After the interference suppression device is installed on the washing machine box body 17, the opening 4 faces downwards, the lead-out wires extend out of the opening 4, the normal function can be achieved, the cover body 1 of the interference suppression device can completely seal the interference suppressor 2 in the inner cavity 3, and the effect of complete water prevention is achieved. The cover body 5 is matched with the cover body 1, so that the interference suppressor 2 can be firmly fixed in the cavity 3, and vibration and noise are reduced.

Claims (9)

1. The interference suppression device of the washing machine is characterized by comprising a cover body and an interference suppressor, wherein a closed chamber is arranged in the cover body, the chamber is provided with a downward opening, the interference suppressor is arranged in and fixed in the chamber through the opening, the cover body covers the interference suppressor in the chamber, and external water is drained along the outer wall of the cover body;
a cover body is arranged at the opening of the cover body, the cover body is matched with the opening and is fixedly connected with the cover body, and the interference suppressor is fixed in the cavity of the cover body; one end of the interference suppressor, which faces the cover body, is provided with a leading-out wire harness, one side of the cover body, which faces the interference suppressor, is provided with an isolation channel for avoiding the leading-out wire harness, and the leading-out wire harness is positioned in the isolation channel; the cover body comprises an annular body which is matched with the opening and covers the opening, the inner peripheral edge of the annular body extends to one side of the interference suppressor for a certain distance to form an isolation channel, and a lead-out wire harness at the end part of the interference suppressor is surrounded in the isolation channel;
the cover body is detachably connected with the cover body through a fixing structure, the fixing structure is positioned outside the isolation channel, one end of the fixing structure is integrally formed or fixedly connected with the cover body, and the other end of the fixing structure is detachably connected with the cover body; the fixing structure comprises a supporting rib and a clamping block, the supporting rib partially protrudes towards the interior of the cover body from the peripheral edge of the annular body and axially extends for a certain distance along the center of the channel to form, the clamping block is arranged at the extending end of the supporting rib, and a clamping groove matched with the clamping block is arranged at the corresponding position of the cover body; after the cover body is arranged at the opening of the cover body, the clamping block is inserted into the clamping groove from inside to outside, and the cover body is fixedly connected with the cover body; the extension length of the supporting ribs in the cover body is smaller than the length of the isolating channel, and the joint of the clamping groove on the outer surface of the cover body and the clamping block is positioned below the opening at the upper end of the isolating channel.

The interference suppressing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the isolating channel extends along a central axis of the cover, and after the cover is fixed to the housing, an extending end of the isolating channel contacts an end of the interference suppressor to fix the interference suppressor in the chamber.

The interference suppressing apparatus for a washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cover body and/or the lid body is further provided with a limiting structure for fixing the interference suppressor therein, the limiting structure comprising an axial limiting structure for limiting the axial movement of the interference suppressor and a circumferential limiting structure for limiting the radial movement of the interference suppressor.

The interference suppressing apparatus of claim 3, wherein the lead-out harness of the interference suppressor is disposed on a front end surface, and a protrusion is disposed on a rear end surface, and the axial limiting structure includes a front limiting rib and a rear limiting rib, the front limiting rib is disposed on the periphery of the isolation channel and extends along the central axis of the isolation channel toward the end of the interference suppressor to abut against the front end surface of the interference suppressor; the rear end limiting rib protrudes out of the inner wall of the cover body and abuts against the rear end face of the interference suppressor.

The interference suppressing apparatus of claim 3, wherein the circumferential position-limiting structure is a plurality of ribs disposed on the inner peripheral wall of the casing, and the plurality of ribs are distributed along the outer periphery of the interference suppressor; the inwardly extending end of each rib abuts against the outer peripheral wall of the interference suppressor.
6. The interference suppressing apparatus of claim 5, wherein the plurality of ribs extend in the axial direction of the housing for a predetermined distance to abut against the outer circumferential wall of the interference suppressor to restrict the circumferential movement thereof.

The interference suppressing apparatus for a washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the outer wall of the housing has at least one installation plane, and the installation plane is in contact with the washing machine and fixed to the washing machine when the interference suppressing apparatus is installed to the washing machine.

A washing machine having the interference suppressing apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the interference suppressing apparatus is fixedly mounted on the washing machine with the cover body on the top and the cover body on the bottom, and the lead-out harness of the interference suppressor is directed downward and connected to the wiring of the washing machine.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein the cover and the washing machine are provided with a positioning claw and a positioning slot which are engaged with each other, and the interference suppressing device is fixed to the washing machine through the positioning claw and the positioning slot.
