本发明涉及一种防冻结球阀,包括阀体、阀座、球体、阀杆,阀杆下端采用方轴与球体上端方孔相互连接,阀杆中部与阀体之间设有相互配合的防打出台阶和密封填料,阀座包括出口侧阀座和进口侧阀座;主要是阀体采用一体成型结构,在阀体进出口法兰之间设置保温壳,该保温壳与阀体外表面之间形成保温腔,保温壳上设有连通保温腔的蒸汽接头;阀体出口通道制有与阀腔直径相等的球体安装孔,出口侧阀座由螺纹固定密封安装在球体安装孔内,其密封圈与球体压紧配合。防止寒冷环境下阀体内介质冻结,具有球体旋转灵活,阀门启闭操作可靠等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于阀门领域,尤其涉及一种球阀。本发明适用于易低温冻结的介质管道。
背景技术
球阀因结构简单、启闭方便、流阻小而广泛应用于介质管道控制装置。但是,在寒冷环境中易低温冻结的介质管道上,阀体内的介质在低温环境下易冻结,导致球体无法旋转,使阀门冻死不能启闭操作。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的问题,提供一种具有阀体保温功能,防止阀体内腔介质低温环境发生冻结,启闭操作可靠的防冻结球阀。
本发明的技术方案包括阀体、阀座、球体、阀杆,阀杆下端采用方轴与球体上端方孔相互连接,阀杆中部与阀体之间设有相互配合的防打出台阶和密封填料,阀座包括出口侧阀座和进口侧阀座;主要是阀体采用一体成型结构,在阀体进出口法兰之间设置保温壳,该保温壳与阀体外表面之间形成保温腔,保温壳上设有连通保温腔的蒸汽接头;阀体出口通道制有与阀腔直径相等的球体安装孔,出口侧阀座由螺纹固定密封安装在球体安装孔内,其密封圈与球体压紧配合。
本发明的优点是在一体结构阀体的外表面设置一与高温蒸汽连通的保温腔,防止寒冷环境下阀体内介质冻结,球体旋转灵活,阀门启闭操作可靠。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的防冻结球阀,包括阀体1、阀座4、球体5、阀杆6,阀杆6下端采用方轴与球体5上端方孔相互连接,阀杆6中部与阀体1之间设有相互配合的防打出台阶和密封填料,阀座4包括出口侧阀座和进口侧阀座;阀体1采用一体铸造成型,也可以采用一体锻造成型,在阀体1进出口法兰之间设置保温壳3,由于阀体1为一体结构,使保温壳3可以焊接在进出口法兰之间,保温壳3也可以与阀体1一体浇注成型,该保温壳3与阀体1外表面之间形成保温腔7,保温壳3上设有连通保温腔7的蒸汽接头2,该蒸汽接头2通过控制阀与蒸汽管道连通,高温蒸汽通过蒸汽接头2注入保温腔7内,防止阀体1内腔介质低温冻结;阀体1出口通道制有与阀腔直径相等的球体安装孔,球体5从球体安装孔装入阀腔内与阀杆6连接,出口侧阀座由螺纹固定密封安装在球体安装孔内,其密封圈与球体5压紧配合,出口侧阀座外圆面与球体安装孔内壁之间设置石墨密封圈。

1.一种保温球阀,包括阀(1)、阀座(4)、球体(5)、阀杆(6),阀杆(6)下端采用方轴与球体(5)上端方孔相互连接,阀杆(6)中部与阀体(1)之间设有相互配合的防打出台阶和密封填料,阀座(4)包括出口侧阀座和进口侧阀座;其特征是阀体(1)采用一体铸造成型,在阀体(1)进出口法兰之间设置保温壳(3),该保温壳(3)与阀体(1)外表面之间形成保温腔(7),保温壳(3)上设有连通保温腔(7)的蒸汽接头(2),该蒸汽接头(2)通过控制阀与蒸汽管道连通;阀体(1)出口通道制有与阀腔直径相等的球体安装孔,出口侧阀座由螺纹固定密封安装在球体安装孔内,其密封圈与球体(5)压紧配合,出口侧阀座外圆面与球体安装孔内壁之间设置石墨密封圈。
