技术领域
本发明属于燃气球阀技术领域,具体涉及一种防盗燃气球阀。
背景技术
防盗球阀的目的是防止管路中介质遭到破坏,防止阀门遭到拆卸引起安全隐患,防止因非专业人员误操作导致紧急时不能切断。现有防盗球阀通过在球阀关闭状态下下压手柄时进行限位的纵向磁性锁定和周向限位锁定,在发生紧急安全隐患的情况下不能防止非专业人员误操作,且在正常使用过程中因手柄误操作导致阀门关闭,而需要重新找物业或水司进行开启,方便性能复杂。
并且用于连接手柄和阀杆的螺钉容易遭到拆卸,导致阀门不能正常开关或遭到不法分子的破坏偷盗。所以在维持现有技术的情况下,寻找免受非法分子破坏偷盗的方法极为重要,本发明能有效避免这些问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防盗燃气球阀,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防盗燃气球阀,包括阀体,所述阀体右侧外壳壁安装有防盗锁,所述防盗锁内腔中心位置安装有防盗锁孔,所述阀体右下侧安装有进气口,所述阀体左下侧安装有出气口,所述阀体中部靠左的一侧固定连接有阀杆,所述阀杆上端固定连接有转轮,所述阀杆中部啮合有齿轮,所述齿轮外侧安装有齿条,所述阀杆下端固定连接有球形阀芯,所述球形阀芯中部与阀杆接触的位置安装有弹簧,所述齿轮右侧活动连接有活塞杆,所述活塞杆右端固定连接有活塞腔,所述活塞腔左侧安装有活塞,所述球形阀芯上端靠近活塞腔的一侧安装有弹性卡扣。
优选的,所述活塞杆与活塞之间通过弹簧连接,且弹簧的形状为环形。
优选的,所述转轮通过螺钉与阀杆固定连接,且螺钉的数量为6-8个。
优选的,所述齿轮与阀杆啮合,且齿轮的长度为4-6cm。
优选的,所述进气口与排气口通过导气通道连接,且进气口和出气口形状大小完全一致。
优选的,所述转轮中心安装有磁性锁孔,且磁性锁孔上端安装有防拆锁帽。
本发明的技术效果和优点:该防盗燃气球阀,通过安装了活塞、活塞腔、活塞杆组合而成的助力机构,实现了球形阀芯的轻松移动,降低了使用难度,通过安装了防盗锁和弹性卡扣,提高了球阀的防盗性能,通过安装了防拆锁帽和磁性锁孔,进一步提高了防盗性能,避免了人为破坏导致装置不能正常工作的事故。该防盗燃气球阀,通过安装了活塞、弹性卡扣、防盗锁、防拆锁帽等部件,大大提高了燃气球阀的防盗性能,降低了工人的使用难度,同时提高了燃气球阀的使用寿命。

请参阅图1,图1为本发明的结构示意图,一种防盗燃气球阀,包括阀体1,所述阀体1右侧外壳壁安装有防盗锁10,提高了球阀的防盗性能,所述防盗锁10内腔中心位置安装有防盗锁孔11,所述阀体1右下侧安装有进气口2,所述阀体1左下侧安装有出气口3,所述阀体1中部靠左的一侧固定连接有阀杆4,所述阀杆4上端固定连接有转轮6,转动转轮的同时球形阀芯也开始转动,所述阀杆4中部啮合有齿轮9,加速球形阀芯的转动,所述齿轮9外侧安装有齿条9,保护齿轮,防止掉落,所述阀杆4下端固定连接有球形阀芯5,所述球形阀芯5中部与阀杆4接触的位置安装有弹簧14,弹簧下压,阀杆下移,弹性卡扣收缩,进入阀芯内部卡死,所述齿轮9右侧活动连接有活塞杆12,所述活塞杆12右端固定连接有活塞腔14,所述活塞腔14左侧安装有活塞13,气体进入活塞腔,推动活塞左移,所述球形阀芯5上端靠近活塞腔14的一侧安装有弹性卡扣15。
请参阅图2,图2为本发明的防拆锁帽结构示意图,所述转轮(6)中心安装有磁性锁孔16,必须通过特制的磁性钥匙才能打开,且磁性锁孔16上端安装有防拆锁帽17,避免阀门遭到不法分子的破坏偷盗。
工作原理:首先打开防盗锁10,阀门正常工作,打开进气口2和排气口3,使用特制磁性钥匙打开磁性锁孔16,向上轻拉转轮6,弹性卡扣15收缩,转动转轮6,气体进入进气口2到达活塞腔14,推动活塞13,齿轮9转动,加速球形阀芯5转动,气体通过导气通道7进入排气口3。该防盗燃气球阀,通过安装了活塞13、弹性卡扣15、防盗锁10、防拆锁帽17等部件,大大提高了燃气球阀的防盗性能,降低了工人的使用难度,同时提高了燃气球阀的使用寿命。

1.一种防盗燃气球阀,包括阀体(1),其特征在于:所述阀体(1)右侧外壳壁安装有防盗锁(10),所述防盗锁(10)内腔中心位置安装有防盗锁孔(11),所述阀体(1)右下侧安装有进气口(2),所述阀体(1)左下侧安装有出气口(3),所述阀体(1)中部靠左的一侧固定连接有阀杆(4),所述阀杆(4)上端固定连接有转轮(6),所述阀杆(4)中部啮合有齿轮(9),所述齿轮(9)外侧安装有齿条(8),所述阀杆(4)下端固定连接有球形阀芯(5),所述球形阀芯(5)中部与阀杆(4)接触的位置安装有弹簧(14),所述齿轮(9)右侧活动连接有活塞杆(12),所述活塞杆(12)右端固定连接有活塞腔(14),所述活塞腔(14)左侧安装有活塞(13),所述球形阀芯(5)上端靠近活塞腔(14)的一侧安装有弹性卡扣(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防盗燃气球阀,其特征在于:所述活塞杆(12)与活塞(13)之间通过弹簧连接,且弹簧的形状为环形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防盗燃气球阀,其特征在于:所述转轮(6)通过螺钉与阀杆(4)固定连接,且螺钉的数量为6-8个。
