mechanism needs to be limited, the V-shaped end of the positioning pin shaft 14 enters an oblong positioning hole of the positioning seat 15 under the action of the spring 13 to limit the rotation of the inner door body 11; when the rotation mechanism needs to release the limit, the handle end of the positioning pin 14 is pulled to enable the V-shaped end to be separated from the oblong positioning hole of the positioning seat 15, and the limit is released for the inner door body 11.
As shown in fig. 1, the assist mechanism includes a sleeve 1, a torsion bar 3, an upper hinge 5, and a lower hinge 16. Wherein, little apron 2 links to each other with torsion bar 3 through upper hinge 5 and lower hinge 16 respectively with door and window board 6. The sleeve 1 is fixed on the small cover plate 2. The square end of the torsion bar 3 is inserted into the square hole of the shaft sleeve 1 to be fixed, the other end elbow of the torsion bar 3 is fixed on the window door plate 6 and rotates along with the window door plate 6, when the window door plate 6 needs to be opened, the locking of the window door plate 6 is released, the gravity of the window door plate 6 is overcome under the acting force of the torsion bar 3, and an auxiliary force is provided for opening the window door plate 6. The viewing device comprises a scope 4, a search light 8 and a control box 7. The periscope 4 is connected with the small cover plate 2 through a lens seat. The search light 8 is connected with the control box 7 through a flange plate and the window door plate 6. The periscope 4, the search light 8 and the control box 7 can rotate 360 ° together with the small cover plate 2 and the window and door plate 6. The control box 7 is used for adjusting the pitch angle of the search light 8 so as to observe the target at night.
The working principle of the peripheral window door of the embodiment is as follows: the positioning pin shaft 14 is pulled to overcome the acting force of the spring 13 so as to enable the positioning pin shaft to slide in the inner cavity of the limiting seat 12 and separate from the oblong positioning hole of the positioning seat 15, so that the rotating structure of the window and door is released from the limiting state, the rotating handle 17 is operated, the small cover plate 2, the periscope 4, the window and door plate 6, the control box 7, the search lamp 8 and the inner door body 11 are driven to rotate together by 360 degrees, and passengers can observe all-round and circumferential directions from the inside of the vehicle to the outside of the vehicle by utilizing the periscope 4. When the environment is in a dark environment and the external environment needs to be observed, the search lamp 8 is turned on, the pitch angle of the search lamp 8 is regulated through the control box 7, and the observation lamp is matched with the periscope 4 to be used, so that the consistency of illumination and observation directions is realized, the external environment can be observed in the dark environment, and 360-degree all-round and day-and-night observation of passengers from the inside of the vehicle to the outside of the vehicle is realized. When the observation is finished, the rotating structure of the window and door needs to be limited again, the rotating handle 17 is operated to drive the inner door body 11 and the limiting structure to rotate in the outer door body 10 until the V-shaped end of the positioning pin 14 reenters the oblong positioning hole of the positioning seat 15, and the rotating structure of the window and door enters a limiting state.

5. The peripheral vision door as in claim 1, wherein the inner door body has a circular mounting hole, the steel ball is mounted in the sliding track groove through the circular mounting hole, and the circular mounting hole is plugged by a ball plug.
