When the novel steel strip type vertical pressure paying-off machine is used, the steel strip 11, the aluminum strip 9 and the calcium strip 3 are arranged from bottom to top, the steel strip 11 sequentially passes through the notch on the front support plate 16 and the wire passing box 10 and enters between the vertical pressure pair wheels 2 through the lower surface of the second steering wheel 8, meanwhile, the aluminum strip 9 sequentially passes through the middle parts of the wire pressing frame 15 and the bracket 14 and enters between the vertical pressure pair wheels 2 through the upper surface and the lower surface of the first steering wheel 4, and meanwhile, the calcium strip 3 sequentially passes through the transverse guide pair roller 6 and the vertical guide pair roller 5 and enters between the vertical pressure pair wheels 2, so that orderly paying-off is completed.
In summary, the invention solves the problem that the traditional wire rod is easy to be disturbed or bent when the traditional wire rod placing mechanism works by arranging the machine case 1, the vertical guide pair roller 5, the workbench 7, the wire box 10, the fixing frame 12 and the front support plate 16.
