Abstract

本发明公开了一种防水耐高温薄膜面板,包括保护层、基础面板层、胶黏层、电路层、底胶层;所述基础面板层的一表面涂膜保护层,所述基础面板层的另一表面涂抹胶黏层,所述胶黏层的另一表面固定有电路层,所述电路层的另一表明涂布底胶层。本发明在薄膜面板的基础面板层表面设置一层保护层,该保护层为复合薄膜,具有高分子本体材料的光学性能,又兼具无机材料的高刚性、低热膨胀系数等优点,具有耐高温、高透明性、优良的热稳定性,能够有效提升薄膜面板的防水和耐高温性能;本发明的胶黏剂层采用丙烯酸酯压敏胶黏剂,该胶黏剂具有黏附力强、耐水性好、耐高温等优点;本发明的薄膜面板适用于各种电器上,适用范围广。

一种防水耐高温薄膜面板
技术领域
本发明属于薄膜面板技术领域,具体地,涉及一种防水耐高温薄膜面板。
背景技术
薄膜面板为薄膜开关的重要组成部分,它能清楚地显示开关的功能、表现的颜色、按键的立体效果以及开关的操作位置,还能起保护电路的作用。薄膜面板是将丝印油墨印至透明高分子聚合物(PC、PET、PVC等)背面,丝印完成并切割成形就成为薄膜面板,并进一步组成相应的薄膜开关或直接使用,使用时在薄膜背面涂敷上粘胶,贴合在需要的产品表面,具有美观的装饰效果,同时起到密封作用,对内部的器件起到绝缘、防水、防尘的作用。
现有技术中的薄膜面板的面板层基本使用的是PET、PC等无色透光片材丝印上精美图案和文字制作而成,这种面板层有高透明度、高油墨附着力、高弹性等,但是防水和耐高温等性能不是特别优异,导致制成的薄膜面板在防水和耐高温方面有一定的欠缺。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种防水耐高温薄膜面板,通过在面板层外表面镀上一层保护层,能够有效提升薄膜面板的防水和耐高温性能。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种防水耐高温薄膜面板,其特征在于,包括保护层、基础面板层、胶黏层、电路层、底胶层;所述基础面板层的一表面涂膜保护层,所述基础面板层的另一表面涂抹胶黏层,所述胶黏层的另一表面固定有电路层,所述电路层的另一表明涂布底胶层。
进一步地,所述保护层采用复合薄膜,所述复合薄膜材料由以下重量份原料制成:聚酰亚胺50-60份、聚丙烯15-20份、多元醇10-16份、纳米二氧化硅5-10份、偶联剂1-2份、抗氧剂2-8份、催化剂1-3份。
进一步地,所述多元醇为季戊四醇;所述纳米二氧化硅的粒径为35-50nm;所述偶联剂为3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷;所述抗氧剂为二烷基二苯胺或硫代二丙酸双月桂酯;所述催化剂为N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮。
进一步地,所述保护层的厚度为0.05-0.09mm。
进一步地,所述基础面板层采用无色透光聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材料,所述基础面板层的厚度为0.18-0.23mm。
进一步地,所述胶黏层采用丙烯酸酯压敏胶黏剂,所述胶黏剂采用丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯为主要原料,添加N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺作内交联剂,通过乳液聚合制备而成;所述胶黏层的厚度为0.02-0.04mm。
进一步地,所述电路层采用聚酯薄膜作为开关电路图形的载体,并在载体表面丝印上银浆,所述电路层的厚度为0.08-0.12mm。
进一步地,所述底胶层采用硅胶双面胶,所述底胶层的厚度为0.1-0.15mm。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明在薄膜面板的基础面板层表面设置一层保护层,该保护层为复合薄膜,具有高分子本体材料的光学性能,又兼具无机材料的高刚性、低热膨胀系数等优点,具有耐高温、高透明性、优良的热稳定性,能够有效提升薄膜面板的防水和耐高温性能;本发明的胶黏剂层采用丙烯酸酯压敏胶黏剂,该胶黏剂具有黏附力强、耐水性好、耐高温等优点;本发明的薄膜面板适用于各种电器上,适用范围广。

