The invention comprises a support plate, a bubble level, a graduated scale, a laser infrared ray and a manual laser infrared ray button which are 5cm away from the center of a cross and a fixing clamp, wherein the support plate is a cross-shaped plate which is vertically equally divided; the upper surface is provided with a graduated scale; the upper surface of the supporting plate is provided with a bubble level; a turntable with the diameter of 20cm is arranged at the center of the supporting plate; a manual laser infrared button is arranged on the upper surface of the turntable; the lower surface of the turntable is provided with a laser infrared head 5cm away from the center of the cross; each side of the supporting plate is provided with a fixing clamp. The checking device can improve the accuracy of the embedding position of the pile casing, and has the advantages of small volume, convenience in carrying, simplicity in operation and low requirement on construction environment.

Device for detecting embedding position of pile casing and checking method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to pile casing embedding of a cast-in-situ bored pile, in particular to a device for detecting the embedding position of a pile casing and a checking method thereof.
Background
In cast-in-situ bored piles, steel casing is often buried to position the pile location to be drilled. The pile casing is a steel pile casing, the wall thickness is 10mm, when the pile casing is positioned, the pile position center is taken as the center of a circle, the pile casing position is determined on the soil according to the radius of the pile casing, and after the pile casing is in place, pressure is applied to bury the pile casing by about 50cm. When the pressing is difficult, a part of soil body at the hole position can be dug out, and then the casing is arranged and buried underground. Whether the pile casing is vertical or not is checked in the embedding process, the verticality and the horizontal position of the pile casing are corrected by using a plumb bob, the inclination rate is not more than 1%, and if the inclination is found, the correction is carried out in time. After the onshore pile casing is buried in place, the outside of the pile casing is backfilled and compacted by clay to prevent the water leakage phenomenon around the pile casing, the backfilling thickness is about 40-45cm, the top height is 0.2-0.4m higher than the ground (water surface), and the deviation of the casing position from the hole center is not more than 50mm.
The method adopted at the embedding position of the checking protective cylinder at present needs to measure the checking center position and the inclination rate through different tools, has long time and slow process, is easy to cause great errors, and can not improve the centering accuracy.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a device for detecting a burying position of a casing, which can effectively solve the problems of large error and low efficiency when checking the burying position of the casing, and has the advantages of simple operation, small volume and convenient carrying.
Another object of the invention is to provide a method for checking the device for detecting the embedding position of the casing.

a device for detecting the embedding position of a pile casing comprises a supporting plate, a bubble level, a manual laser infrared button, a graduated scale, a turntable and a fixing clamp; the supporting plates are cross-shaped plates which are mutually perpendicular and equally divided; the upper surface is provided with a graduated scale; the upper surface of the supporting plate is provided with a bubble level; a turntable is arranged at the center of the supporting plate; the upper surface of the turntable is provided with a manual laser infrared button; the lower surface of the turntable is provided with a laser infrared irradiation head, and the distance between the laser infrared irradiation head and the center of the cross is 5cm; the supporting plate is provided with a fixing clamp.
The backup pad is the expansion plate, and the diameter according to actual protecting a section of thick bamboo is flexible.
The specific scale range of the supporting plate is as follows: the first layer ruler has a value range from the center to the end of the first layer ruler of 0-50cm, the second layer ruler has a value range from the end of the first layer ruler to the end of the second layer ruler of 51-80cm, and the third layer ruler has a value range from the end of the second layer ruler to the end of the third layer ruler of 81-120cm.
The bubble level is a cylindrical closed structure containing bubbles and colored liquid, the surface of the bubble level is a transparent shell, and the bottom surface of the bubble level is circularly provided with cross scale lines for positioning the bubbles.
The turntable is a 5 cm-high special-shaped cylinder, the middle part of the turntable is a cylinder with the diameter of 20cm, and the turntable is a cylinder with the diameter of 18cm at a distance of 1cm from the upper surface and the lower surface; the inside at the backup pad is inlayed to the carousel, slides through the pulley track about the carousel, the pulley track is that the external diameter is 20cm, and the internal diameter is 19 cm's ring pulley track.

(2) observing the bubble level, and enabling bubbles in the bubble level to be located at the cross scale line position by adjusting the inclination of the top of the protective cylinder;
(3) pressing a manual infrared laser line button, rotating a turntable, observing whether the pile position is within an infrared ray irradiation range 5cm away from the center of the cross, if the pile position center is within a laser infrared line head irradiation point range 5cm away from the center of the cross, indicating that the burying of the pile casing is qualified, and if the pile position center is outside the laser infrared line head irradiation point range 5cm away from the center of the cross, indicating that the burying of the pile casing is unqualified, and readjusting the pile casing is required.
The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that:
the device for detecting the embedding position of the pile casing can improve the embedding accuracy of the pile casing, and improves the centering and leveling precision by utilizing the alignment of the scale marks on the supporting plate and the leveling of the bubble level; high efficiency, small volume, convenient carrying, simple operation and low requirement on construction environment.

(2) observing the bubble level 2, and enabling bubbles in the bubble level to be located at the cross scale line position by adjusting the inclination of the top of the protective cylinder;
(3) pressing a manual infrared laser line button 6, rotating a turntable 5, observing whether the pile position is within an infrared irradiation range at a position 5cm away from the center of the cross, if the pile position center is within a laser infrared head 6 irradiation point range at a position 5cm away from the center of the cross, indicating that the pile casing is qualified to bury, and if the pile position center is outside the laser infrared head 6 irradiation point range at a position 5cm away from the center of the cross, indicating that the pile casing is unqualified to bury, and needing to readjust the pile casing.