具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种防水耐高温薄膜面板,如图1所示,包括保护层1、基础面板层2、胶黏层3、电路层4、底胶层5;基础面板层2的一表面涂膜保护层1,基础面板层2的另一表面涂抹胶黏层3,胶黏层3的另一表面固定有电路层4,电路层4的另一表明涂布底胶层5;
保护层1采用复合薄膜,该复合薄膜材料由以下重量份原料制成:聚酰亚胺50-60份、聚丙烯15-20份、多元醇10-16份、纳米二氧化硅5-10份、偶联剂1-2份、抗氧剂2-8份、催化剂1-3份;其中,多元醇为季戊四醇,纳米二氧化硅的粒径为35-50nm,该粒度的二氧化硅能够充分分散于聚合物中,偶联剂为3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,抗氧剂为二烷基二苯胺或硫代二丙酸双月桂酯,催化剂为N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮;该复合薄膜具有高分子本体材料的光学性能,又兼具无机材料的高刚性、低热膨胀系数等优点,制得的复合薄膜耐高温、高透明性、优良的热稳定性;保护层1的厚度为0.05-0.09mm;
基础面板层2采用无色透光聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材料,厚度为0.18-0.23mm,在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯片材丝印上精美图案和文字制作而成;
胶黏层3采用丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯等为主要原料,添加N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺作内交联剂,通过乳液聚合制备的内交联丙烯酸酯压敏胶黏剂,该胶黏剂黏附力强、耐水性好、耐高温等优点;胶黏层3的厚度为0.02-0.04mm;
电路层4采用性能良好的聚酯薄膜,其作为开关电路图形的载体并在其上丝印上银浆使其具有导电性能,电路层4的厚度为0.08-0.12mm;
底胶层5采用硅胶双面胶,厚度为0.1-0.15mm。

1.一种防水耐高温薄膜面板,其特征在于,包括保护层(1)、基础面板层(2)、胶黏层(3)、电路层(4)、底胶层(5);所述基础面板层(2)的一表面涂膜保护层(1),所述基础面板层(2)的另一表面涂抹胶黏层(3),所述胶黏层(3)的另一表面固定有电路层(4),所述电路层(4)的另一表明涂布底胶层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水耐高温薄膜面板,其特征在于,所述保护层(1)采用复合薄膜,所述复合薄膜材料由以下重量份原料制成:聚酰亚胺50-60份、聚丙烯15-20份、多元醇10-16份、纳米二氧化硅5-10份、偶联剂1-2份、抗氧剂2-8份、催化剂1-3份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防水耐高温薄膜面板,其特征在于,所述多元醇为季戊四醇;所述纳米二氧化硅的粒径为35-50nm;所述偶联剂为3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷;所述抗氧剂为二烷基二苯胺或硫代二丙酸双月桂酯;所述催化剂为N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水耐高温薄膜面板,其特征在于,所述保护层(1)的厚度为0.05-0.09mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水耐高温薄膜面板,其特征在于,所述基础面板层(2)采用无色透光聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材料,所述基础面板层(2)的厚度为0.18-0.23mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水耐高温薄膜面板,其特征在于,所述胶黏层(3)采用丙烯酸酯压敏胶黏剂,所述胶黏剂采用丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯为主要原料,添加N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺作内交联剂,通过乳液聚合制备而成;所述胶黏层(3)的厚度为0.02-0.04mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水耐高温薄膜面板,其特征在于,所述电路层(4)采用聚酯薄膜作为开关电路图形的载体,并在载体表面丝印上银浆,所述电路层(4)的厚度为0.08-0.12mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水耐高温薄膜面板,其特征在于,所述底胶层(5)采用硅胶双面胶,所述底胶层(5)的厚度为0.1-0.15mm。
